I am not a conosseuir of 7- eleven however this one is right on the corner near my house so a convenient stop. The employees at this location make the store. They are always friendly and helpful. Never complain and always willing to help. The store is clean and fully stocked.

Based on my experience, not the cleanest place. Receipt paper was out at the pump. Customer service inside from the employees was decent.

Wallet fell from my car when I was pumping gas at 6 am empty parking lot. Tried checking to see if it was there around 1:30 pm. They said they didn’t have a wallet. Called them after frantically searching my vehicle (I had not left the vehicle since getting gas) and could not locate it. Called them again at 2:09 and asked for wallet. They said they had it within 10 minutes I was getting my wallet in person. I requested the footage or license plate number of whoever returned my wallet because over $400 was taken from it and I wanted to file a report for the police, this was the last of my paycheck and it was meant to cover my rent. They became defensive and hostile and spent nearly five minutes in the back room ignoring me. Once they returned they said they could not give me any of that information without having a police report and case number. So I immediately called the police department to file a report and get a case number. Once the police were dispatching an officer the manager left. Hopefully my footage isn’t deleted by tomorrow when the police arrive.This was the most terrible experience I’ve ever had at this location. I am a nearly daily customer at this location and have been for three years.

They always have trash overflowing by the pumps. They are rude inside. Its disgusting.

Slurpee machine was broken in 2 slots - no lids out. No straws out. 1 employee with green hair - ran into the back as soon as we and another group of customers came in. Got upset when we asked about lids. Was dismissive when told about broken machine. I wouldnt bother.

The red head with short hair and glasses is slow and messes up orders all the time. I stood in line for 15 minutes waiting. People left due to no hot food.

The short brunette girl that works in there is very rude, this store discriminates aginst people with medical conditions, I was just in this store and was discriminated aginst by the clerk

I stopped in today around 530pm to get some gas and a couple scratch tickets an employee named Desiree was working Im not sure if theres more than one Desiree or not this one had a couple lip piercings she was eating chips and very rude she didnt greet me in any way like hi how are you or have a good day nothing basically the only thing she said was what scratch tickets do you want in a VERY rude attitude and rolled her eyes a few times so I will not be coming back here she should not be working in customer service at all and I intend to send an email to the manager. So i won on a scratch ticket when i walked in to redeem it she didnt say anything at all!! Just yanked it out of my hand and gave me the money wow she has some anger issues.

Employees are very rude, and very short with customers

I LOVE their high impact energy. I have seen just 2 workers with a store full of construction workers and they stay efficient, dont break step, and still remember to say hi to EVERY person who walks through the door while flying through orders with ease!!Today it was slow and I watched 3 workers working so cohesively that I had to stop and watch the show. I have worked in kitchens in big restaurants that dont work that well together!! Love this place!!!!

I love the girl who is always working when I come here. I wish i grabbed her name because this review is seriously because she is always smiling, remembers you and always dances to her country music. The store is always clean and I seriously started driving the extra few miles just to come here cause of the service received. (She is a short young blonde girl who looks really young) but amazing customer service.

COFFEE!!! Not that difficult to prepare or to have at the ready. Seriously, almost any gas station/convenience store has coffee.NOT THIS STORE!! Im lucky if there is any coffee at all, but most of the time its warm at best.Might have to stop somewhere else from now on.Disappointed.

Stop by the 7-Eleven on Marvin Road cashier was very rude and pleasant when I came back to buy something she took Took several minutes to even start checking me out but like she’s trying to do some paperwork then when I asked a question about a customer, she didn’t know not knowledgeable at all need to get new people in here and i would not recommend the 7-Eleven

Marilyn Sanford went out of her way to help me. She is very friendly, always engages with the customers, greeting them with a friendly hello. Its about time they hired someone with excellent customer service. Good job!!!

I always had a super pleasant experience being a regular at 7-11. Great staff, clean place, not really any rif-raf for a gas station. The one and ONLY downfall was that occasionally theyre gas pumps would go down.

The ladies that work in the morning are always so nice and fast it is always very busy. the manager is always so nice and she seems to really be a good manager always friendly and working hard that is hard to find these days

Closed bathrooms just because of a wet floor barely all because she didnt want foot prints because of an event the next day. Thats no excuse as a manager of a restaurant that is just peer lazyness. So are you telling me you only clean the bathrooms once a day??? Thats disgusting. Worst 7 11 in the area for sure

My husband and I stopped by 7-11 on our way to work. There were 2 long lines. 2 workers were at the registers. We asked for 2 Big Bites, there were 2 other employees fixing cardboards at the microwave and didnt want to help us. They pointed to the 2 guys at the register and laughed. I asked, if they can help us. They ignored us.We walked out and one of the guys who ignored us (manager on his name tag) called after us, Have a good day!The other one walked out withtm the cardboards, waving and smiling to us. They were really making a joke out of this.We usually come here but what happened today made us not want to come here anymore.

Well I went in here to get a slurpee, coffee and a money order. So not knowing that you can only get them up to $500 (I needed $4000...several) and not knowing the price, I said the difference he said what difference? I said what ever the difference is. He said WHAT DIFFERENCE...so I said I would like these 3 items and what ever the difference is can go on a money order, and put all $4000 CASH on the counter. He said WHAT DIFFERENCE and mumbled under his breath and started making fun of me. Meanwhile the line is forming behind me of a large strong men. So now I fear I might be mugged...so I end up leaving with out my money order. Not that all his tattoos or saggy hip hop pants determine his demeanor, but does he really need to be so rude?? SO DO YOU NEED TO ASK ME IF I WILL EVER GO BACK THERE??

Make sure you check the expiration dates on the food you purchase at this location. I have found month old food multiple times. PLEASE HIRE PEOPLE WHO CYCLE THE FOOD OUT.

Unprofessional. manager condoned sale of tobacco without age verification. same manager cut to the front of the line infront of 3 customers, acknowledged that she cut and still continhed to stay in place.

Cant use the bathroom after 10pm since we might leave needles behind, really?!?! Bad excuse sorry.

Worked across the street from their place and ate lunch there twice and every time the hot display food gave me a stomach flu of some sort which had me hung over a toilet two times.

Rude management - doesn’t care for any complaints what’s so ever I will be contacting corporate ! I had old food she didn’t care also the worker are lazy sitting there gossiping every time I go in !
