We have never had a problem getting parts here. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and is always willing to help. Reasonable prices too. Employees didn’t wear masks and I was glad to see their faces. Maybe this world can stop living in fear and get back to normal. Wearing a mask all day isn’t healthy. Great job guys!! So called today maybe 30mins before closing. Wasnt looking to come to the store anything just wanting to ask a question. Not much of a bother. A man name Chris answered the phone saying can i help you. I dont understand whats going on over at this location but they need to pay attention to their customer delight.
My elderly mother just went there to inquire about an alternator.The first thing they suggested was a remanufactured alternator. When she politely declined their whole demeanor changed. They were rude smart alecs that acted like she knew nothing because she was an older woman and were even snickering at her as she left. There are too many auto parts store happy to have the business so no need to see these ageist /sexists jerks. Go to OReillys and be treated like a pearson instead.
Nice folks, tried to get me fixed up but didnt have what I needed.
Needed a battery. They had the same quality battery with a similar warranty for far less than the three other parts stores within 2 blocks. Perry was great and installed the new one for me.

Second time I have given them a chance...their customer service sucks. They are too concerned with their personal lives to bother to help a customer. Found my parts and stood in front of registers with credit card in hand while 3 employees ignored me. I was the only customer in the store by the way!! Left parts on a shelf and walked out. Went next door to friendly OReillys, greeted at the door, walked up to the counter paid and was on my way. (Was cheaper also) Unreal the potential when employees do their job.

I Called the NAPA store and spoke with Perry, to purchase a cooling fan for my car. Perry told me the price for the fan and stated he would have the cooling fan Within a hour. I then ask Perry does NAPA install cooling fans he told me no NAPA does not install cooling fans but he knew a auto shop that does close by WOOD AUTOMOTIVE 615 585-6224. I then called Wood Automotive (615 554-6224) and spoke with the mechanic on duty he told me come by his shop. I then drove to Wood Automotive in Lavergne Tn. ( behind suntrust bank) the mechanic told me instead of paying NAPA hed only charge me $164 to repair my old fan I then agreed. I waited 3 hours (mind u while Im waiting 3 hours Im watching my car jus sit there and no mechanic worked on it so after 3 hours go by the mechanic put 2 screws in my cooling fan and told me Im ready only spending maybe 15mins actually working on my vehicle. I paid the mechanic $164 and drove away after 10mins my car ran HOT and I had to pull over on the interstate I called Wood Automotive and told the mechanic he then began to be argumentative and loud talking me so I called Perry at NAPA Store (since hes the one that referred me to Wood Automotive. Perry stayed on the phone with me as I was on my way back to Wood Automotive. Finally I get to the mechanic and he sees visually that the cooling fan in my car doesnt work. The mechanic at Wood Automotive offers me only $100 refund when clearly he didnt fix the problem. Perry, at NAPA store agreed to sale me a new cooling fan for $100. The mechanic at Wood Automotive was extremely unprofessional and very rude I dont recommend anyone going to WOOD AUTOMOTIVE IN LAVERGNE TN 615 554-6224 (behind suntrustbank)The next day 05/04/17 I stopped by the NAPA store to purchase the new cooling fan from Perry, he wasnt friendly at all he said to me I never seen u in my store before I thought u said u come in here all the time. (What kinda of customer service is that) right is right and wrong is wrong.
Short staffed and was not very helpful to my needs,pretty much didnt care if I shopped there or not, great location though.
