This business has, for all the years Ive been with them, been extremely knowledgeable and helpful, pricesare very reasonable, professional and why anyone would use anywhere else is beyond me, but then again the quiet countryside charm would be gone, along with the smiles

I just walked in this store, with no mask because I cant wear them due to medical reasons, the tall young man asked if I had a mask. I said no I cant wear them, he laughed and said ok. I said dont laugh at me. He said nothing.I then asked for a receipt because I was dropping off a ups package. He said I can email it to you. I said I prefer a receipt, then the manager said their printer is jammed and they can scan it in front of me but all they can do is email it, (they told me the same thing the last time I was here over a month ago). I turned around and walked out and will never return.

These people are real. Nuff said. I have had a box here for 5 years. no leprechauns yet.

It was very easy to find and hardly anyone in line! I sent a package to Mexico and the customer service was a 10/10!

Just stopped by for their notary services. It eas quiet at the time and customer service was friendly and efficient. Site is like a UPS store but friendlier and cozier.

I have an online business so I ship many packages. It was kind of a hassle getting to my local Post Office, and noticed this place, so I thought Id try it out. So after many packages sent, I realized that it was worth it to go thru the hassle of getting to the PO. At least at my local PO I get a smile and a hello, rather than a mechanical, can I help you. At least there i know exactly what I need to have with me, what forms i need to fill out, ect, rather than every time being different and never knowing what to expect. I could list more that made me no longer want to ever mail a package from Lacey Pack & Ship ever again! But tbh honest, I am not trying to be mean or bash any business I just never expected that each time I left there that I would leave feeling sad like I got my feelings hurt. ☹ P.S. The prices are outrageous as well. Example: my son lives in the UK and the difference in price for about the same size package to be sent was over $60 Thats just ridiculous Especially for service that makes you leave feeling like you just left the mean girls table in middle school!

I mistakenly left a poor review for this company, mistaking it for Package Express Postal Center in Lacey. I want to apologize. They were very gracious to inform me of my error. This store does have employees wearing masks and they have barriers to protect customers and staff.

I was in the store today. I overheard another customer ask about a service. The staff member went in back with the persons item. She comes back and hear the customer were discussing a matter. I could not believe the staff member said I could not understand you on the phone and I cannot understand you now. She said it in the rudest tone and she obviously understood her question in the store. You can get nicer and more professional service else where.

Excellent customer service and a wide variety of services provided

Shipped various personal and business-related packages from here on several occasions and it has been a great experience each and every time!Most recently I brought in an electric guitar pedal (accessory to an instrument) that I had sold online and needed to ship cross-country but had no box or packing materials. The lady at the desk was helpful and cheerful as she picked out the smallest tenable box from their stock, wrapped the components carefully with bubble wrap with care and respect, and then after weighing the whole shebang she explained the best options for my shipment regarding cost, timeliness, insurance servives, etc. along with a recommendation (in this case for USPS). I havent directly compared rates to shipping at post office - Im sure theres some markup or else how would they make any money - but I have shipped similar packages many times and the cost was well within the general ballpark I hav come to expect.Lastly, this experience was in December 2020, COVID-19 still going strong, and I did feel that the employees were conscientious and well-rehearsed in the typical practices for limiting exposures, mandatory masks, etc. In other words, I thought they did a straightforward good job with normal business pandemic duties.

The service is great, the store in clean and well organized, but I kept getting mail belonging to the person that had the box before me. Then I would have to take it to the front of the store, waiting in line, request that they only put mail in my box addressed to me; only to have the same thing happen over, and over, and over. I was happy to close my mail box.

I called the store to verify a service I neededAnd they said yes they could do it .So I arrive at the store with my paperwork and they said they couldn’t help me after 10 minutes of waiting .I asked her why she told me yes in the phone and her answer was she couldn’t understand meAnd she couldn’t understand me now .I speak clearly and even talked slow so and all sudden she can’t understand me . If she couldn’t understand me she should have said that before just saying yes to my question.Terrible Store very unprofessional and rude .I have been to many shipping stores and never had this to happen for a simple task to get a certified copy .

This place is the best.So much the best that we moved to Shelton and I will still drive 40 minutes out of my way JUST to ship through this store.I run a small business and have 2 small kids and am just a confused hot mess who shows up sometimes like a whirlwind of wild children and cardboard and bubblewrap and things I havent packaged or addressed yet, and I must be the most annoying of all patrons and they are always so kind and helpful and accommodating to my needs.The customer service is outstanding, the place is always clean, there is a box of toys for kids if youre going to be a minute or 10.Simply the best.

I don’t have enough good words for this business. I live in Colorado and bought a brush guard for my truck online from a guy in Lacey thinking it’s would be easy to get it shipped. For weeks we were trying to figure out how to get it shipped to me, everyone was quoting way too much, and worst yet they required that we supply the shipping box (good luck finding a box that’s 4 feet by 3 feet). It was a nightmare figuring out the logistics especially since the seller had to keep lugging this awkwardly shaped brush guard, that is in 5 pieces and pretty heavy to multiple stores. We were on the verge of giving up when I decided to do a quick Google search for shipping services in Lacey. Boy was I glad to find this place! The lady on the phone (Theresa) was so friendly and gave me so much information and different options for shipping. She explained everything to me. She literally had the seller simply drop the item off (unpackaged!) in their store, and they took care of the rest! They took care of packaging and took my (very fairly priced) payment for shipping over the phone. They made this process so very convenient and easy. I’m so happy to finally get my brush guard, I wish I found them sooner!My only “complaint” about the business is that they need to open a location in Colorado! Lol.. we could use a good shipping service like this!In all serious I’m so happy, all thanks to Lacey Pack N Ship!

This place is literally the BEST.And I dont just mean for a pack and ship store, I mean for a business.Their staff is so personable and helpful.I have been using them exclusively for 3 years for my small business for everything from packing supplies, to shipments to printing needs.Always friendly and efficient. Signed up with them, and one of the main selling points for me was being able to call In, and have them check the mail so I dont have to make extra trips if there is nothing in my mailbox, or nothing worthy of a trip. Called the other day, and they said the line was way to long for them to check my mail. Luckily I was only 5 mins away this time so decided to go check my mail, and there was literally no one there so I was lied to. Then called 2 days ago, and they said they wont be able to check my mail for me during December cause they will be to busy. Yeah December is my busiest month as well. Wish I would have been told this when signing up. Ive had a mailbox here for about 2 years and I couldnt be happier! Im always bothering them to check if my packages have arrived (usually before theyve been checked in) and they are always kind and helpful. I recently made a very fragile gift for Mothers Day and they packaged everything for me while I went to the grocery store close by. They did a wonderful job making a large custom box and packing it securely and it arrived safe and sound to its destination. I used to hate dealing with anything mail related but now I actually enjoy it!

Great service and decent price. They use various vendors and so can get you a low price and good estimate on the timeliness of the service. I use them whenever I need to ship a package. I always come with a sealed package so I do not know what they cost to pack something but their shipping is usually reasonably priced.

Used this business once to ship, NEVER AGAIN! I see a 5 star review from Rob Anderson, her husband! Theresa Anderson, owner also has given her business 5 star reviews. Not trustworthy in my opinion.

Fine for shipping in the US, but do not use for international shipping. They have no comprehension of international shipping protocols, time frames, or the importance of shipping important documents via a private courier such as DHL or FedEx.

Haven’t even made it to the store but have made my decision that I will bring my business elsewhere. I tried to call (during hours) and it rang until the voicemail. Called again and a women picked up and said “please hold” sat on hold for 15 before hanging up. Just had one simple question I needed answered before I swung by. If there’s that bad customer service over the phone why would anyone want to go into the location???

Really not sure where all these reviews are coming from because this place is a complete rip off. Went there about a month ago for some small poly mailer packages, and was charged about $2 more per package than the post office. Went there today after calling if they do mark ups on the flat rate packages and the guy just said its whatever is in the computer. I should of just gone with my instinct but wanted to take care of it on my lunch break. So after the guy entered my 2 flat rate packages he tells me the total is $19 and some change. WHAT??? Those 2 packages would cost me $13.60 total. Insane to me that they add an additional $3 per package! No thank you! Save yourself some money and just go to the post office!

Sent plenty of packages here. Quick and easy and they use all carriers. There is also a blue USPS box out front

Quoted me to ship a package USPS Priority at $145. Went to the post office, shipped it USPS Priority at $93.

Pretty disappointed that my packages were mixed up and delivered to the wrong addresses. Since those packages part of an eBay transaction, I ended up losing quite a bit of money and receiving negative feedback from one of the eBay buyers. I didnt make a claim to this store within their 20 day window, so they did not refund my shipping costs or reimburse me in any way. Will not be using their services again.
