I cannot say enough about the incredible experience, customer service, and the above and beyond care that was taken in mounting an enthusiast set of wheels on my new vehicle.Not only did the manager, Drew Snyder, have vast knowledge of the boutique wheel manufacturer (which I was not even aware of), but he ensured that the technician, Kyle, who oversaw the installation of the wheels had the experience and technique to ensure that the wheels were taken special care of with no risk of damage. Kyle was world class! I subsequently found out that Drew and Kyle have both been with the company for over 10 years, which only further speaks to the great company that Discount Tire is as a whole.I have gone to this store for years, and will be a customer for life. Drew and his team can be confident that I will refer anybody and everybody to their store in Lafayette, Colorado.If I could give 10 stars I would, but 5 will have to do for now! We have always gotten great service at the entire franchise. Just moved to the Erie, CO area and again they still had the best prices after calling around. They gave us a reasonably accurate time estimate and offered us a range of tire options.

Had an appointment today to have new snow tires mounted on a spare set of wheels and get my fourteen-year-old spare tire replaced. Everyone at Discount Tire was very polite and helpful. Joseph was great on several phone calls before my appointment, tracking down a set of Nokian Hakkapeliittas in the size I need at another store.

I needed some tires that I bought from a private party mounted on the rims of my truck.This store told me that they could not do it because of a very slight difference in tire size, the rim size is the same...They tried to up sell me on new rims or tires.I went to another tire shop and they mounted the tires, no questions asked, and half the price Dicount tire quoted me.I will not go back.

Noticed my tire was low so I stopped at Discount Tire on a Saturday morning. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they got me in, fixed my tire and got me back on the road. Big kiddos to Discount Tire!

Usually never have a problem but I went to get my tire fixed and they told me I needed a new tire which made sense and they would need to order it. They said it would be there in three days. Four days later when I hadn’t heard anything I called to find out the status and was put on hold for 15 minutes I finally hung up and called back and was told my tire was already to go however when I arrived to pick it up I was informed that the tire still was not there and that they were ordering a same day delivery of it. When I hadn’t heard from anyone again. So I called to find out if my tire arrived of course got put on hold again and had to hang up. After they forgot about me. I’ve been going to discount tire my whole driving career and I’ve always had a good experience so I was very disappointed with the poor communication

Ive bought wheels and tires for my two vehicles here (1969 GMC pickup & 2007 Rav4), and I can definitely say you get quality work and parts for a correctly priced cost. Everyone has been very helpful and Ive always felt taken care of here, would highly recommend! Trustworthy for sure

I have came to this location twice. Both times, the staff was super friendly and was accurate with the wait times. William was super helpful today and I am 100 percent satisfied with my purchase. Disappointing! When I checked the pressure of all the tires after being told, Its all ready to go!, all four tires were wildly different. They specialize in tires....my expectation would be that they could have the pressure right. The back tires should have been 37 psi and the front 35 psi. They only got one out of four correct. Not good odds! I will not be back and would not recommend them.

These guys rock... they catch things I dont see... they are honest when opportunity to do the opposite presents itself... the team treated me like royalty... smart... deep knowledge on diagnosing why a tire wears the way it did... and offers suggestions on preventing future wear issues... I will NEVER take my car anywhere else. And... I dont know anyone here personally... this is an unadulterated critique. Thanks guys... you rock!!!

The service at Discount Tire never disappoints. The staff are some of the most friendly people Ive had the chance to work with. I have been using discount tire for a long time. My first time was in 2002 in Longmont. Generally I have been pleased. Although this time I was very disappointed. I had taken an appointment for a tire swap and when I got there I still had to wait in line as everyone else. There is no point in an appointment. Everyone gets the same priority.I was hoping to save time and I paid ahead for the service and they sent me a message saying the car was ready. All I needed was the key and again I had to wait another 30 mins just to get the key as I had to stand in the same lime.As much as service was fine, not having logistics for handling appointments is a big fail for me. If appointments are not meaningful might as well state that on their website.I will be looking for other companies in the future.

Very disappointed in this store. I have always had great customer service here. Showed up around closing time told i had to wait to speak to one of 2 men attending to another customer. Waited about 15 minutes for them to finishwith the customer. I need a flat check as my tire was losing air today. One of the guys finished and I explained what I needed and was told we are closed we can help you tomorrow. They have lost a customer.

I brought my truck into this Discount Tire to have the snow tires switched out. After looking a my tires the sales man told me that they were too worn and that it would be cheaper to buy a new set of tires. I disagreed with that assessment and found a second opinion. The other shop informed me that the tires had plenty of life and that anyone who said differently was trying to hustle me. After talking to my father he informed me that he had a similar experience with the same guy earlier this year. Therefore these guys are great at selling you tires if you need them or not.

Jimmy and the crew over at Discount Tire are amazing. They always have or suggest exactly what I need. They are always willing to take time and discuss my tire choices. They are able to work with the most demanding tire afficiando just as easily as handling the customer that knows nothing about tires. The shop is always very clean and professional and the bathrooms are clean and tidy!

My car was damaged here -- and they refused to take responsibility! Ive always had great service at Discount Tire Stores, until this time. I had new Tire Pressure Monitor System (TPMS) devices placed in all four tires, but they wouldnt connect to the TPMS central system. I returned twice asking if they could reset the system, and the 2nd time they told me they Hyundai Dealer would have to reset it. So I took it to Hyundai and they told me that Incorrect TPMS monitors were placed, as they were after-market products. I returned to the Lafayette, Colorado store, and was told by Adam Garcia that they would replace them, for no extra cost, which they did.But then, when they were replaced, I quickly jumped in the car to drive away as I was in a hurry. But, when I got to my next destination, I got out and noticed a rather large mark on the drivers side rear quarter-panel, just in front of the rear tire. Then, I noticed that the rear quarter panel had been damaged, with rivets broken and the panel sticking out from the car. The panel may have been temporarily pushed back at the store, to make it less visible, but by the time I got to my next destination, it was quite the eyesore! I took photos of it there and would have called them, but the store was then closed. I returned this morning to talk to Adam. I asked him to take a look at the car, which he did, and then he tried to assert that perhaps all the damage had already been present, including some very significant metal-deep scratches on the car! The car is three years old and barely has a scratch on it as it has always been garaged and protected.They couldnt repair the quarter panel. So then when I adamantly maintained that the damage had all occurred while in their shop the night before, Adam asked his manager, Jimmy Donahue, to come take a look. Mr. Donahue did so, but while I waited inside the store. Then, Adam returned and said, Well, were willing to pay for the car to be washed, waxed, and buffed. The manager never even spoke to me in person! Not sure, but very likely I have hundreds of dollars of damage to my car, as seen in the attached photos, and this store essentially refused responsibility, offering a good wash and wax instead!This is the worst possible customer service I have ever had in my life, quite frankly. When a shop damages your car, they should cover it. This store, including Adam Garcia and manager, Jimmy Donahue, have completely shirked their responsibility for damaging my car. I myself owned a business for more than two decades and I fully understand that businesses have faults and people make mistakes, but good customer service means that you take responsibility for your mistakes and correct them at your expense.Not sure where to go from here, but beware of this store and these two men, whose moral and ethical responsibility leaves everything to be desired.

The website said the tires I ordered wouldnt be in for 2 days, but they were delivered same day. I scheduled install for the next morning and they had them on and rotated in less than 30 minutes. Walk ins seem to take longer, but if scheduled, it is super quick and the updated website options are super convenient.

Always go to Americas Tire. In Colorado it is discount tire. I get all the price match from Costco or any other place and good service.

I was in and out in under 30 min. For all 4 tires. They are great at matching or beating any price., just expect an extra $120 past the tires for installation and insurance fee and then you will be off on the road.

Ive purchased quite a few tires and wheels from Discount Tire on Hwy 287, Lafayette, CO and I have always had great service from these guys. Jimmy, the manager always delivers what be promises and all the employees are extremely helpful and efficient. Well done!

The service tech had great communication through the whole process. I got email notifications on when my tires arrived and reminders about my appt. The tech met me at the parking lot and thoroughly explained all the prices. There was no pressure to buy their extra warranty for the life of the tires. (With all the fantastic roads in CO, it was a no brainer. My husband actually used it when a massive pothole destroyed his tire.) Waiting area was clean and spaced enough to social distance.

I have never received better customer service than today from Tyler. I will never go to Longmont again. Lafayette location is top notch.

Better than a Tesla Service center. If you guys have a model three or really any Tesla, bring it here. Service was great, super fast, even let me pull the car in. Everybody was really polite. Decided to try Discount for the first time in my life and I can say it was very unprofessional and disappointing.Called Monday and requested a certain tire, they said they could get it and matched tire rack’s price. Spoke to Jimmy and scheduled my appointment for Friday at 8:20am. Got there today and of coarse things weren’t correct and Jimmy wasn’t there. The price Jimmy gave me he said was for everything, well, it wasn’t. They charged me for the extended warranty on top of the original price that Jimmy quoted me. Then the guy says “Your appointment isn’t actually until 9am”. Well great..... so now it’s the wrong price AND my appointment time is wrong too. Awesome. The guy said it would be about an hour, almost two hours later they call and says my vehicle was ready.Horrible customer service, not honest sales people. This will be the first time and THE LAST TIME I will ever buy a set of tires from Discount. I’ll stick to Big-O-Tires, they’re FAR BETTER and are honest people.BEWARE, do not buy from these guys!!!!

Jon did a great install today and let me take pics of my wheels before install seeing that I was excited to make this happen. The team was pro, fast and easy to work with. I had a scheduled appointment today at the Lafayette store after I preordered a set of tires (Dynapro) When I ordered the tires I was told these tires had a rebate. After looking at the paperwork, I was advised the tires were not on rebate. Johnathan V. and Michael Angelo, did the right thing, by discounting the tires to meet the expected rebate. Best experience Ive ever had at a tire store! Ive consistently had very good service at another Discount Tire outlet, but this was even better. Super easy to make an appointment online for bolting on my winter wheel set. My car was serviced promptly and efficiently, even though it is a busy time of year. Eric was proactive in spotting two nails in one of my winter tires, and fixed that without charge. His positive and engaged attitude gave me the impression he _loved_ his job and took pleasure in serving me.

3 different visits, 3 broken lugs!When they tell you 45 min, expect 1:15. Not including the trip you’ll have to make to brakes plus to fix their mess of the broken studs.

WARNING: if you have a newer Toyota vehicle that reads individual tire pressures, make sure you have the OEM sensors in the tires or it won’t work.I have been bringing my vehicles here for a few years and they are overall pretty good and quick. I just had to replace tires on my Tacoma and they must have broken one of the OEM TPMS sensors and replaced it with an aftermarket one without notifying me. The aftermarket ones don’t read pressures on the dash. I was super confused why they wouldn’t read and stopped by several times to have the shop “reset” them to no avail when they told me I should have the dealership look at the problem. The dealer found the aftermarket sensor and immediately said that was the problem. I had to buy the correct sensor when I was there and bring it back to Discount to have them put it in and refund me. You would think they would have trained their staff on the vehicles that the aftermarket sensors don’t work correctly in.They best part is that they broke another OEM sensor when I came in to have them put the other one on. So now I have to come back and waste more time here when they get the new sensor in...

Truly amazed with the service I have received at this location.They do all the tires for my fleet of work vehicles and have been great.I needed tires for my 4Runner and I wanted to give them my business.Josue was awesome during my initial visit. He answered all my questions and helped me compare my choices before I decided to commit and buy.Cardo really brought it home with the after purchase service and I couldnt be happier with my new tires.

I have always had great service here! These people are professionals. They are nice, knowledgeable, thoughtful and friendly. Today my husband took a tire in that had gone flat. Because we bought the tire from them in the first place, and also the service agreements or whatever you call them, replacing the tire was free. They also rotated all the tires, which is something you get for free every 5,000 miles when you buy tires from there. And finally we had a heavy duty furniture dolly that had a flat tire for years. We tried inflating it, but it wouldnt hold the air. I finally went on-line and bought a new tube for it. We took the tube and the dolly in to them and they replaced the tube at no charge to us. I love this place and would never go anywhere else.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The manager Jimmy has a great crew and is very personable. I was in the shop in the midst of a snow storm with a line out the door, and everybody in the shop was so composed and helpful even under all the pressure!

Discount Tires is the only place I will go, the level of customer service and knowledgeable staff is always at the top level. Im always greeted by friendly staff and they take the extra time to make sure you understand the differences in tires and services.

Sadly the tires that came on my new Explorer only lasted me 20,000 miles. I got the oil changed on 3/20 and was advised that tread was at 3/32 and 4/32 and the tires needed to be replaced sooner rather than later.I drive by this location regularly and figured I’d stop in for pricing. I was greeted by Adam who was awesome! Very knowledgeable and no pressure sales. Even told me about a mail in rebate on one brand that the dealer didn’t inform me about. Their pricing beat the dealers by a few hundred bucks.I went ahead and ordered tires and had them installed. I made an appointment for the install and showed up 10 minutes early. Tires were installed and I was out the door in under an hour.So far, so good. The car rides well, and everything is very quiet. The tire pressure monitoring system on the dash still shows me the psi in each tire.If I had had to grumble about something it would be that they don’t do alignments here. Right now the vehicle “feels” like it is running straight, but it’d be nice to know that for certain.

Another great experience with Lafayette Discount Tire. Got my winter tires here in the fall and came in for a nail in one tire plus a slow leak. Only thing I paid for was lifetime rotation and balances for the tires and that was because I opted for that service. Friendly service too and I was in and out in about an hour.

Carlos was extremely helpful with my Subaru Forester and a nagging TPMS light. We also discussed new tires, and I felt no pressure, just honest service. Thanks again!

Great value, and a good job at fixing mistakes. Originally took a new rim in to get mounted, and the associate Stefan had not balanced the wheel correctly I also had noticed that my centre cap was scratched. However, after returning and expressing my concern to the management, an associate by the name of beau was able to re balance my tire, and even allowed me into the service area to observe and teach me how balancing a tire works. A great shop with great customer service and I’ll be sure to return again!

This is the best discount store, we’ve been to quite a few over the years swapping tires twice a year and various purchases, and the service at this location is above them all.There’s a competitor across the street and I have no idea why anyone would want to go anywhere other than this discount tire location, the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to help.Credit where credit is due; Tyler and the crew today made me day. On a nice sunny Colorado spring day I didn’t want to waste my time dealing with getting my tires swapped. They did both of our cars under an hour in the am and we were off to live our day.

Fantastic tire store. I had a flat tire and they were the closest repair place, so I took it there, and they repaired it for FREE, even though I didnt buy it there. The guy just said next time you buy tires, check with us, I was so impressed. So I did--and they had the best price on great tires, and installed them in 1 hour. I’ve been here twice in the past two months with bad luck flat tires. They do the work same day which is amazing to me. They honor the warranty no questions asked and no push back; they actually replace a tire at no charge. I decided to get a whole set of tires this time and they cut me a very reasonable deal because I had so recently replaced one of my tires.
