People were really friendly and helpful. There was a price error on the shelf and rather than turning me away they fixed the price for me and were really nice about it. Store was clean and organized.
My husband got left in the dust with a 2 year old in tow while trying to purchase 3 desktop setups because they didnt have the time to answer questions so he just left and went help other customers. Mainly my husband was simply trying to find a good desktop setup that they had 3 of in stock which was apparently to hard for this employee. Everywhere is struggling with good employees or lack of employees but man everything seems to be so much less enjoyable than it used to be. I cant believe any of us used to complain before COVID! Sorry Best Buy you used to do such a good job. Well all get through this with Gods help.
Hard to still find value in Best Buy when most of the items they carry are usually priced significantly less at other stores online. And their pickup program is horrible. I have waited no less than 25-30 minutes every time I have purchased online and picked up in store. Usually the store associate is alone at the counter and always having massive issues finding every customers items! LOL! Every time.So, I avoid them when possible and only go in when necessary.
The store layout is the only positive thing going for this store. Every time Ive gone in Ive spent my entire time in the store without being acknowledged or asked if I needed help. I understand currently under staffing issues but when there is barely anyone in the store that issue doesnt fit. Not sure whos training customer service but they are not doing their job.

Went in to purchase a new cell phone ; the young lady sales person was knowledgeable about the various phones, did not try to pressure me into buying the most expensive phone in stocks. Didnt try the hard sell on an extended warranty. A good experience all around.

Whoever they have on the chat lines is rude. Geek squad doesn’t have any of the answers you need when you need them and obviously Apple doesn’t respect Best Buy enough too make sure their customers are getting the products they fixed within a reasonable time.
They have stocked alot of new products and the team here is very friendly and know their products which is good.

I bought several items a few weeks ago The Associate told me I could return my purchased items within a month. I bought a laptop, big screen TV, several cords, and a couple other things. The tape to DVD device didnt work and the camera mount was not worth half of what I paid. So basically Im stuck with a gift card to a store that Im not happy with. The associate at the counter was very nice and empathetic (also busy). She called a manager for me and after taking 10 minutes to arrive, which is understandable to a degree, he didnt even acknowledge my existence, literally. He simply said just give him a store credit and walked away. No nod, polite gesture.....nothing. These items were still in packaging and I had my receipt. Im just so annoyed. Have these guys not heard of Amazon? I was trying to buy local but I doubt I ever go back there.
Purchased a LG fridge/bottom freezer $2699.99 combination 12.28.2019 since installation my fridge is only 1 yr 8 months because of multi appliance purchased received the store discount purchased extra 3 yr warranty, called Best Buy warranty center stating 07.19.2021 now they are sending the 4th technician and I am living out a ice chest. I have learned my lesson shop local who have their own service technician in house. Because here it is08.10.21 and the service and parts not available til middle of September. Called Best Buy in Lafayette La they don’t answer their phones and when they I asked to speak to the manager they do said he is not available . Also yes they were very quick to get the sale and made the delivery in a timely manner but their service is a zero . Susan ArthurToday is 08.23.2021After countless phone calls made by me. My husband finally talked to the Lafayette store manager (his picture and cell phone is on the main entrance wall as you walk in) and our problem was finally resolved weeks later our fridge was replaced today with a new LG. I hope and pray this is the first and last review I will ever have to write.

I brought my computer in for a simple screen repair in April. I was told that it would be $300 and it would take three weeks to fix. I received my laptop today, June 24th. A month later than the date I was given, and the cost of repair went up to nearly $700, over double what I was quoted. But the worst thing they did was wipe my computer. I had backed it up, just like recommended and they completely reset my laptop. I lost document and pictures and videos and I can never get them back. Even more, the thing barely works, loading websites is so slow and a lot of times it doesn’t even work. By far the worst experience I have ever had anywhere and I am very disappointed.
Just went in this past Sunday to look at laptops both guys working in the computer area were super helpful, thanks again.
Service at BB is great. However, I needed help with my printer and have geek squad Service. They tried to help me via phone conversation and told me I had to go to the store and they could help me there. Arrived next day for my appointment but was told they cannot fix the printer. Had to buy another printer. Aggravating to say the least. Why set up an appointment if the store cant fix it?

I gave Best Buy 3 stars because they are low on a lot of stock. I have never been in Best buy where you are not greeted in every department. I had one man try to find an associate just because I was mesmerized over some speakers I was looking at. He had no luck . They are short staffed like alot of people over covid.

Best experience ever. I went to pick up my online order. It was on Black Friday. This store was so busy. Curbside pick up was taking 3 hours or so. After waiting patiently my order was partially completed. After I spoke to a girl in customer service and said I was still waiting. Customer service supervisor I think her name was Ashley came by and apologized for the wait time. She got 2 or 3 employees looking for my items. I was all ready to go in 10 minutes.I just wanted to say thank you very much for the Great customer service!I would definitely recommend this Best Buy!!!
ZERO STARS ISNT AN OPTION! After purchasing my phone and insurance my phone began malfunctioning so I went in and filed an insurance claim. Paid the fee. Received the replacement and sent in the old phone within the time limit as advised and I was then charged the full price for the phone anyway! I have called numerous times and spoken with every single department they have as well as gone into the store and none of them will refund my money or even seem to care. I was hung up on multiple times too. Ive spent countless hours listening to on hold music and cannot get any help. This is sad sad sad!
Older plump man at the front of the store attempting to get anyone who walks in put on a mask but if hes on his personal phone its okay you walk on in with no mask. He also needs to be warned about a little thing called hippa!
I ordered this galaxy alpha laptop at the store and waited and waited, but it didnt arrive. Best buy collected my money and didnt order the laptop. I had to go back to the store to ask what was going on. The insensitive store clerk simply offered me a refund. Distasteful customer service. Wish i could give 0 star.

Had exactly what I was looking for. Friendly staff. However they dont have enough staff. I had to go looking for an employee to purchase my tv. Once I found one he was pretty quick and finding the picture I showed him and ringing me up. Guys who loaded my tv were very nice it just took a good bit for them to come out.
Went to buy a speaker, shelves were empty. Finally tracked someone down and asked if they would have any in stock in the back and he said some of them maybe, then didn’t even ask which one I was looking at or offer any assistance. Looked it up on Amazon and it’s $20 cheaper and I can give them my money right now. You lost my business because nobody was willing to help me find what I needed.
They will let you stand there just looking around, never was asked one time if I needed help. Found what I thought was the right item and had to ask the cashier if he thought it would work for what I needed.
Plentiful selection of all things tech, collectibles and accessories. I always feel like an adult kid in a candy store. Having an amicable, tech-savvy staff (all of them, not just the GeekSquad) is a major perk + their ⚜Southern Hospitality⚜ is real. I love this location!

Well blame it on covid but I had to schedule an appointment for someone to tell me they did not have a phone in stock! You cannot call or check online if they have a phone in stock. You have to physically go to the store. I did three times and was told no all three times. No more. Ill go somewhere else. They need to come up with a better system! Wont be going back. I can find one somewhere else.
Absolutely horrible customer service. I was given 4 delivery dates, only 1 was met. I took off from work 2 days with NO DELIVERY and no phone call or other correspondence to inform me of change.Every phone call I was put on hold or disconnected.No respect for the customer!!!Shop elsewhere.

I was fraudulently charged full price for a phone after being charged for the insurance claim from malfunctioning phone they provided and customer service geek squad nor Best buy will assist me in getting back my money that was fraudulently charged from my account! I am now in the middle of making a fraud claim through my bank account because I have been hung up on and youve been refused my money back multiple times! Insurance for what?!?!?!?!!

Best Buy was great and very attentive unlike the way I was treated in Conns 2 weeks ago. At Conns! It took the grown man that should have been assisting me 20 minutes before he quit playing with his phone. So I went to Best buy and was assisted immediately. Very nice young man totally listening to what I wanted in a dishwasher! Ordered it! The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 is I will not get it until March. Otherwise VERY HAPPY to shop at Best Buy 😁 ! I will try to remember to RATE MY DISHWASHER!

Worst customer service I have experienced at a retail chain. I wanted to spend $600 but the employees were too busy on their phones to even maintain eye contact.
Between 6 and 12 minute wait time on the phone each time I call and minimal help when I do get through.Was calling to see if they will be putting out the new 3080 gpus out on the 17th and she wouldnt tell me if they even received the shipment for them yet. So now I just have to show up tomorrow hoping they have them out...Ive worked in retail and its easy to just take a peek in the back or look up a shipment...Poor service.
They had 2 gateways(modem/router combo) in stock. I order 1 with free next day delivery. They sent an email with order number estimated arrival date etc. Day comes email sent late night saying its delayed. No big deal next day we were off work figured we would just stop by and pick it up. Big mistake. Had to purchase one in store(after paying online) then to be told they couldnt cancel the online order as shipping process had already started. But that was bull**** as the estimated delivery date was for 3 friggin weeks away. How did it go from 2 day shipping to 3 weeks, and why cant we cancel if its obvious to anyone the process hadnt started as its sitting on the godd*** shelf

Refrigerator delivered yesterday...employees polite but more attention needed in not doing any damage to floors...They man handled the removal and the new fridge (did not use dolly where needed)...Permanent severe scuff marks on my floors in several places...whatever happened to cloth protection. Suggested for further deliveries.
