Went to drop off Usps packages that already had postage on them. I was informed that there was a $1 surcharge to drop off any USPS items. $1 each! Also I noticed there was no sign on the door about wearing a mask to enter. I went inside and there was 3 people in this small store that did not have masks on. Do not support this business.
Owner and staff are extremely friendly. They take care of their customers.
Great service! They ensured my packages were sealed correctly. In and out even when busy.
INSANELY overpriced. A flat rate box that is typically $15.50 was $22.I’ll forever head down the road to the actual post office!
I love this place, I will keep going here just because of the owner...
No mask on the employee, no plexiglass barrier...Obviously does not care at all about anyone else. We are required to wear masks to enter businessees and we are in the worse stages of Covid 19 outbreaks in the area . What is their problem???? I will never shop there again.
Refused to wear a mask or follow even basic safety procedures
When I dropped off a package with a Priority Mail label, they scanned my package to be shipped. The Post Office doesnt show it was picked up there. Package Express is denying responsibility for losing my package. I will not use this company any more.
When you enter post office in a google map search, this business should not show up as a result. A post office is a public resource that provides basic services. This business thinks it is acceptable to charge an additional $.50 PER PACKAGE. DO NOT GO HERE. Go to the ACTUAL post office near Lacey city hall.
This place is a prime example of price gouging. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I went in to mail a 9.1 lb box for Christmas from Washington to Texas. The prices they gave me ranged from $52 - $64 depending on who I used (Fed Ex, UPS, USPS). At first i thought maybe they were trying to send it next day and told them i just needed it there by December 24 and I was mailing on December 18th. Needless to say, the price did not change so I left thinking I may have to rethink what I was sending. I decided to stop by Office Depot to get a quote from them just to see if it was comparable. Same box and same items at 9.1 lbs and it was $28.01 thru Fed Ex arriving on Saturday December 22nd. I understand a business needing to make money but that much of an up-charge is ridiculous!!! I will never use them again!!
Great customer service! Headquarters does an amazing job of answering questions...
Great customer service! Been a customer here for 11 years! P.O. Box, notary, faxing. They do it all!
The only place I will send any mail out. I feel so Comfortable everytime I am in there, which is often. I want to thank all ladies and gentlemen for an amazing job!!
Ive used this facility for years and unfortunately will take my business elsewhere after management posted a sign that packages cannot be sent to APO addresses during certain weeks of December. While I recognize the importance of my aunt Mildred receiving her fruit cake timely, Im aghast at this blatant lack of support for United States service members. Indeed, they dont need packages during the holidays. Defending the freedom of the owners of this establishment is obviously gift enough..who needs a drawing from their daughter or cookies from mom to get through Christmas in a hell hole?
If you bring a package with postage paid, they still charge 50 cents just for them to hand it to the postal carrier. Ridiculous.
This place is a joke! Do not support them.
