Told my bike would be done in a day but then needed parts i personally went and got them the parts they received on Tuesday. Was told before hand when they got parts it would be done right away as of this morning nothing has happened was told i would have before this holiday weekend. So yes Im not impressed at all. And this is suppose to be a christian based shop. God Bless

Took the kids ATV in. Needed to get a new tire on a new rim. They came back with a laundry list of things needed (oil change, agreed. But it was going to cost more then my car but ok, one.less thing I needed to do) new chain. Why? Just replaced last year. Alignment. Well probably - mean its a Kids ATV. Oked all the work. Went the next day to pick it up. Paid for everything. Went around d back to pick it up. They had only done the wheels. They said it wasnt ready yet. (Misunderstanding on my end) They said that it wouldnt start. Suggested an $85 diagnostic test to pinpoint the problem. Because it sat for a while, it would need a fluid flush and to clean the carburetor. And even with all that, there was still no guarantee it would start. I was looking at a bill over $500+ with no guarantee.it would start even then. I could put that money into a new one and get 10% off gear. They did refund me the money for the work they didnt do. So i went home, put gas in it, gave it a quick charge and it started right up. Replaced the battery and topped off the gas tank with premium gas. Kids has a blast. Crossroads left me feeling it was: too old, too cheap, poorly kept. When all along it needed was some gas.

I loved my experience here. The way I was treated from the welcome to the entire sales process made me feel like I was a valued customer! Ill be back!

The manager or owner,, whoever he was..is very rude. Gets defensive when an issue is brought up. Not at all considerate of others. Bad business

At first we were happy with our experience. We drove an hour on our sons birthday March 11th and they gave us the price we were told over the phone, even though the atv was priced wrong. But now, I have tried multiple times to contact someone regarding the title to the tao cheeta we purchased that we were supposed to have already received. I spoke to Cody and he said he would find out and return my call and another time I left a voice mail in the middle of the day during open hours with no return call.*After receiving this response, I have updated our review. Thats all I wanted to know was if it had already been sent to the DMV. Thanks for your time.

Great people to work with. At a time where other shops were quoting me 2 weeks lead times for a new tire, Crossroads had my new tire on in just 5 hours.

They have common parts on hand. Bought a starter solenoid for my Suzuki motorcycle and saved me over an hour trip to the Suzuki dealer.

I took my quad there for some transmission work and yes it’s still there waiting on some more parts but I will say this crossroads is the only place I’ll take anything else of mine from now on everyone there is super smart and friendly and definitely keeps the customer in the loop of what’s going on

Took one of our bikes in they not only did they take a full day longer the charged us for stripped bolts and an hour more. Ok bolts were fine when it was fixed and new exhaust put on last year. Refuse to ever go back.

Took my bike in to have the front end checked out and see why the clutch wasnt Disengaging. They ran a diagnostic, supposedly test drove it. Okay they found nothing wrong in the front end, great. So they call and say the clutch needs adjusted and so does the chain, okay do what you have to do. They also told me on the phone that the plastics that were loose, throttle handle tbat was broke, and the left hand grip was going to be replaced, that didnt happen, somewhere between parts and service that got lost in translation. Which happens i get that. Had the bike for a month, again i get Covid-19 slows things down. Heres my issue, got the bike home, clutch pulled all the way in to disengage, in first, and my bike is driving itself without even releasing the clutch and my chain more loose than it was. More than it should be. Yes I called to give a chance to right the wrong but I paid $500 to basically only have my brake and rotor replaced. I do not trust them to fix it when thats what i took it there the first time for and it came back more messed up than it was. And a month of having it shouldve been plenty of time to fix it right.

Brought my Triumph in to get a tire mounted. The guys did a great job, super friendly. Will definitely be back. Want to update review, still five star service. They stand by their work and will make things right. Great place !!!

Had work done on my bike. Bike went in with minimal issues and came out with more. Called and asked questions there solution was lets charge more to try to fix something that worked already?????? Bike came in with a full tank of gas. When receiving bike back the tank was empty not even enough to get to the gas station. Very poor ran shop took 3 weeks to do brake battery and tires. Try to charge me for extra services that was not needed. would not recommend this shop to anyone. Now reading a lot more these post seems like my post fights right in with the rest. Figured I was done but go to take my seat off my bike and wondering why my tank is rattling hhmmmmmmm wonder what it could be. Well looks like when they put my new battery in my bike they lost two rubber mounts that hold my tank in place so its just not sitting on bare metal. Like take pride in your work or just dont do it at all.

Took three weeks to get diagnosed. I was told they cant fix it but could rebuild for $1700. When I picked it up they didnt even put it back together. To top it off, it has weeks old new plastics on it and they clearly left it sit outside under the trees in back and my plastics are covered in sap from the trees and tore up. I would never take anything back here and recommend you dont either.

They told me it was $1,000 to rebuild the crankshaft on an 84 YZ80. I got it done for $70 elsewhere. I already had the complete Rod kit all I needed done was to get it assembled and trued. Waiting for your next excuse Crossroads

This is my first time going to this place for work on my R6. I had them put on front/back tire and chain & sprocket kit. They were very prompt and courteous. I am going to continue to use them as my new mechanic for my bike and will recommend them to anyone needing work!

I am giving this business a 1 star review for the time being. My bike was taken to the shop a few weeks ago for repair. They ran a diagnosis and then came to the conclusion that the injectors need cleaned. They told my dad when he called that it should be ready Friday or Saturday last week and we never heard anything from them. I had my dad call them again on Monday this week follow up and they said hopefully middle of this week. I called today to get an update and now we are looking at middle of next week maybe. I understand this is a busy time of year for this type of business and that things are hectic. I dont understand how the repairs on my bike keep getting pushed back further and further. I have also not been given any reason for the delays so I dont know if there are more issues or if they are just pushing the repairs off to get other bikes in the shop. I am frustrated to say the least but hopefully everything will he resolved soon.

Dropped off my bike to have a mounting bracket drilled out and the electrical system checked. Bracket was competed just fine. Electrical system left something to be desired. My battery was missing contact screws that it went in with. My headlight was no longer connected and half the wiring harness was no longer in the connector mounts. So two stars for the bracket/bolt no stars for the wiring.

Clueless. Will bs you to death and then try to charge you for the bs.

Had the carb we needed, great staff.

They destroyed my ignition on my new bike that I had there for them to only her the carb and check to make road worthy for me. M6 bike is still broke down because of this and they will not fix it or work with me or except responsibility for their screw up. Claiming my ignition is faulty. It was not faulty and I rode it many times running fine. Bad place to do business

Don’t buy from Crossroads. They have poor service, poor customer support. They do not care about their customers. I have a friend that got his bike serviced in their shop and came out with more problems than he had. That sales staff (one guy) isnt proffesional. It feels like youre dealing with a highschool staff, and mentally.. you are. They will rip you off, they love it. Go anywhere else in town. Crossroads is by far the worst place in town for your needs.

I took my bike in around the end of March, asked them to tear the motor down and diagnose it, 3 weeks later they tell me the oil pump went out, 3 weeks was a reasonable time to get back as I didnt have a appointment, but as soon as they told me what the problem was I gave them the go ahead to repair all the things they said was wrong, the next day I called and asked them to fix a couple other things... so the middle of April I gave them the ok to fix everything.... it is now June 1st and I still dont have my bike back... every time i call the tell me one thing or another.. either they didnt have the ok to fix it, or they are waiting on more parts, or they havent gotten it back on the lift bc they have a bunch of appointments to get to, even though my bike has been there over 2 months now... this will be the last time I go to them for anything very poor service

I bought my moped

Did a diagnosis that wasnt needed when I clearly said in beginning the throttle cable has been rigged before. They did a diagnosis anyways then ordered the wrong part which stalled me getting it sooner. Diagnose and order wrong part? I Understand overseas ordering costs more and takes longer yet Im told well I got the diagnosis waived but now are charging you a full hour of labor, so as Im still waiting since the wrong part was ordered and now having to pay for a full labor instead of a half hour. I honestly feel Im getting sucked for anything they can get. Th professionals ordered initially the wrong part and thst slows my plans down. Not a great first experience. Just waiting to get the call to come pay this amount and drive it out and take my business back to Earl avenue when needed again.

Ok place but $30 for a tier to be put on a rim is alittle much they are kind of rip offs and dont follow thought with what they say they are going to do.. Ive been waiting weeks for parts and have been told by 3 people I would get a call back that was over a week ago and nothing..
