First, I would like to say that this is my first time posting a Google review, however I wanted to share my experience. On 10/26/2021, my husband and I purchased a Dodge Charger Daytona. Mrs. Tiffony was amazing! She was very attentive, professional, and friendly from the time she walked out to greet my husband the evening before until the next morning when we purchased it.The finance manager, Mr. Drew, was great as well. He was very knowledgeable and down to earth. He answered all of my questions about warranties and interest rates, etc. The entire process only took about 2.5 hours and was one that we will always remember. Thank you from the Tate family.

Ive never bought a car through a dealership before and I can honestly say this was an amazing experience. I was so nervous to make such a big commitment but the salesman, Harry, made me feel a lot less anxious. He was more than happy to answer all of my crazy questions and made me feel like we were old friends. I would also like to say that Drew, in finance, helped me so much. He helped me understand the whole process and really made my whole experience enjoyable and a lot less nerve wracking. I am absolutely in love with my car and I have them to thank for it.

In all my years of living and buying cars I have never had a car buying experience that I would describe as truly AMAZING. Not only did Brian reach out right away, the entire process took less than 30 min over the phone. Brian and Cory honored my request for multiple images, videos and conducted additional research to answer my unending questions AND ontop of everything else, after a long days work Cory drove the vehicle down to Texas the same day!!! Cant make this stuff up. I wish I could say more but the process was so simple and easy. I fully recommend and will definitely find any reason to use them again in the future.

I got an awesome deal on my 2016 Subaru Crosstrek, I absolutely love it! Cory, my salesman, was great. He answered all my questions, even the dumb ones, and he never tried to push me into making a purchase, which I really appreciated. All the employess were friendly and knowledgeable. After Hurricane Laura we were unable to live in our home and lost our camper, my husband and I went to Motor City with a recommendation on a camper big enough for myself our 6 children and my mother to live in until we could make repairs on our home. This camper has been a problem from day one and I feel there was knowledge of some of the issues. We are still not back in our home and now have a camper that is not safe to live in either. Very disappointed in the integrity of the Salesperson we trusted.

I dealt with Brian at Motor City and I can not even put into words how much I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle! He was never ever pushy, always there for me with any questions I had and truly helped me out. I was looking for a vehicle for my son to be 16 year old son. It’s stressful looking for a used vehicle that you can trust to put your child in. I had a vehicle to sell and after going to many dealerships and hearing their offers, Brian gave me more than anyone’s else offered. From selling my vehicle, he brought me 30 min out of his way to another dealership to get the vehicle I found for my son. Brian didn’t have any on his lot that I was looking for. Once we got here, he checked the vehicle out, test drive it with me and told me his honest opinion of the vehicle. He spent the whole day helping me out and always made me feel like I was the only customer he had. I will forever be grateful to him and his honesty. This is my third review of this place . I purchased a 2009 Nissan Murano on April of last year, and I must say since the purchase Ive been going to get repairs all most every other week. The owner reached out once, of course over the phone, because hes never there, said he would do his Best to help, but of course when he did it was to say that I brought it AS-IS, so they are no longer going to help, because I refuse to take down review! Im not taking this anymore and Ill continue to express my concerns within this matter. Just know even with an extended warranty, as is, means just that, AS-IS. Im sure I wont be the last person to go through this, and its a sad thing. Im stuck with no vehicle, and ofcourse, dealing with workers comp and doctors visits, its important to be able to get around . I just wanted to say THANKS for nothing, because I had full trust in you guys, just like you should of had faith in me, by switching car out, and personally financing meTHAT would have said alot about your dealership, especially since I put 3500 down.

I have to say Im very disappointed in the tire mounting service had them mount and balance 4 tires and put 4 new tire sensor in and 1st I drop the car off at 8:30 and job wasnt done till 2:30 that not the problem the problem is the car went into the bay at 12 and took 2 1/2 hrs to put the tire on and for them the brake 2 of the new tire sensor that they put on i have to say this is the last time I do service here thanks again got me have to replace 2 of my new sensor if I would of known this I would of did the job myself

We bought a 2009 Chevy Tahoe and we had our issues but motor city took care of it no questions asked Burt and Sam took care of everything I was having issues and made sure everything I asked was taking care of. I found exactly the car I wanted on the internet. When I called Motor City they gave me Bradley and he took good care of me. We spent 2 weeks getting the truck repaired and Bradley kept me up to date. Other buyers showed up but Bradley kept me at the front of the line. I had to drive over 600 miles to get the truck but I could do it with confidence because Bradley kept me posted. When I got to the dealership everything went quick and smooth.
