Great staff, good food. A little pricey but its the location fee I suppose. Dont expect fancy.

I have never waited so long for such basic food. We came here to save time instead of cooking but it took an hour to get our eggs. They also have a severely limited menu. They were out of iced coffee, forgot most of our drinks, and have no fruit other than banana. How can you call this a breakfast place? The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because it is the 4th of July and the food was edible.

The food is pretty bad - eggs over cooked, biscuit and gravy taste like cornstarch, plus they only have styrofoam plates and cups, plastic silverware. Service was rushed with the tall blond women literally throwing the plates on the table. Not a positive vibe.
Just a basic breakfast menu, not even any topping selection for a belgium waffle or french toast. Paper plates and cups. Sticky condiments as if they are never wiped down clean. Just ehh.

The food was good but the floor looked very dirty and we were very disappointed to get our food, including benedicts and french toast, on styrofoam plates. Cutting our food with the plastic silverware on styrofoam was very difficult and not ideal for breakfast foods.
The eggs, omelet, and bacon were cooked perfectly. The staff was friendly and smiling. They are short staffed just as the entire country is but they did a great job!

Very slow service. Even when not busy. Foods ok. Server too busy to check on you after you get your food. Ours was made wrong. But ate it and paid and left.

Food really wasnt good. Waitress wasnt very friendly when asking about the menu items, as in - she seemed turned off because I asked 2 questions to understand what I was considering to order.Youre better off driving 10 minutes down the road and going to any number of options in laconia that are much friendlier, better pricing, better quality food, and better portions for the price. The size of the portions dont reflect the pricing they charge for simple breakfast options. Wont go again.

This place had so much potential because the food, once you get it is really good made from fresh ingredients. Staff leaves much to be desired. No greeting or acknowledgement upon arrival. I wont go on about it other than they should be more customer friendly. From entry to food arrival total time was more than 1 hour waiting. Only complaint on food was I ordered a broccoli and 3 cheese omelette, it was lacking cheeses. It was hard to find any. Tasted good though but was looking forward to all that cheese. Home fries hard great taste prepared with onion, thats how I love it. Portion was a little small.
Went early and breakfast was delicious. Staff was wonderful with our little ones and the price of food was not expensive. You get a good meal with the hearty breakfast that they have and enjoyable coffee.

We went for breakfast and they were very busy. The service was good for how busy they were. I had the French toast which was very good. I would give 4 stars had our waitress asked us if we wanted more coffee. I would go back.
Great service. Little to no wait and the food was delicious. Really nice portion sizes. We had to take the pancakes to go but they were just as delicious later on.
I used to love it here, but the service has gone down hill. We waited an hour from when we ordered to when we got our food, and people who sat and ordered after us for their food first. Maybe our waitress forgot to put the order in. She also let our drinks sit empty for 40 minutes and never checked in on us. I could see if the kitchen was backed up (hard to believe only about half the seats were sat) but she needed to at least come explain that to us and we would be understanding. We were just ignored. Wont be back.
Food was good, but took 45 minutes to get it after we ordered. Not acceptable for breakfast food. Should be out in less than 15 minutes, tops

This place has awful service. We have been sitting for over an hour and no breakfast. We both ordered two eggs and toast... so ..not that hard. Going on 75 minutes. Other side of the room seems to be getting better service.

Love this little diner, friendly service and beyond reasonable prices. Menu includes typical breakfast/brunch items and there is something for everyone. Coffee is descent, and as I mentioned avove its priced very reasonably.
We came in and we got to sit rather soon but after that it took the waiter a long time to get to us and then the menus were slightly hard to actually read. The prices were all over the place. It took exceptionally long to get our food after we ordered. And our waiter didnt check in while we waited for our food to ask about drinks.
If you want the family feel and great home cooking, this is the place to go. The entire staff was more than gracious. They were glorious. Whomever the young lady is that was cooking all the delicious food, please dont stop cooking ever. You are truly blessed with the ability to cook amazing food. We came on a Tuesday at 11:00. Got to sit down right away. The gentleman server was wicked friendly and helpful. I had the apple pancakes; my wife had the sausage gravy. Both dishes were delicious and filling. The prices are very reasonable. My wife told me that is were we are eating breakfast the rest of our stay. I dont care how far we have to drive we are coming back.
Host was very pleasant but asked for booth which was open and gave us table.....why would you have an assortment of emEggs Benedict ..yet informed chef not doing poached eggs for eggs benedict.....food took forever and no apology from server for long wait.....sad, we used to love this spot for breakfast...

Not enough wait staff in this place!! Very busy and full to capacity but only 3 waiter and waitresses. Food was overcooked my companion was supposed to get grilled English muffin with meal, which never came and waitress never came back.

Formerly a wonderful place and fun atmosphere, not anymore. Told things are being run differently now. Tables were cleared but still a wait to be seated, menu ok, no bike week specials as in the past. Slow service. Waited and waited for food. Food was good, as was the waitress who has been there a long time. Place was busy but not like it used to be. We are finding a new breakfast place and starting a new tradition.
This use to be a great place to eat, we would come here every year during Laconia.Tuesday I had the BLT with fries.Ive never been SO SICK with food poisoning in my life!! Needless to say the last two days of vacation was spent getting rid of the bad bacteria in my body!!Couldnt be more disappointed!🤢😷

It was ok nothing special. They didnt run any specials on labor day weekend. I was hoping for a lobster benedict or something at least. The food did come out quickly and nice and hot though.
