Excellent experience with the Madison store. Unfortunately the other independent franchises next to us, never answered their phone line... or return our messages. So we drove the extra 30 miles for quality job and very nice people...thank you guys. 👍

Good folks, one of the few transmission shops that I would recommend.

Came to get a transmission service done. They were very helpful and professional. I was misquoted and they honored the price anyway. They were a pleasure to do business with all around.

Very knowledgeable, awnsered all my questions and very patient . This is a nice change after dealing with the rip off shops like aamco.

I took my car in for a transmission test. I was given a friendly greeting, and shown patience as I bumbled through an explanation of my cars issues. The gentleman took my keys and got to work. After a short wait he returned and explained the problem was a Transmission Control Module (TCM) malfunction, a problem that has seen recalls in similar models. He explained that it could be covered by the dealer due to the recalls. All in all it was a easy going experience, and I would recommend this business to anyone in need of transmission work.

Very professional. Quality of work was excellent and customer service was exceptional. Ben Hicks was very friendly and worked around my schedule, will highly recommend to anyone that needs transmission service.

Slow service, but honestly this place is always busy. The guys were honest and straightforward each time we talked. Pricing was what you expect. My only issue was I dropped it off, called a week later, and talked out the repairs and okayed it. Another week later I call to find it wasnt worked on yet because communication in store was dropped somewhere. 3rd week I get a call and its all fixed up and priced as discussed 2 weeks prior. Pick it up, bring it back a couple weeks later to get them to do their check for the warranty, and so far its working great. Even gained about 8mpg on my drive.

Had a friend get his truck worked on here. It took two weeks to get a diagnosis, and then they just didnt work on it for another week until he called to check its status. Which is when he found out that no one was working on it because his paperwork had been misfiled. (Insert eyeroll here)They in no way offered to compensate him for it taking literally twice as long as the estimated time, during which he had to continue to find other ways to work.Once the work was actually done, it was solid, so I am still giving three stars. Just make sure you hound them about your vehicle if you actually need it back in a specified time period.

Great service and price.

Anytime you go to a auto repair shop there is always that fear they will find all kinds of things wrong so they can drive the price up. Owning a Mercedes and have a transmission leak had me nervous what I would be charged. I know the Mercedes Dealer would charge a thousand dollar just to allow it into their shop. No way I was going to trust them. I knew some people who had Transmission Masters do work on theirs and said they analyzed and only repaired what was needed. I’m thinking a repair of my Mercedes could be thousands of dollars. To my surprise the repair was just over $200.00. Problem was repaired and I’m very happy. 5 star

It is January 7th 2020. We took our vehicle to Transmission Masters of Smyrna, TN. They were supposed to call us that day with an update and never did. I called them a few days later and were told my “vehicle should be done within the week.” That didn’t happen. Two weeks-plus later and they STILL have not even LOOKED at our car and it was told it would be another week!? I am a Christian and believe in doing the right thing, so I am encouraging you NOT waste your time with these guys: terrible communication and false promises.

Very professional, fair and honest. They did quality work at a fair price. What more could you ask for?
