I needed a small temperature-controlled unit close to home. Prices are high and inventory low all across the desert, it seems! I entered the StorQuest office and was greeted warmly. Letty, the assistant manager, was very helpful. She showed me what was available and then thoroughly explained my rental options. I noticed the facility was very clean, secure and well maintained. And the price was right!! I needed some time to decide and she made a reservation for me which was good for 7 days. I returned that same afternoon, arriving just minutes before closing. Letty was helping another customer, and I witnessed great customer service with that person too. Letty was more than happy to help despite it being almost closing time. I was able to move some stuff in right away with no issues. A few days later, I met the manager Suresh as I was unloading more boxes. He was incredibly kind and took an interest in getting to know my husband and I personally. It’s a nice touch to have friendly management and a feeling of security all wrapped in one.

Very helpful and friendly staff at the La Quinta location. The units were clean and he even wiped the dust off the door just to give it an extra touch for good measure. I couldn’t be happier.

This was a hot and interesting move but Suresh not only made us feel at home, but he offered us different options when we weren’t sure if the storage space would work for us. He was extremely helpful, beyond what would be expected of him as an employee. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares for those he serves. His customer service alone makes this the best storage to use in town.
