I am so glad to purchase my Mercedes in your company…..the customer service was awesome and Ms Jones really did a great job….thanks so much guys.
I don’t think this is a real Mercedes-Benz dealership. I bought a 2017 Mercedes-Benz E350 from this guys 2months ago without test driving it giving it’s supposed to be a franchise Mercedes-Benz dealership. I was also reassured by the salesperson Amie that the car is in 100% great shape.First red flag: The truck driver arrived to pick up the car and a guy named Dean Kelly called me about a nail puncture in my tire when Amie was driving to get it detailed. They had to order a new tire and this will delay my pickup date for 2 days. I lost the deposit I paid to the truck driver.2nd red flag: I received the car and left it in my garage because I work as a frontline worker and didn’t even have the time to drive the car since it’s a pleasure car. The first day I drove the car, the tire was flat. I towed it to a Mercedes-Benz Benz dealership and I was told that I had a nail puncture and the tires aren’t even new or sold by any Mercedes-Benz dealer. I have been calling this guys for over a month and no one is returning my call.3rd issue- I haven’t received any paperwork for my car. Still using a temp tag that’s about to expire and no one is returning my call.
Just picked up a New Mercedes from you all and we absolutely love it! Well worth the drive! Thanks Guys! We have been trying to find a Mercedes dealership that would help us find the vehicle that we wanted and you guys came through!
Great experience with my recent car purchase. In particular, Aimee Jones spent several hours with me and my husband to make certain we were purchasing the most appropriate car for my needs. She is very knowledgeable, energetic, honest and understands the value of building a great customer relationship.
,Aimee Jones is the best sales consultant. She was very patiently to our questions and needs. She kept smiling, and she was friendly and very respectful. I will recommend her to anyone who needs a consultation.
Sales Consultant, Aimee Jones is the best. She was very responsive to our needs, polite, friendly and very respectful. Will definitely recommend anyone seeking to her!!
Dear sirs, please fix your process for providing a paying customer a title.I will personally volunteer my assistance to value-stream map the inputs of your broken process, so you do not go out of business.Sincerely your most humble and gracious servant,-Thomas
I wonder how a luxury car brand like MB would allow such unprofessional bozos to work at this dealership. Ive owned a Porsche, BMW, Tesla, and thought no one would ever be worse than Tesla, but this dealership would hands down come as the clear 2nd worst dealership Ive ever encountered in my life. If this is a reflection of the quality of MB cars, Im going back to my Porsche dealership and buying there. Im no robo, or hater. I was within a whisker of closing a deal before an incompetent saleswoman botched it up good. Not only is it critical you buy the right car, its just as important to buy from the right dealership, especially if you live out of state.
I had an air bag recall. I was expecting to sit & wait for two hours. They had my Mercedes in & out in a half hour. Very friendly & professional! I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Lafayette!!
Both my girlfriend & I are in the market for new vehicles. We decided to stop in yesterday & was greeted by a nice receptionist. She would get a 5 star review. However, one of the men working at the time had come out to answer a few of our questions. We asked about test driving, & he told us we couldn’t unless we were “seriously considering” the purchase. I was very much interested, but now I will be shopping for my new vehicle elsewhere. How are we supposed to know what car we like if we can’t test drive? He treated us as if we couldn’t afford it. Bad customer service.
Called to schedule a service appointment and they informed me that they no longer offer courtesy loaner vehicles for Mercedes owners. My service history with them has been 50/50 sometimes good and sometimes not but now that they dont even offer a loaner its not worth the hassle.Update: The first response to this review was from Mercedes Customer Service to reach out to them - I did via e-mail and received no response. The second response from Mercedes was to contact Drew Bramer the Service Director via phone, which I did, and left a message and my phone number, but I have not received a return phone call.- Ill keep the two star rating
Called their service department today about a regular maintenance item and the gentleman who answered was just guessing his way through it. Couldnt tell me how much and wouldnt offer to check either.Reading the other reviews, its no wonder they are having problems with their customers.
***WARNING*** AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP Dean (salesman) quoted a price and drove 3 hrs and didnt honor price. Still went ahead with purchase. Turned out it had a bad gear box and couldnt drive on vacation. Took a month to get repaired at our expense. If that wasnt bad enough, the temporary tag ran out. Per Dean (the salesman) said there would be no issue getting our title. No follow-up on their end, so I contact dealer to see whats holding up title work. I get another story from title clerk a few weeks go by and I have my husband follow-up with Dean. He said our title should be at the BMV. I make a trip to get plates and no title at BMV. BMV calls dealer, they need me to get it inspected. Still no titleGoing on 4 months now. We now have hired an attorney to see what our options are.
Oh so lovely.
New Ownership Has not been Good. Feeling Sorry for Employees They are suffering under New. Management. Have Bought over 20 Vehicals from The Rasiors. Now Moving on.
Had a very pleasant experience for a factory recall visit. The appointment time was honored as agreed and staff very welcoming and dealership and service area all clean and attractive and over all it was like all visits you would like to experience - first time in here but from this I will return !Having been in the automotive industry, sales, service and parts my whole life I know what goes into a experience like I had today and I greatly appreciated it.
I bought my 2018 Mercedes from a lease through them. I have not been able to get my tags released from the DMV due to incomplete paperwork. I called many time to speak with the sales manager and left several messages and haven’t received a call back
Showed up with a Sprinter in limp mode after having just had a repair done in Louisville. The guy wouldnt even look at it.
Duane in Mercedes service comes through again. Wonderful experience getting my car taken care of. These guys are super.
Great group and amazing cars.
Thank you Duane for the expedited parts order on a limited stock (AMG) transmission item. Got me back on the road quickly and with Mercedes techs expertise I can expect many more miles with my CLK55.PS:My God, this location was THE CLEANEST MB dealership Ive ever visited.
Take such good care of all our wants &needs
I emailed Cindy about are certain car, but she never responded. I ask for a certain car and then she tells me about another different car. I will not buy a car from here.
Employees regularly endanger community members to save themselves 5 minutes and 120 feet when walking from their car in the auxiliary lot to the dealerships main lot. I am not a stickler for jaywalking and believe it can be done reasonably, so that is not what I am talking about. My issue is with several employees, sometimes together, regularly refusing to use the crosswalk that is quite literally 120 ft away from where they cross during heavy traffic. I regularly see them cross the line of cars stopped at the red light and stand in the middle of the street waiting to cross the other lane. This happens at all times of day, including the backed up traffic caused by the surrounding factories letting out around 3 pm. Schoolchildren also regularly walk down Earls sidewalks when this is happening. They are adults and if their own safety does not concern them then it does not concern me either, but walking into traffic (especially in front of cars that are stopped) causes drivers to behave unpredictably and endangers everyone near. I would personally think twice about having my car serviced by people who clearly have no concern for road safety.Edit, January 2019: The response to this review was made with poor intent, as Mr. Hickman has never responded to any communications and his employees continue to disregard the safety of community members for their own convenience. I do not think he ever meant to address the situation but merely wanted to make it seem as if he was doing so. I have begun logging specific instances, as have several others to whom I have spoken about this problem, which will be turned over to authorities once a clear pattern of negligent behavior has been logged. Very disappointed in Mercedes-Benz for allowing their employees to remain so flippant about public safety.
Duane Kerkhove was very rude and unprofessional at the end. I paid for a “ Diagnostic“ that they didn’t even do. They said my car was to hot and couldn’t runs diagnostic at the time so they guess as why was my engine light on but they did charge me for a diagnostic. I even have the receive to prof. You will feel unwanted and uncomfortable once you enter the building. Not friendly at all. No wonder they keep getting sue.
Staff is fantastic to work with! Always a positive place to walk into. Everyone has a smile and greets you first thing! Keep it up Mercedes-Benz
Love the staff. Wes was accommodating. With his help, I was able to find the perfect car at a reasonable price.
I drive an 18 year old Mercedes. Their parts and service department went out of their way to help me find a new key for my car. Sebastian was very helpful. A 5 star review seems small thanks for their assistance. If they are willing to work this hard to help the owner of a crusty old Benz, their customer service must surely be second to none when it comes to their new car customers as well.
Wes is a great sales representative who is very professional, knowledgeable and personal as well. We had great experience working with him.
Great Dealership. Neal Dossett was a great person to work with and thousands cheaper than any dealer I contacted, and I contacted several. Gave me more for my trade in than anyone. Smooth transaction and fabulous automobile. Great place to do business with. I recommend getting a quote from them when shopping for a vehicle. You will be more than satisfied.Cathi Dock
Good service allocated merchandise
Dealership does not follow up with concerns/issues after purchase. They have to be hounded to get any answers. Support departments (detail shop) have much to be desired.
Ive bought my last 5 benzes here great services everytime
Love the staff. Great place. Reasonable prices.
Love this place, great service and very helpful. Found the perfect car.
I was on my way to Chicago. I lost a polly, thank God was able to drive to the dealership. Met Mark (Manager) and Duane (Service consultat) two of the best people you can meet. Customer focussed and professional. Got me on my way in couple of hours. THANK YOU GUYS.
Went in to discuss annual average cost of maintenance of two models & all the salesmen were in an off just chatting. Front desk worker took customer behind me to look at a car while he was waiting on his car to come out of the shop. Guess Ill be purchasing my car from Indianapolis.
I leased a 2018 gle350. After the purchase of the car, when I want to talk to manager he just simply ignored me and being disrespectful.I have order a part for 2011 s class amg, it took 3-4 month for Lafayette Benz dealer and they still don’t have a date that they can get the part . And I call the Mercedes in Indy, they have it within a week.Read all the comments about how the service and parts department are bad, you will understand why the management and owners don’t care about the customers and only money.I hope the average dealer service of Mercedes is as bad as this one.
In from Miami, on August 3rd, 2016 I dropped off my 250 GLA because it wouldnt go into gear. I want to thank JT, the manager who welcomed me as family to Lafayette and the entire Mercedes Lafayette team for such courtesy and professional service. From Duane, the service advisor to particularly Mark the technician whos unrelenting determination to resolve the issue, finally with blood, sweat and tears, found the solution and delivered my car in fine order as only you would expect from Mercedes, the best or nothing!
I am a CarHolic and last year decided to buy 2 new 2019 Mercedes Benz, a GLS550 Designo and an E450 Designo. I live in Florida and also near Charlotte, NC and a friend said I should try the Mike Raisor Automotive Group since he is a Mercedes Benz dealer. I called and spoke to Brandon Williams and he assisted me with placing my order. Without a doubt the easiest and best purchase experience I have ever had. They shipped the E to my home in SC and we flew up to pick up the GLS. I highly recommend the Mike Raisor Automotive Group and especially their Mercedes Benz delaership and will be ordering the new designed GLS550 when it is available
Very helpful to new buyers
I purchased my 2018 AMG from Indy because Lafayette low balled my trade in by $7k, so I drove 1 hour instead. I have since taken my AMG to have my 10k service performed in Lafayette, but they couldnt tell me what was actually done to my car when I picked it up. Look it up in the manual is what I was told. No details on the receipt, and it actually showed some other work was performed and not what I asked for. I have since tried to order roof racks and some lights, but I either never received a reply or was straight up lied to and said it wasnt available. I asked the Indy dealership, and they respond within a few hours and did everything I asked - even the parts I was told werent available. Blaming their computers seems to be a favorite excuse, but its how you respond to those problems is how I judge. No alternate solutions provided, no above and beyond - just there to collect money as many college town businesses.I literally live under a mile from the Lafayette dealership, so I really wanted them to work and tried them for my new purchase, maintenance work, and parts. But after giving this dealership multiple tries, I have decided that driving an hour to Indy is FAR less work and stress then having it done here.
Got my first Benz here🤗 very professional people/ help from everyone👌
Five Stars for the wonderful team members of this Mercedes Benz dealership.
Wish I could give 0 stars now that I know the owner of this dealership is a racist
Changed the oil on my C240 2001 and it cost me ~$217. Unbelievably expensive!
Hello, I was recently asked by my V.P. if I would like to transfer to our Lafayette office by Christmas. One name, Jeffrey Turner.
Friendly service make you feel important
I would buy a car from here if they had Ford truck
Great place to get your car fixed
It seemed like the dealers were not looking out for my best interest and couldnt even explain to me what the issue with my car was before setting a ridiculous price.
Very prompt and pleasant
Great place to buy a car
Great place, good people!!
Great service, no pressure to buy
They will work on your car over and over and still not fix the issue. They will screw you over. DO NOT USE.
Its ok
Great customer service
Nice variety
Good attention. Clean and cozy place
