I received a mailed invitation to a free hearing test event. The letter is signed electronically by Nicholas Gray, President. The return address on the envelope instead of saying Beltone, used my surname with an alternative first name. This is fraudulent and a slimy way to get the letter opened. A company that is willing to use a lie to get my business, does not deserve my business

Had an emergency, they worked me in the same afternoon. While there, they took the time to do my annual checkup and adjustments needed. (Which was scheduled later that week. But since I was there.......). Very cordial, helpful & professional

I bought my hearing my aids from Ear to Hear. During the pandemic, Beltone took over their patients. I was told that the hearing aid specialist would be getting computer software to service my Widex hearing aidsNo so - she basically told me she could not do it and to find a Widex dealer.What a waste of my timeNow not only did they waste my time but I have found another Ear to Hear in Beverly Hills. I called to get my file and the receptionist told me at first I could not have it because they had to keep their files. The did nothing for me -my whole history is with Ear to Hear, Hearing tests warranties etc.When I insisted she said I would have to come in and sign a release (ok) and that I still could not have the file (not ok) but that she would make copies of what she thought was relevant( (not ok) and I would have to pay for them (definitely not ok)I am amazed at this company

I have been going to this Beltone office for five years. On May 10, 2017 Traci Gamble, hearing care practitioner ran some test and sold me a new set of hearing aids which I knew I needed. I go back for service every 3-4 months. Traci is best practitioner I have ever had in my 22years of hearing problems. I had some damage to a hearing aid and she said come on in and we will fix it. I have always left their completely satisfied. On this contact she repaired my aid and cleaned them like new again. Robert Brossart

Initially I was hesitant about the prospect of having a hearing aid but also knew my ability to hear was not up to standard. Traci at the LadyLake, FL store tested me and confirmed that I was well below normal. Within an hour she had me fitted and hearing beyond what I believed was possible. She was efficient, professional and personable. I would recommend her and the Beltone Aid to anyone.
