I cannot say enough about this place. I have a BMW and I’ve had 2 accidents (no fault of mine) in this past year. When I say my repairs were taken care of with absolutely no worry is an extreme understatement. Carl is in my opinion the absolute best at dealing with insurance companies and Johnny Romero, the body shop guru, is AMAZING!!!! I literally dropped my car off and both of them handled the repairs as well as dealing with the insurance company(s). I dropped my car off and picked it up when the repairs were finished. AND I might add this, most insurance companies will give an estimate using refurbished parts. Carl, the owner and the individual who deals with the insurance company will not accept using refurbished parts on high end cars. I can only say that I’m extremely grateful that I have Carl in my corner. Without him, Johnny, and the rest of the crew I’m not sure where I’d be with my BMW. I want to also give a shout out to Anna, the receptionist at Quality Collision. She is so kind and friendly and she NEVER seems to get aggravated when a person calls a hundred times, lol, when checking on their vehicle. She is as professional as they come. Bottom line, if you want your vehicle repaired right, repaired in a timely manner, AND repaired the absolute BEST, give this business a call. I promise you, you will NOT be disappointed.

I was really happy with the work when it was originally done, but now its a few years later and the clear coat is coming off and looks really bad. When I called they explained the only guarantee they can offer is through my auto insurance, but your auto insurance only guarantees the work if you go to one of their preferred shops which Quality Collision is NOT. If Quality Collision wants to stand by their work, they can call me back and offer to cover the cost Im going to have to pay to RE-PAINT the area of my car they repaired since their paint jobs dont last.

This place took care of me and my 2016 corvette over this past week. I went to two different locations before coming here and both did not seem to be confident in taking care of my vehicle due to the “speciality blue” I had from the dealership. From the beginning QUALITY explained they could match my cars color and not to worry. I left my keys the very next day (7-16-19) and was told to come back in a week. I did just that and can’t be happier. My car looks brand new, and they even detailed the vehicle! I’d suggest them to anyone who’s vehicle needs some love!
