I was standard from out of town 2 hours from my hotel with two young kids. There were no rental cars to be found. It was also late in the afternoon. The guys at the shop stepped up and found the part, and worked a bit late to get it installed and ready to go. Thanks so much for everything!

Christian Brothers Lafayette is trustworthy and transparent with all the work they do. As a woman in particular it’s critical to have a place that will keep your car running safely and only do honest repairs and diagnostics. They have an amazing warranty on all parts and service and explain the work being done on the car. I have taken both my cars here for years and haven’t been disappointed which says a lot.

Was able to schedule an appointment within a couple days of calling. They ran diagnostics, sent me a detailed inspection report, and were able to get the parts needed and complete the service all within the same day. Great communication.

So far under new management the service is horrendous. The customer service compared to what it had been is non existent. Kyle, doesn’t follow through on follow up that he says he’ll do. The day after my repair. Had to bring the vehicle back for the exact same issue I had spent $1000 to have fixed. The new owner, Don, conveniently refused to return text messages, phone calls, & was “unavailable” (turn out he was hiding in the office and refusing to come out) when bringing the vehicle back to have them try and figure out what they had done. I had used this business for multiple vehicles prior to new owners...will NOT using them moving forward based on this interaction. And not 1 mile after leaving them checking it and stating there are no code and it’s running fine the engine light is back on. This new group of employees doesn’t know the meaning of customer service & obviously not how to fix a car.EDIT: the following day this vehicle now will not start and has to be towed. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR ANY REPAIRS!!!

Don at Christian Brothers was a real life saver this morning. My partner left keys in my ignition over night and as I was ready to leave for work I found my battery was dead. Don got to my house promptly and when the jump box didn’t work, he went back to get a new one and came right back. Fortunately that one worked, and he gave me a short overview of what to look out for and an honest report of what I could expect if it died again later in the day, telling me I could save some money if I got a new battery elsewhere. Fortunately my car didn’t die again, but if it did I’d have unquestionably gotten a new battery from CB. I cannot recommend Christian brothers highly enough. The service is unparalleled, and as a younger women who is probably often ripped off by mechanics, I appreciated the effort to educate me instead of taking advantage of a potential quick buck. THANK YOU DON!!!!

After working with Kyle at the front desk, I can honestly say this shop is BY FAR the best place to take your vehicle on the front range. Honest, fair, knowledgeable, and by all means enjoyable. Their shuttle service makes them stand out alone, plus they have incredible financing options. After speaking to the owner directly it was clear that this place is ran with true integrity. Honest! Communicative! Great Customer Service! I have used 2 CBA locations and this goes for both of them. They are very customer friendly and communicative of each and every detail in the process. Reports with pictures and detailed estimates of work. I had my car in for Oil change and they recommended a few red flags that needed attention immediately. These were all valid issues I knew about but was putting off on my own. They had the car ready to go back in two days with new parts ordered and installed. All the while calling me to check in and update with status. They even took off some from my total charge since some repairs did not take as much effort or were combined with others. They honestly deferred one of the repairs that may have been damaging to the car. Shows they are NOT just trying to make money from you.

Excellent service! Had to get a full engine replacement after the my cars timing belt snapped. Christian Brothers got it fixed quickly, patiently answered all my questions, and kept me updated throughout the process.

After getting an oil change and a courtesy inspection I got my car back. I dropped it off at 9 in the morning and didnt receive any communication until I walked into the office at closing time. I waited a half hour after they were closed for my car to be ready. When I got my car back home it would no longer start. I didnt receive my inspection report until three days later. They said I need a new battery. My battery is old I agree but the fact remains I went there for an oil change and was given back a car that no longer runs. They told me it was just bad timing and that there was nothing they could do other than charge me 400$ for a new battery install. I do not recommend this shop. They seem like they have good service at first and have some fancy text message alerts for when work is done but its all flash. Poor service. Poor costumer service. Employees were bad mouthing and making fun of costumers behind the counter while I was sitting in the waiting lobby. This was basically a nightmare situation. Took my car to a trusted shop and was given back a vehicle that no longer works. DO NOT GO HERE!

Got an oil change a few months ago for my daily driver car and they did a good job with it. Then last week I stopped by to ask them about an issue Im having with my weekend ride and they wanted to charge me $130 to check it out/run a diagnostic.That seemed a little steep for me so Im going to shop around a bit before I make a decision.

My Lafayette shop always takes care of me and gives me an honest opinion of what needs to be addressed on my vehicles immediately, as well as what can wait.

They were very friendly. They worked on my car changing the axles. They finished it on time. Customer service is awesome. I will go back if my car needs repairs.

I dropped in (without an appointment) to CB to have them check my alternator and battery. My battery had been dead that morning. They were kind enough to check both immediately. They had me on my way within the hour. I felt confident in their findings and their customer service was off the charts. They have become my go-to auto service center.

Very unprofessional, they dont value their customers. They literally harassed me for days (after I paid for their services) with texts and phone calls just to call me an entitled person for not being satisfied with their service. Pretty disappointed as we have heard a ton of great reviews and reccomendations. When we 1st moved here we tried to use this place and asked for a quote and was told wed get a call back with prices, Never did. We had the unfortune luck of having 2 of our vehicles needing work this summer and decided to try them again. Called for a quote on both about a week apart and no one ever got back to us either time, again. Decided to go elsewhere.

I got my front brakes done here recently (3 months) which included both rotors and pads. Sad to say but the rotors were warped in two - three months, I called them and they got me in right away and replaced everything under warranty. Very professional, I am hoping these new ones will last me a while because my original brakes lasted me 60k miles. Overall great people that stand behind their work and parts. Good job to all the folks that work here. Thanks for getting me in and taking care of my car right away since I needed it for a long trip to GA. I recommend them for sure.

The guys that work here are always so nice. I called them on a Friday at 2pm to see about towing my car there to be looked at on Monday after my car began smoking and died, leaving me to walk home in the rain with my kids. They happily told me it wouldn’t be a problem bringing it in for the weekend. Then Monday came and they diagnosed my car, and needed to order an alternator. Tuesday came and they experienced a power outage and got behind. My car needed a new belt, new alternator, still managed to have my car done by 5pm. They were quick, courteous, professional, and made the experience very pleasant and performed flawless work on my vehicle. I won’t go anywhere else. Thank you guys for everything

Had to get my wheel bearings and hub assembly replaced, they got me back on the road by the end of the day and at a reasonable rate.They also shuttled me to and from my house and have an excellent warranty (3yrs/36k mi whichever comes last) which shows me they have confidence in their work.

They were able to diagnose my issue. Though in doing so tripped some of service lights(CEL, VSC OFF and TRAC OFF light) All which were not on, upon arrival for diagnostic. All have been quite the obstacle to resolve.

Went in w a $25 coupon for oil change and tire rotation. Oops its synthetic oil, thatll be $44. Ok I get it, synthetic oil is more expensive. Then get the final receipt. Total is not $44, but $49 before tax. Tax brought it up to $52.77.I just walked out of there paying MORE THAN DOUBLE what I had expected. A true BAIT AND SWITCH!! How Christian!!!

They quoted me a great price on the work then tried to hike the price up on discontinued items that had to be made custom. When questioned about the price raise Josh got very angry and accused me off not knowing what I was talking about. The plus side at Boulder Dodge they already know of this place and could somehow have the discounted item, they say it is not by the way but they did me a solid and fixed the problem at less than half what this place tried to charge me. Avoid this shop at all cost is my only suggestion.

This is my first time at a Christian Brothers. I am completely impressed. The man that checked my car in was professional and very helpful. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The man that checked me out was so helpful, beyond my expectation. I had a lot of questions about upcoming service recommendations. He pulled up the manufacturers suggested maintenance for my vehicle and went through it line by line. So helpful!!! I believe them when they say, they will not do any service work that is not needed. I trust this place completely.

I think the customer service here is amazing! I was offered a complimentary ride to go where ever I needed as they were working on my car. I however decided to stay and study. The seating in the waiting room is very comfortable and there was lots of magazines to read while you wait. They offered me a password to connect to their WiFi and also brought me a cup of coffee. The staff all had smiles on their faces and were very friendly. I would recommend this service to anyone.Keep up the good work we all appreciate you Christian Brothers!

Top notch mechanics. It is a chain mechanic, but these guys do feel like a private owned business with how tight knit they seem. Prices are definitely a bit inflated, I rather bring in cars needing diagnosis and fix them myself but for someone who cant or doesnt have the time I would recommend them for peace of mind. Sometimes communication is a bit lacking or info doesnt get relayed properly but for me I can work with what they find.

The best experience Ive had at an automotive repair shop. Excellent customer service and high-quality work! They fixed the real problem after a Jeep dealership originally diagnosed it incorrectly. I would absolutely recommend this business to everyone that I know.

Bottom line, I trust these guys.They were able to find an issue with my car I described to them after other shops couldnt. They showed me a video of the damaged part on the car so you know they arent making it up. When I told them I wanted to do some of the work myself they werent pushy at all like other shops Ive been to in the past. Even though I dont live in Lafayette anymore I will go out of my way to have these guys work on my car.

I have lived all over and been to many dealers and shops and will tell you hands down these owners know how to be honest and helpful, always... absolutely always!! Ive witnessed them speak to a number of other customers on the phone and in person and 100% honesty, respect, and help is always evident in their interactions. I had an appointment for battery change ..quoted 483.. Flatirons Audi did it for 440..Was a little surprised they were higher .Seemed professional and co-operative on the phone but I did not get any service done.In the future I will check with Audi first since they were less expensive.Audi Q7.

Hey. Nobody likes car trouble, and NOBODY likes the idea of paying for car repairs, right? But its just inevitable, and all you can hope for is that there is someone you can trust to take good care of your car and be honest with you about what you need. Christian Brothers was professional and courteous, and I was confident that they were being upfront about what repairs I needed, what it would cost, and how long it would take. I most appreciated that they were able to get my car into the garage quickly, and that they were able to take care of the necessary repairs in a timely manner, and according to the timeframe they provided me upfront. And I was very grateful for the courtesy shuttle back to my home from the garage when I dropped off, as well as picking me up at home to retrieve my car when it was ready (and right at closing time, too!). A+, definitely recommend this place.

I took in my truck for an engine problem, and asked to check the transmission fluid. They said it was a little dark, but OK. I took it back for an oil change after I had an engine replacement and for a transmission fluid change. I specifically asked for an oil analysis(twice, once while making tthe appt, and a secong time while dropping it off) on the used oil due to it being a new engine. When I got the report they said the transmission fluid was too bad to change(the truck had 600 miles put on it since they looked at it last), and they did not due an analysis on the oil. When I called them, the service guy argued with me telling me I didnt request an oil analysis. Ive had decent service with them before, but I will not take a vehicle back.

I told Walter what was wrong with my car. He said that Christian Brothers would love to fix my car. I explained to him what was going on extremely clearly twice over the phone and twice when the tow truck dropped my car off at Christian Brothers.Walter called after I got home and asked me why my car wouldnt start. I explained to Walter for the fifth time that, I brought my car to Christian Brothers to fix it because it wouldnt start.I rented a car for 2 days over the weekend for $170. I still didnt hear from Christian Brothers. I had to rent a second car for 3 more days.Walter called me on Monday or Tuesday and told me that they would not work on my car. He said my 1995 Acura was too old, and then Christian Brothers charged me $60 for absolutely nothing. They wouldnt even look at my car. So after lying to me, and then not even looking at my car for 4 days, they said they wouldnt work on it.Im out several hundred dollars in car rentals because Christian Brothers decided to wait all weekend to not look at my car. Then on Monday they finally glanced at my car and then told me they wouldnt help. So I then had to pay for a second tow truck to take my car back home. Now triple A will not tow my car again because they only approve 2 tows per car. Quite literally; the Christian Brothers screwed me, charged me $60 for not even looking at my car, wasted two triple A tows, and had me spend $300 for rental cars, just to tell me that they werent competent enough to fix my car. I would not recommend this place to anyone, ever.Everything was clear when Walter wanted my business, but then he backed out of his profession, and the Christian Brothers seems to be running a scam. Choose a place that wont quadruple charge you for absolutely nothing at all.

All the staff here was straight forward on pricing and estimated time to complete service. The staff are all incredibly friendly as well. They will definitely be the only shop I take my Chevy to from now on.

AMAZING!!! Im a single mom who knows absolutely NOTHING about cars...nothing. I always feel nervous and unsure about taking my car in to get anything worked on because I never know if Im being taken advantage of or not. Daniel gave me the best experience Ive ever had and not only was he honest, but he made me feel so comfortable. Our Lexus was towed to Christian Brothers. There is always a bit of nervousness about going with a service provider you know nothing about, in a city you dont live in. But, when we were told what was the issue, they told us the price and it was reasonable. When the bill came in less than the estimate, it was even better. Thanks for being stand up repair guys. Not sure Ill drive the extra distance just for regular service. But, if I ever get towed again in Lafayette or Louisville, Ill know where to send it.

Brought my car in for an alignment and they noticed an issue that the auto body repair shop missed after someone crashed into my car a while back. After informing me about the problem they talked to the insurance company responsible for the repairs and made sure the repairs were done correctly. They couldn’t have been more helpful throughout the whole process and they notice the small details that really go the extra mile.

Fantastic experience. I am a General Manager at a Car dealership and it takes a lot to impress me when it comes to auto repair but these guys impressed me! I met the owners when I was driving a car off of my lot and it had a mechanical issue. I was in a real bind because I was an hour from my dealership and driving it to show a potential buyer and was in a real rush. Richard and David, the owners, were awesome! They jumped into action, got it to their technician to diagnose it and had it fixed in less than two hours. I was so impressed I even encouraged my son to go in and apply for a job! So you guys called and got my brakes fixed for free, because of a two year warranty I had on them.I was shocked, that I even had a warranty on them. I have never had any other auto place check for any kind of warranty on anything in any of my other cars that I have driven. That was amazing to me that someone took the time to check into that for me and was able to fix my brakes for free.I have told everyone, all about your wonderful service, kindness and not to mention the great workmanship your business did on my car. You told me exactly what was wrong and how much it was going to cost to fix it. It is so nice to feel like you were not trying to fix anything else, just what was wrong. I called with an emergency and they were booked. Within minutes they re-arranged the schedule to fit me in. I had some major work to be completed on our truck. Its running great now. Fair and reasonable pricing with great professionalism. I then brought in my daughters car in. They took me home while my car was being worked on.
