Went to get replacement coils and found out my tank was discontinued. Dillon suggested a tank that was fairly inexpensive and a great alternative for my old tank. He explained how to setup the coils and the proper wattage I should be using for the new coils. I have never had a more informative experience with a employee at any vape store. I’ve been vaping since mid April as a way to quit actual cigarettes and slowly come off the vape. Hopefully soon won’t have to do this but for now it works and I do it a lot less so whatever helps. Just wish they were just a little bit cheaper. There are a few staff members that actually deserve five stars but since I’ve come in here and get various staff, they aren’t all equal.

Ive been buying disposables for my stepdaughter and they are to last two two and a half days. I understand that it depends on how much a person vapes,but this is the average that it was lasting her and just to make sure I had asked the woman when I purchased them on October the 25th. I brought it home when I gave it to her I purchased it at 3:36 by 10:00 p.m. It was empty. Called the store thinking they would do the right thing cuz thats just ridiculous and I was told theres nothing they can do. So they lost a good customer. Over a six $6 plus disposable puffer theyre lost somebody else is gain.

Every Saturday i try to spend money, the sign says open but the doors are locked and no one is in sight.

I absolutely love this store, every employee does everything they can to make you feel like family. Every time I leave, I walk out knowing I got the right product for me. The employees spend as much time as they need to help you find the perfect flavor, or the right tank for you. They take the time to make sure everything you get is the right fit for you and your life style. I have recommend this store to many people.

I bought a product from them and it was in warranty but because it had two nicks in it which they described as ‘chunks’ they weren’t even going to try to send it in. NOT EVEN TRY. What’s the point of saying there’s a warranty if there really is none. Honestly it felt like they were looking for any excuse to not replace. Save your money go somewhere with better prices/customer service.

Love this location! Staff is wonderful - always helpful in giving me good advice when purchasing new items. I don’t understand why all the other poor reviews but as of now, I can’t say anything bad at all.The only thing I’d like to see is that I wish they had more sales or a rewards type program set up since I buy lots of fluid & coils. I think we’d all like an extra incentive - a bonus that we can work towards... yeah....

I have always enjoyed my interactions with the employees here. Elizabeth has been a constant help with juice and equipment recommendations.My only recommendation for this location would be to have a root beer flavor offered. :)

Stopped in last week to purchase my first ecig. Im a non smoker and have been for four years. Just missed the act of smoking. The ladies that helped me were super sweet and very informative.
