Terrible customer service and no one has anything together there. Girl that answers the phone is rude like you are bothering her. Waited weeks for them to order parts to fix my vehicle when in fact they never did! When my husband got upset they decided they “didn’t want the job anymore” Went elsewhere and my car will be fixed a week later, thankfully! I did report to BBB and apparently it wasn’t the first complaint. Told the insurance company to take them off the list also.

The guys at Louisiana Collision are first rate! They inspected my car and and ordered the parts that day. I left my car with them and they made the repairs very quickly about three days. The paint was perfect and they even washed, waxed and buffed the entire car!!!In Lafayette there are not many repair shops that will work on a 2015 Mercedes but they did a fantastic job!If you need body work let Louisiana Collision get you back on the road, I promise you will be impressed.Thanks so much for fixing my baby!

Ive been using this shop for a few years now and you will be amazed at the top notch staff that they have. They are always courteous and helpful and you will receive the best possible service in town. I chose this shop because of the good reviews on Google. They did an excellent job repairing a bumper, door, and fender. But what really impressed me was their friendly and generous customer service. When I picked up my car, I noticed some overspray on the exterior. I pointed it out to Owner Tony and his crew member, Tommy, and they immediately took care of it with professionalism, courtesy, and kindness. They even buffed out some unrelated blemishes and buffed a headlight cover to like new condition just to be helpful. Most shops would deny responsibility or do the work grudgingly and poorly. For excellent customer service and top notch work, I give Louisiana Auto Collision 5 stars. Try them out. You will be pleased!

Brought my car here because they had good reviews and Im so happy I did! I was terrified because of all the bad reviews I read about other shops. My damages were covered by my insurance and I had no idea how any of this worked. Dealing with them was pleasant and super easy! No problems what so ever and my repairs were done in a timely manner. They even went above and beyond and touched up/buffed out a few other scratches not even related to the accident! I recommend this shop to anyone looking for a shop thats only focus is to take care of their customers!
