Chris & Damian went over the top to look at both of our cars on the same day! Both cars were able to be diagnosed and repaired, one free! The other they diagnosed and aligned perfectly! 1st Chance has been one of the easiest auto shops I have ever dealt with. I do not have very flexible hours at work, and their implementation of an afterhours drop box is perfect. I was able to drop my vehicle off after hours, select the services I wanted, pay the bill, and have it ready for pick up within hours of them opening the next day with out ever being interrupted at work with a phone call. This is the second time I have had Carlos as my writer and couldnt be more pleased with his work and professionalism.Thank you to everyone who make this great service available!

Nothing but good things to say about this place. Got 4 new tires, rotors and brakes from them… all swapped out/installed in less than 3 hours. Their quote was hundreds of dollars less than the other places I shopped. They even reinstalled the camper shell on my truck so it sat more flush, and tweak my hitch so it would line up better with my RV’s ball. Shout out to Damien who was ultra helpful and incredibly informative. Will def comeback next time I’m in the area needing work

This was my first time doing business with 1st Chance. I had heard good things from people I know though. I bought a new truck and wanted the factory exhaust upgraded. I called SEVERAL places for pricing to remove my dual resonators and Mufflers to replace with Flo-Masters Single Chamber versions.Nobody came close to their value. Not only that, but their exhaust expert dropped what he was doing and walked to my truck to give me his input. I had planned on keeping my factory tips since theyre molded into the bumper, but he showed me a few more options and I fell in love with the Black Chrome rolled edge tips. The tips were very reasonable as well!I was texted when he started on my vehicle and it was done faster than I expected and was kept spotless just like I dropped it off. I LOVED the ride home. I will be bringing all of my future business to 1st Chance. Now I know why Ive had people recommend them! I would give 6 Stars if I could!Side Note: For people worried about Covid, they are prepared. They have new tires set up for distancing.

I just had two bad catalytic converters replaced due to vehicle not passing inspection. Chris ordered them the day before. Dropped my vehicle off the next morning and by noon my vehicle was fixed and ready for pickup! The crew is very professional and dependable! What can I say guys! You know, I am going to be fair. By no means am I a mechanic but I do know my SUV and I know its history and its quirks. With this said, if my advice had been listened to in the beginning...... I might not have had to pay a bill next door at the transmission shop.If OEM axles had been used the 1st time around, my H3 would have stayed out of 4WD. After the 3rd visit to your facility, the installation of OEM axles cured the problem of my 4WD engaging on its own.My question is, why do you think it took OEM axles to cure the problem???Could it be, aftermarket parts are of substandard quality? This is something to ponder considering the fact the GM parts cured the problem.Therefore, I can only surmise; if quality parts had been used the 1st visit..... There may not have been a 2nd trip or a 3rd trip to your shop. Since I had not had existing differential problems, there exists the possibility I might not have had to pay a transmission shop.I can only hope you will listen to the customer more intently in the future.In all, I am not happy at all with my initial bill, the subsequent transmission bill and the bill for OEM axles. Granted, your shop gave credit for the substandard axles but that is it. I was not compensatedIn the least for my time or the inconvenience this caused me. The amount of time this took to get to the root of the problem was absolutely absurd. Total amount of time I was without a vehicle was over 2 months. Tell me, how does this seem fair?I will give credit to the fact, you did eventually get the problem cured! But at whose expense????I would advise, for future reference, listen more closely to the customer. I feel like everything I said fell on deaf ears.

Awesome Experience!Went in and told the gentleman that my car had a noise coming from the muffler area, dropped it off and from there all the updates and communication was via text. Best experience Ive ever had for car maintenance. And they did not push me to replace the muffler. They repaired the existing problem at a great rate.

Warning this place is pretty much the same as your local valvoline repair shop. This place has really went down over the recent year. I really did love this place honest people and on time repair. But since they only deal exclusively for with tire repair and minor repairs they pretty much became useless to me now. I used to travel all the way to lavergne for car repairs now I can just the shops where I am at if I need to change my tires. I don’t know why they change their business I thought it was “Tires AND Automotive” repairs. Oh well best of luck. Maybe someday they’ll go back to actually repairing cars and all around repair then I’ll come back too. I use to use this place for almost 10 years

Ive been a customer 1st Chance Tire for years now, and sadly Ive never written a review before now! The service Ive received has always been outstanding. Theyre always attentive to my needs and the needs of my vehicle. Most importantly, safety is always a priority for them. Most recently I brought in a vehicle to have wheel bearings replaced. Recommendations were made for some other repairs as well, and we proceeded with some of those, but not all of them. I never received any high pressure sales, or any the fake warnings of safety. Chris was honest and sincere in the recommendations he made for my vehicle. I do a lot of auto repairs myself, but when I cant handle it on my own I ALWAYS go to 1st Chance Tire. I know I will receive a fair and honest evaluation every time. And the icing on the cake: the pricing is always reasonable!

3 tires in 3 months!!! Never have I experienced this many problems with a tire place or tire. One lasted 3 months the next lasted a full 7 days literally. After this I will not go back to this place for a tire not even to be replaced!!!Horrible and the ppl never offered to put the tire on my car. Not friendly at all. More worried about leaving on time them thier customer service skills. Get it together. To much competition out here to be making slip ups like this!Not impressed at all

Great pricing

Their service has always been great, reasonable and quick.Recently had a shop down the road tell me they couldnt find a reason for an engine noise and my brake pads were fine. Two days and one I-24break-down later 1st Chance found I had a bad alternator and my rear brakes were metal to metal on the inside.Had me back on the road that afternoon.Dont think Ill waste my time going anywhere else from now on.

Never take your car there took it 3 times for the same thing. Then when finally fixed I had to wait there about two and a half hours listening to other people bringing their cars back for stuff they messed up . Then so when they finally fixed the heater coil on my car found out how much more stuff they actually messed up on my car. Im taking it as a loss I dont want them to even try and fix the stuff they messed up. Im going to find another shop. I will never take my car there again.they tried to give me free car wash and oil change. I think not. I know they will mess that up too. Please take my word. Never use this shop.

Very disappointed! Drove 17 miles all the way down from Hermitage, the 1 day out of the month that i had to do this, got there at 9:15am giving you guys nearly 3 hours to do a simple rotate and balance and was turned away saying sorry, were too busy and we dont want to waste your time. Looks like you just wasted my time. This is where my tires and rims came from and my Jeep will never set tread in your parking lot again. I will happily pay to have my tires rotated and balanced elsewhere and when it comes time for new tires again, my $1600.00 will be well spent elsewhere too. And I dont care if you guys sponsor the local Jeep club or not, i will never recommend you again!
