My new mattress was delivered today!! I love it! But what I appreciate even more was the excellent customer service I received from everyone I encountered from purchasing right though to the delivery. Clint, whom I bought the mattress from was helpful, shared oodles of knowledge about which mattress might be right for me. The delivery team, I only got Anthonys name, were super polite yet friendly. And even though they had to take back the box spring..my error,..new frame and I guess I didnt need a box spring..I heard no moaning and in fact Anthony suggested i call James and they would return it. All went smoothly and I am very pleased with my purchase. I recommend Mattress Depot very highly and I am pretty fussy on some things.... like what I sleep on. Thank you all!!

We told him what type of frame we got and he showed us our options for different mattresses and adjustable bases. Great pricing too. Got two free temper pillows too. Free delivery and set up. I shopped all mattress stores in the tri city area and found the help I needed from Bryan and Rose at the kennewick location in tri cities. I had a unique situation with an antique bed where the matress size was not standard to today. Bryan and Rose set me up with the perfect gel mattress that I was able to conform to the antique bed. None of the other stores had any help or guidance as to how to solve the issue. I’m so pleased they took the time to explain and help me. Pass the word…go to mattress depot first and ask for Bryan and Rose you won’t be disappointed.

On 09/04/21 my wife and I went to the Mattress Depot in Issaquah. We were greeted by Spencer and Jeff. They were friendly and courteous. They explained the differences in mattresses that I had researched on line. They actually pointed out a mattress that I had not seen on the website. It was a Lyrica, made locally and was actually more comfortable than others we tried out. It was the one we ended buying (2 mattresses, 2 foundations, covers). For an extra fee, the store will remove our old sets. Very reasonable. 10-year warrantee. Wish I could give more than 5 stars..

Ray was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. We were shopping for a disabled person on a budget - he took the time to do the research and to help us pick out the best possible option for the best possible price. Not only did he take the time but he was sincerely vested in what we needed and made sure we made the right choices! I could not have asked for a better customer service and I will tell anyone I know to go see Ray. When the delivery team came- Chris and Tre were the best! On time, friendly and took the time to answer all of our questions and do a in depth demo to make sure we understood how the adjustable frame worked. I intended to purchase a memory foam mattress when I walked in - and Im so glad I listened to Eric Horton. He asked me questions I hadnt even considered that relevant in the purchase of a mattress and guided me to the all-natural latex mattress. I have been SO PLEASED with the latex mattress and the adjustable base - I wake up each morning and stand up without any stiffness in my middle-aged body, quite unlike with my old mattress. Eric arranged prompt delivery, and my delivery men were quick and tidy as they whisked away my old mattress and assembled my new bed. I am thrilled with my purchase and would absolutely shop there again!

Love my mattress but did not receive the adjustable base that was advertised. My additional purchase of a mattress cover was not delivered and after 4 days still have not received it. Very disappointed.

We walked into the Lacey location after lunch just to take a quick look around. Eric and Marianne greeted us at door and helped us find a few options to try, and then... Just left us alone. I went in Mattress Depot after having dinner just so see how much mattresses cost and possibly gain some knowledge on different styles of mattresses. I wasn’t 100% in the market for a mattress but after stopping by and speaking with Jeff I was convinced it was time. I didn’t know different sleeping styles affected the choices of mattresses to look at. Today was the first mattress I ever bought and Jeff made it comfortable and a breeze. We went to 4 mattress stores everyone was good. In the end I purchased here as it was $150 less than the others and a bed was in stock. Yay!

Weve just left this store and made a successful purchase. Jeff was very helpful and we tested multiple mattresses. He analyzes how you sleep (side, back, belly) and how well you align on each mattress for optimal support. Its difficult buying a mattress that youve only spent a few minutes laying on, but his input made it easier. Going in person is definitely better than online, especially for a mattress. Financing was quick and easy.

I had been looking for a new bed and went to several other stores in the area with no success, I kept feeling pressured to buy something I knew wasnt quite right for a price I wasnt happy with. I came to Mattress Depot USA a little exhausted from the experience and Jeff was a breath of fresh air to work with!He really listened, he was so attentive and just easy to relate to. I suffer from chronic hip and shoulder pain. Sleeping is usually painful so I dont exactly get excited about it. He knew the exact right beds to try, honestly each of them would probably have been great but still he took the extra time to make sure it was perfect. After we picked the bed, he put me on an adjustable base and I fell in love! Its perfect to be able to change positions and relieve pressure from problem areas, elevate my legs or just sit up if I need to as Im waking up. The massage feature is soothing, you can adjust the vibrations to your preference.It seriously is life changing. Between the base and the bed I now look forward to sleeping for the first time in 8 years! On top of everything he had the best prices too! My husband and I were looking for standard king mattress that would accommodate my preference for a firmer mattress and my husbands for a softer one. Eric, the store manager, helped us and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had been to two other stores and we were glad to have walked into Mattress Depot. The prices were reasonable, the store was clean, and Eric told us about the mattress recycling program for our old mattress which to me speaks well about the company. Overall, it was a great mattress buying experience and I would recommend them to my friends and family.
