My 93 yr old mother broke a wire on one of her hearing aids - I called and they had an appointment that afternoon - Shawn replaced the broken hearing aid wire and then tested her hearing - but - in the process, he discovered that the last place where she was tested (COSTCO - also where she purchased them) had actually programmed them backwards - much to my disbelief, he said it wasnt the first time hed seen that happen - go figure ? Thankfully, Shawn reprogrammed them in a matter of minutes - but the real shocker was when he said there was no charge - and wished my mother a Happy Birthday - hed apparently noticed on her chart that her birthday was the day before - Shawn is definitely our HERO and we will be referring every one we know to his Lady Lake office !!!
