The Prime rib is comparable to the quality at Abe n Louie or a Capital Grill. Shrimp cocktail were jumbo size shrimp, cold, fresh and the cocktail sauce had a nice bite. Onion soup was very good which is hard to find nowadays. Great ownership at this place. Its a down to earth place and the service is friendly and fast. Great night out.
The Steakhouse was great!! I can only speak for the chicken Parm and the chicken tenders/fries from personal experience but they were very good. We’ve been there twice thus far. My buddy ordered the chicken wings and says they were incredible. The homemade blue cheese was “the best” he’s ever had. BBQ sauce is awesome, the chicken parm is great and the portions are generous. Staff was friendly and we got quick service (we arrived shortly after they opened at 4pm). Next year for bike week we’ll be eating there at least a couple times again. I hear the meatballs are unbelievable as well. Maybe next time I’ll try them.
They are constantly canceling my order on me and it is absolutely frustrating. Not to mention the credit back to my account takes way too long. I do not recommend this place, they can’t even fulfill their orders
We went to the steakhouse because it was conveniently located near where we were staying. If youre looking for steaks though, you should avoid this place as they only had one steak option on the menu. The meals were overpriced, and one in our party had to go through the entire meal without a drink. When we spoke with whom we would assume is one of the managers regarding the burnt food, she was less than apologetic. If I could give this zero stars I absolutely would. From service to food, to the atmosphere absolutely awful!
Very mixed reviews. The dining room was dark and smelled like cleaning fluid so we ate at the bar. The bar was clean and lively. Some of our food was very good and some was not good. The biggest problem was that nothing was very hot because the server was also a bartender. So the food did not come out hot because she was very busy behind the bar . Manhattan Seafood chowder was delicious and broiled shrimp was delicious . Salad was not impressive. Chicken Parmesan was not very good. It was a huge portion but the chicken was very tough. The broccoli side dish and butternut squash were OK but also cold. Drinks were very good. One thing we could not help but notice was that the servers behind the bar kept grabbing the martini glasses with their fingers in the glass. Next time we would only go for a beer and a bottle
Slower service but staff was very friendly. Food was great. Prime rib was very well flavored and quite tender, pizza was tasty, pork chops were delicious. All in all good value and experience.
My wife & I had dinner tonight. It was excellent. We had the stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer, outstanding! The prime rib, & the butternut squash it was unbelievable. The service was excellent thanks Frank, & Dean for a wonderful experience.
We should’ve known when we walked in with only a table seated with guests. After a day in the cold we were hoping to warm up and ended up keeping our coats on the entire visit. The chicken wings had some flavor and we were hungry but we ate with caution as bones kept breaking off of the shattered pieces of chicken. Never before had we seen chicken wings that came in halves. Three steak tip specials came out well done, when they were ordered medium to medium rare. One plate came out five minutes after everyone else with tips that were white in color, compared to the others that were charred, as if found in the back of the freezer? Mac and cheese was gritty and over cooked. Rice pilaf- mushy, and the butternut squash was a unique color and still had solid chucks of squash in it. We ate 1/4 of the food, took it home for the dogs but after all of us feeling terrible the next day, we threw away $75 worth of steak tips. Oh they took off %10 when they asked how the food was and we were too polite to say how we really felt. Pizza was okay.

We started going to The Steakhouse last summer after not going there for several years. It has become our go-to hangout now. Sherri Lynn (manager) and Chris (bartender) are really fun and nice people, and we have a great time bantering with them at the bar. Chris mixes a mean drink, and really listens to how you want it made. The food has been consistently very good-to-excellent. Youve got to try the PIZZA! It is absolutely delicious....much better than you would ever expect to get at a steak place!! A really great experience, and you will enjoy it thoroughly!
We went here for labor day weekend - AWESOME FUN WITH AXIS! the food was good the portions were huge! Reasonably priced too! The place was packed and everyone had so much fun! The location is right at the old Christmas Island...so right up from Weirs. I hope they continue to offer great bands with the great food and drinks all fall and winter! Well worth the trip! Staff was friendly and attentive. The only negative is that you have to go downstairs to go to the bathroom - none on main level...
My husband and I went to the Christmas Island steakhouse for our wedding g anniversary. We had great conversation with owner and waitress. It was truly a find for us. Reasonably priced, top quality food, excellent staff and casual and homey . Highly recommended.

Service wasnt that great, people sat after me got their salads before I did. French fries were over cooked and had zero seasoning/taste to it, dont even get me started on how pathetically seasoned and tasteless the prime rib was. Save your money on their over priced menu and go anywhere but here.
Well we waited almost 2 hrs for 4 burgers and one chicken parm, had ordered Cosmos requesting Titos but it was cheap vodka instead. Will never go back there, I was sick along w my friend for 2 days!!! I had to give one star because it does not give you an option of zero stars!!!
Although a little expensive, it’s very worth it. The service is outstanding, and the food is even better. They seriously go all out with everything. I ordered some appetizers, not expecting much, and I was blown away by the quality of even the small things like mozzarella sticks. Overall a fantastic place for families or even just going alone.
Terrible place, Service sucks and food tastes awful. $15 Margaritas are you kidding me? Dont go here; there are plenty of other local bars around to enjoy.

Went there tonight only because it was the only place without a wait and that should have been a clue including the bad reviews. It’s a small restaurant of maybe 12 tables and we sat for twenty minutes after being seated by the hostess. No one greeted us or asked us for a drink order. The waitress and hostess just kept walking by. We can’t comment on the food as we ended up walking out after that. I would think that a family run restaurant might care more but this was ridiculous. We are a biracial family and this behavior has made me question their motives. Try any of the other fantastic restaurants in the area!
OK not great at all. 1 server for 6 tables. And A manager who was no where to be found. Although my scallops were good . my daughters sampler plate was burnt. My husbands meal was nothing what he expected. Would not recommend it.
I came in with 2 others we were here over 2 hours when food arrived it was not what I ordered,I was then informed they did not have my order.my boyfriend prime rib was over done and my friends pasta was under done..The ac was on so cold that I was freezing as well as many others after about 2 hours someone turned it down..I was starving and left starving..I will not return here theres so many other places that care to make your experience enjoyable I left aggravated, hungry and cold .. Ill also add I watched one waitress drinking behind the bar and not one person being remotely careful with food handling you never know who is sitting in your restaurant js
Good atmosphere and apps decent but for a Steak House, just horrible. Known for prime rib and not even fit for my dogs. Never again!

We have been here 3 times the first time was awesome 2nd time was good. The last time was so bad we will never return. Our steak was inedible potato was burnt and our favorite veggie was so bad. Service was poorThe one thing I will say is the management was kind and tried to make it right.

This place is a joke.... I really wish you didnt have to give them a single star ...anyone that has been there since May 2017 knows what I mean ( unless your part of there special click or a relative) They dont deserve a single star ... Went from one of the best places to eat and drink in town to a complete joke in less than a year.. the new management they hired to run it for 2017 is very unprofessional and beyond rude. They will kick you off the property for no reason with zero explanation (and no I wasnt an intoxicated jerk I didnt even drink my last visit ) So to sum it up... the place is an overpriced hole in the wall with bad service and overpriced (low quality) food. Do yourself a favor save the money and headache and go to The O 5 minutes down the road and get what you pay for without the chance of getting food poisoning due to the lack of proper sanitation.

Walked in, walked out. Not clean, bugs in all windows by the dozens. Host ingored us then told us to have a good night as we left 5 minutes later, wouldnt get of phone.
I chose filet mignon with stuffed shrimp for my meal. The shrimp were more like Shrimp de Jonghe - all garlicky and buttery. Cheesecake cake, house made dessert, (suggested by my server) was very good. A bit spendy for me, but very delicious.
Best prime rib in town and baked stuffed shrimp is one of a kind! If you want an awesome server ask for Stephanie!
Worst food in Laconia. We had spaghetti and meatballs. Pasta over cooked, sauce was burnt, meatballs we could have played baseball with. When we sent it back uneaten they attempted to charge us for the meals. We didn’t pay. Gross.

There was a show back in the 90s and early 2000s called Frasier. It was a spinoff from Cheers and focused on two elitist brothers and their blue collar dad. One episode was about a restaurant the brothers went to where dinner was perfect with the exception of on things. One of the brothers said, The only thing better than a perfect dinner is a perfect dinner with one tiny flaw we can complain about all night. I had the prime rib and my husband had a bolognese with meatballs special. We each had a caesar salad. We got off to a bit of a slow start but once we got going I have to say, the service we received from Lisa was fabulous, our meals were outstanding and the tiny flaw was overwhelmingly corrected by the lovely manager so we had absolutely nothing to complain about at all. I cant wait to go back and try the seafood I saw at other tables. The prime rib was amazing and flavored to perfection. The sauteed mushrooms on the side were seasoned beautifully. My husbands bolognaise had a perfect amount of meat and the meatballs were just great. Im going to run out of adjectives here, but just let me say, we will be back and you all should give it a try as well. The staff, the food and the atmosphere are great.
The shrimp scampi had zero flavor, but you could smell the garlic for days. The steak wasnt really worth the price either

Awful!!! I have never had such a bad experience in this area! Living on the Lake here for 20yrs and regularly go out locally it’s bad business to treat people soo rudely when it’s a small tight knit area and we live here year round!! The manager is horrible and has no real experience with good business or food service habits!! Don’t waste your time and money when there’s sooo many great places in the area to eat!!
