Very rude people and they don’t have any kind of respect for customers nor any skills of customer service. They talk with you like they’re in a fight with you.I called for a part and they called me back telling me they have it then they were like when are you coming to pick it up in a very rude way and when I said I’ll be there in about 45 minutes he said if it become 4 and you don’t show up don’t bother coming at all

DONT WAIST YOUR TIME .Tribble customer service. They are very rude. when you call them for a part they always tell you they call you back but never call. and they answer the phone like they have a fight with you:(yeah they have many good part but not the right people selling them.

Anytime I need anything. I know who to call. They always have great prices and Zeek is very knowledgeable and always helps me in any way he can. I would recommend Imports of LaVergne to anyone.

BUYER BEWARE, I help pick up a rear quarter fender panel for girlfriend and take it to the body shop. Body shop supervisor said they couldnt use it because the skin was a repair job from before making metal to weak and also had bondo under paint. My Girlfriend call import ask for boss and a guy she talk to said oh no my guy would NEVER cut a reworked fender off, we should get a second opinion. Body shop supervisor standing there with speaker phone on told him nicely, sir Ive been doing body work a long time and its plainly a rework fender Ill even send you pics or they can bring it back to show you. Then import guy said it doesnt matter its a as is sale. Body guy said if thats how you do business thats not very professional. So my Girlfriend wanted a good fender or money back and he wont. Thank God for small claims court.

They are the only ones who had a rear window for my truck, excellent price. Yes, the place and people are a little rough around the edges. If you go here it is a JUNK YARD not Summit Racing Equipment.

I have dealt with Imports of Lavergne for years. They have always been honest and treated me fairly. Always friendly on phone and in person. The one I usually deal with is Zeke.

Yeah I will never again beg to buy a part from there. I’m not joking, that’s literally what you have to do if you need a part from them. They have parts just not the right people selling them. If I were the owner I’d look into that, but he does work right bedside them so I don’t know. Owner needs to grow some balls and hire better front staff. Bad for business.

I live in Indiana, 3 hours from this Auto Salvage, so I called to see if the hood listed on Car-part was still available. I was willing to drive 3 hours, because this hood was the right color, and the price was better than the others. Mike answered, and said he would send a guy to make sure he had it before I came down. I got there on a busy Saturday morning, but I had the hood within 20 minutes. I swapped it right there, and he even sold me a like new set of Subaru floor mats for a great price too. Friendly guy, and treated me Great. Thanks

Basically act like they don’t want your business. Came in and ask a simple question to see if they had a Toyota Camry range from 2006 to 2012. Said we close at two and it was only 1:15pm

Worst place ever, parts are expensive and if you were unlucky and bought from them, they will never treat you good and return the part for you.. Never.Terrible behaviour from the owner of the place, he discriminated us when we came back and asked him to replace with another part, he literally told my husband, (you came from your country in a *** ship to bother us, here,, go wait outside!!!Its really horrible place, save your money and your dignity and dont go there.

To say this buying experience has been the worst in my life would be the understatement of the century. Not only is this business unprofessional, they also lack a basic understanding of customer service. I would highly recommend you save your time, and energy then to waste it on inquiring with these incompetent and rude employees.

I bought an engine for a Kia Optima. It was better than expected and the best price in town. It was complete, even included the wiring harness and runs great. Two thumbs up!

Dont even bother buying from these idiots. There are other part places that will take better care of you. Called to tell them that we received the wrong part and if they would replace it with the right one. Owner picked up the phone and yelled for 10 minutes saying that we ordered the wrong part. After which I asked him again if he could swap it for the right one without denying that we ordered the wrong part. Then the owner told me it was my fault and I should admit it. I said it didnt matter whose fault it was. He said I would have to admit it was our fault otherwise he wouldnt even discuss anything with me. He wouldnt even tell me if they had the right one. It is a $40 item so I was not even asking him for a refund. But he kept on playing his little game of your fault until he hung up on me. What an idiot.

Your better off going straight to the dealer for your part pay the premium and avoid this junkyard

They had a very dirty door, they sold it to me saying it was a completely different color. Once I cleaned it, it didnt match the color listed. I tried to return the door and then stuff escalated. They said they dont do returns. Also they use harsh language, better leave the children home if you use their services.

Bought a used engine. Tested it and it was bad. Gave me a huge problem trying to exchange. They are very rude and disrespectful. They are not knowledgeable of automotive systems above a basic understanding. Would suggest no one gives them business. They are very dishonest.

This yard has the laziest & least helpful people in the industry. I was looking for a caliper for a truck. The particular truck caliper I need came in two different sizes/casting numbers. They would not look under the truck or pull the part to verify that I would get the correct part. Dont waste your time with these jokers.

I asked for a refund on a part purchased, knowing full well, Id be responsible for shipping. I just wanted to send back the part and be refunded for the part only. Mike, the owner was short and rude to me on the phone. Our phone call ended with him hanging up on me. Poor customer service. How he runs a business that is still open is beyond me.

Went in for a driveshaft to fit my project truck. Went home with the wrong part yesterday but I was as much at fault as they were. But they went out in the rain today and found exactly what I needed then swapped it for me with no hassle. Dont know what else I could ask for.

You dont need to wonder about the terrible reviews the have. All you need to do is make a phone call to ask aby a part and you will no longer wonder. I dont usually leave reviews, but I felt its a duty to leave one here.

Worst customer service Ive ever had. Guy said I couldnt go back to show him the part I KNEW the vehicle had, then another person walks in and he lets them right on through to show them the part without any argument! I wouldnt waste your time here for anything.

Wow so rude for no reason at all. i just wanted a price on some parts, that is obviously way to much to ask from these people. i have never lefr a review for anyone but this was rediculous, id rather pay triple anywhere else...or walk! keep your parts

My hubby went this morning, looking for a particular part. He wasnt allowed to go by himself to search for the part, and was told that it was too cold for one of the guys to go out there. When he inquired about the price of a hood, he was quoted $100, and was told the paint was peeling. Overpriced, lazy, and rude!! How do these people stay in business??

I buy parts all the time because I work at a mechanic shop. I am very happy with the service I recieve from them. They are friendly and know how to treat their customers. Thanks IOL . Franklin your realy good and know what you are doing unlike some other salvage yards.

Called them to ask about prices they pay to scrap vehicles, they wanted to pay 25% of just the scrap steel price and wanted me to deliver, when I said i could get 3x more then they were offering at a scrap yard that will come pick it up he said good luck and hung up on me without even a counter offer, will definitely not recommend these jokers to anyone.

They have a lot of variety of vehicles, the prices are quite accessible, just too much clutter, they should remove the parts that customers disassemble and do not take or put them inside the same vehicle since customers are reckless to leave all disorder.
