Dora is AWSOME she is really friendly, and she is hard working. This is the BEST BOOST MOBILE. Her service is just outstanding

I spent over $200 to switch four phones from another provider and for the first month of service. The service was poor where I live and didnt even work on one phone. What did they do to resolve it? Nothing. They refused to refund any of my money. Honestly, they dont even know how to if they wanted. They are not empowered to do anything and are nothing more than glorified Boost helpers there to take your money. I spent over four hours of my personal time trying to resolve the issue and ultimately, they blamed it on the phone, which works just fine on other carriers, even as I write this.If you feel you have to go to Boost, make sure you are able to test the coverage in your area (ask a friend/family member who has a Boost/Sprint phone). Also, make sure you order your service on the Internet. The store will charge $15 per line (non-refundable) just to type your information into the computer. You will also get better service by calling the 800 number. Lastly, make sure you read all the fine print to identify hidden fees and other nonsense.
Best Boost Mobile location I have ever been to and will go to in the last 8 years! Been a loyal Boost customer and this was actually the first time I ever had to go into the store, but Dora and Esme were extremely helpful, polite, and patient even with the long lines they had to go through. But everyone got helped and left with what they needed! Sorry I didnt go here sooner but this was an amazing first in-store experience for a loyal customer. To think I was so close to going to another provider I am almost kicking myself for. Just do your research beforehand, because having some knowledge about the Boost network will help greatly in avoiding problems! I simply chose the wrong unlocked phone to try and bring to Boost but they got it working! AMAZING!!!
My cousin and I went in two days ago to get his service switched from Republic Wireless to Boost Mobile, keeping his number but using a different device (bought from Sprint). The one lady charged us to activate his phone and service for the month on a $10/month plan before the other worker, Dora, came over from helping other customers and saw that the device is locked by Sprint. Spent roughly an hour and a half at the store wasting time and money before Dora intervened. Went home, got the device unlocked, and went back to Boost today. Dora was extremely helpful but unfortunately, the people she called switched his service from Republic Wireless to Boost Mobile before she learned and relayed that the $10/month plan we paid for is not possible for the device. So now not only is my cousin not able to save any money switching to Boost, since his service was cancelled with RW, he cant go back to the same plan he was grandfathered in on, on a BROKEN DEVICE. The new to him device meant for Boost is not able to be used on RW, hence the reason for switching. When on the phone with some customer service man that Dora had called, my cousin was told that no payment history was available and therefore he didnt have an account set up (we paid the other day) so he would need to pay more money to get an account set up to get the account number to switch BACK to RW. Dora called someone else who did give us the account info, along with refunding the money spent the other day.
All I can say is the lady that works here at this store is really awesome she has great way of talking to our customers and treating them very nice and as far as Im concerned she dont try to force still make you want something if you ask about something shell tell you and shell let you know if she if you ask her shell tell you what she thinks is good or bad but she wont try to make you buy anyting
Bought a couple of phones yesterday and Dora and her service was outstanding
I had the BEST Boost Mobile experience ever at this store. The lady was EXTREMELY polite and even entertained my son while I made my decision on a new phone. She didnt rush me or make me feel unwelcomed one bit. This is where Ill do my business from now on. Thank you!
