The woman working here was very kind, and very helpful. Her name was Michelle McMahon, and she us very good at her job, and her kindness was contagious. I was already having a bad week, but whenever she started helping me out, she was very attentive to my needs and caring ❤

Very nice dealing with people who are going out of there way understanding that sometimes plans dont go through the way You plan, and still willing to help and stick with you in order to make sure youre not carrying the whole load by yourself. People are their priority.

I’ve had a few storage places in my lifetime, this place here in Lavergne is by far the cleanest I’ve had, the manager there Michele is wonderful. I’ve been in there paying my bill and this lady runs wild in there helping everyone. But all in all it’s a great place to store your households. Thanks compass. Your rentals are great!!!

Walked in got a unit in just a few minutes. Super easy and fast and Michelle was so sweet and helpful!!! I called my insurance while there and while she was setting everything up for me and she didnt mind a bit. She was very understanding!!! Got a great deal too!! My experience with the management team at Waldron Rd was a very pleasant one. They were accommodating to my needs. They are close to interstate 24, they also have truck rentals available. First experience ever renting a storage unit was done with ease and the customer service I received was more than I expected. Compass Self Storage is the place to go. I chose them due to location but if I had to do it all over again I would drive out of my way to rent from them again. I was greeting by Bobbie (Store Manager) and explained my current situation and the items needed to store. She was able to provide the perfect unit and I actually had additional room that did come in handy. Everything was explained from beginning to end and I left relieved knowing my items would be safe and well cared for. Cannot thank Bobbie enough for her time and knowledge!

I needed to find a unit that met my availability needs so I went into the Compass office. At first there were no units available. Bobbie and Michelle called me and let me know when the first unit was available. It didnt work but another one came open that met my needs! They reserved the unit for me to give me time to move in. They are CUSTOMER SERVICE focused unlike CUBESMART (which has not fixed a water draining issue in front of my unit for 2 years). When you walk in the office you get the impression they are professional and organized. Do not hesitate to try them if you are close to Laverne.

Walked in the first week of Feb and had a wonderful experience. My husband and I are moving to Tn and stopped at this facility to check the prices and sizes on units. The manager Bobbie was very helpful. She showed us the units and also gave us the prices and explained the gate system and hours we would be able to access our unit. She was polite and explained everything thoroughly. The property is clean, the office was clean and Bobbie made us feel very welcomed. Rented a U-Haul to be picked up at 10:30. Woman working kept changing the sign in the door to come back later. Ended up getting the uhaul at 2:00. Had to knock hard on the door and call repeatedly to get her to answer. Was rude the entire time. And they didnt have the equipment we were guaranteed when we reserved it online.

The store manager, Michelle, was fantastic!We moved from Ohio to Tennessee on one of the hottest days of the summer. She went above and beyond to answer our questions on the phone and help us find the right sized unit for our belongings. She delayed her lunch break because we were on our way. She even checked on us and brought us ice cold water when we were sweating like crazy.
