Tiger Glass personnel was extremely kind and performed a windshield replacement better than I could have expected. I called on a Thursday and set up and appointment for the next day. They had my windshield in stock and the installation took only 30 minutes. The staff is extremely professional, kind and courteous. The installation technician is very meticulous and detail oriented and the job was performed perfectly. I would recommend Tiger Glass to anyone who is in need of glass repair or replacement. 5 stars in every aspect!

#TigerAutomotiveGlass aka TAG is the best glass repair shop around! My Ford Focus 01 station wagon was broken into on a Monday morning and I called around to more than a half dozen places. Since it was the quarter glass on an almost 20 yr old car we affectionately call #Fruiitcake, I figured I might have to wait for the piece to be ordered. Long story short, the first place I called before TAG said yes he had the glass and the cost before I even specified which window it was when I stated it was an insurance claim. Since we are super leary about who touches our car, I kept calling around and thats when I lucked up on Tiger.The office manager was so sweet and ordered the glass right away. She gave me an excellent price and the work that TAG did was hands down amazing. I dropped my car off at closing time on a Thursday and it was ready by lunch on Friday. Ive always used this guy for both personal and business purposes. Makes you laugh the whole time he is fixing or repairing your windshield. Always quality work. He even opened his doors for me on the weekend so I could repair a chip I had in my windshield so it didnt spread.

I must say the good reviews are definitely earned and sought after by this business. Yes it was just a windshield replacement. But both the service of everyone in the office including the man who worked on replacing my windshield was very excellent. I went in on Friday and the administrative assistant gave me excellent service. Even though they said I would have to wait until Monday for my replacement because they were backed up. On Monday I came in they let me sit down and eat my lunch at a table provided and my windshield looks great and they let me know everything I needed to do after to make sure it stays nice. Outstanding Customer Service.

Got a crack in my windshield 2 weeks after buying a new car. Tiger Automotive Glass were very accommodating and got it done the same day I called. They were easy to find, just look for the big tiger statue out front! I also had an issue with my insurance coverage and they were extremely understanding and worked with me. They also did a great job on the glass change, Mr. Gerald has been changing glass for over 30 years. Not only did he change my glass, he notified me of an unrelated issue on my vehicle. Just got a side power window replaced on my truck. I called in the morning at 10am, and they had the glass by 1pm and my truck was ready by 2pm. They were $10 more than another quote I got, but were able to get me in a week sooner which made it worthwhile. Plus they gave me a mug and candy, so high five.

Had more than one bad streak on my windshield on my Camry. Needed immediate replacement. Called on a Friday afternoon. Tiger was able to accomodate me Sat AM. Went off like a charm. They were done by 10AM.Very personable service.

They did a good job replacing the windshield itself.My problem is that they left shattered glass all over my dashboard and seats along with other debris all over the floor of the car. Really annoying as I had to leave in a hurry and didnt have time to ask them to clean it up. I shouldnt have to ask professionals to clean up after themselves. Pretty lame.

Needed a large chip repaired on my trucks windshield. Job was completed within 10 minutes, and you can barely see the chip anymore. They were very friendly, and the technician even took out my floor mats out and blew the dead grass off of them.
