Will never purchase from here again. Was out of a washer and purchased one from this store as I was told it was estimated the following week to arrive in store. It has now been 2 months and still have not received the washer. Called multiple times to be told that the washer was not on the truck or the truck did not come that week. The only direction they would give me was to come cancel my order and purchase elsewhere.

Sears took my broken sockets from 10 years ago that were cracked and also my ratchet wrenches. 5 total value sold separately over $40.00. They really do honor there craftsman warranty. I also just bought the 311 craftsman tool set and was very pleased with the already previously opened and returned socket set that was on sale. Every piece was there. Very happy with the purchase, I love this store because their great employees care.

I hope Sears continually stays on the brink of bankruptcy. I mean the deals you can get at this place are unsurpassed. Also, I would like to note if Black & Decker doesnt uphold the integrity of the Craftsman name in honoring the lifetime warranty on hand tools they will rue the day.

Cant pick up the phone. I called many times and only once someone picked up only to put me on hold until the on hold system hung up on me. My fridge is broken, my new born baby needs her formula to be stored in it and these people arent picking up the phone.

2 items I did purchase were only purchased because I sW them while looking for something else which was not in stock/available. Visited mens restroom while in store. No hand soap no hand towels, no toilet paper. They did however have running water and electricity.

I’ve been there 3 times in the past two weeks, each time, there was no one in the front to help. I waited for 20 minutes the first time. Second time we waited 10 minutes to return an item then they didn’t know how to return an item that was bought online, that took 30 minutes. I already ordered another item that my daughter went to pick up for me this evening and somehow they cannot find it, my daughter said the woman kept rolling her eyes at her also.My daughter was not the only person there, her and another woman waited about 13 minutes to be greeted and waited on, my daughter and this woman Sparked up conversation while they waited, the woman told my daughter she hates coming to this particular Sears because waiting on someone to help you is always long, not because they are helping others but no one ever knows anyone is there because they were laying on the beds one day laughing and talking and others they were all in the back! Apparently this is an issue because we are not the only ones to have dealt with it.

My family has a long history of successful and satisfied shopping at Sears. Unfortunately, Sears Home Store does not measure up to the quality, service, and/or customer service that was a staple of America’s Sears franchise. I recently purchased a washer ($900+ total cost) from the store and was not satisfied with the features or performance of this item. I went into to the store for exchange and arrangements to return the washer. My salesperson was an awesome guy who initiated my request; the process of exchange via telephone (Philippines customer reps) started after 11am thru 2pm. I chose a new washer and the telephone rep would not honor the in store price despite any advertised promotion. Needless to say this was disappointing and further solidified my dissatisfaction with Sears Home Store. I opted for full refund and will never shop or promote anyone shopping at these stores. The overall in store experience was great, the out of store service pitiful and very very poor! The lack of customer support and quality service via mandatory telephone and/or online chat is the worst I have every encountered!

I bought a Kenmore refrigerator in this place and after taking a month for delivery at 2 months it did not make ice on the bottom, they came they changed what makes ice but it remained in the same they came two or three times but nothing that improved me They said it was because it didnt make much ice, that is, the problem was never solved now after 1 year it does not make ice either up or down the fix costs 600 $ more the visit now the only answer they give me that they cant do anything because no I paid for the extension of the warranty. I mean to pay them a warranty for the same they were never going to solve the problem because the refrigerator never worked well in a single word throw money on something that never worked well and now nobody gives you an answer, I do not recommend it is much money 💰 for nothing
