I am only person in store the lady is hanging up on a customer on the phone talking about she is too busy. she didnt want to look up Dorman pn 80189 told me the store didnt have it computer showed no results. I was thinking about using this store but now know better.

Quick visit before the close of the store. I found myself in need of a specific tool and thankfully they had it in stock. The store was neat and organized, and the people working there were friendly and offered advice.

I needed to replace two bulbs and was greeted as I walked in. I was out in less than 6 mins.

Helpful service and quick. Not cheap. Was raining needed new wiper. Guy even change it for me.

Knowledgable and friendly staff.Walked in with an error code and a shaking vehicle.Learned I had a misfire, learned how to replace the spark plugs, loaned me some tools and bought some others.In the parking lot I did my first tune up. I cranked it back up and still had an issue.Recieved some advice and tested the coil caps. Isolated the problem and replaced.Left with a working vehicle that I personally learned how to troubleshoot because the staff are basically sages of wisdom.Highly recommend!
