Only place I go for auto repairs and up keep on all my vehicles for the last 15 years or so. Frank and Mike are great guys and wont steer you wrong, pun intended lol. Give them a shout tell them I sent you.

Had a bit of a car emergency and was referred to Car Tech. They were able to get me in the very next morning and I was in and out within the day. Friendly staff, would recommend!!!

This is a shop with what I believe is a good mechanic, and a very poor owner. Communication was nearly non existent once the owner became involved. They broke the key off, charged me for new key, and programming. (The fob now does not work) he couldn’t program computer, which he knew needed done from the start. Had it towed to someone who could, and charged me the towing bill. I have a trailer, and would have been happy to transport, or simply take it to someone who could fix it from the start. All of this could have been avoided with some communication. The owner was short with me, and difficult to communicate with even prior to any problems......UPDATE, after closer inspection of the car, the air box was not remounted, the owner had told me there was only one DTC code remaining, there were two. On top of everything, he did not return my remote for the remote start. After driving over and asking for it, I was forced to call the police. The officer was very surprised any shop would tow a vehicle without calling the customer first. The officer asked for a description, I told him he would be the A**hole with the smug look on his face. When the officer returned, he said “well is as you described”. I have attached a picture if his fine craftsmanship with the air box.

Frank helped me get my Highlander up and running like a charm. The rates were reasonable and he was very honest about the repairs needed, and also about where spending the time and labor wouldn’t benefit me. He and his team did a great job. I will be going back when I need car work again.

My car’s engine light is on and they helped me to check it, it seems that all goes well and couldn’t find any problems!! They helped me to reset all and didn’t charge for all the examination!! Strongly recommend!!!

This is the best car repair shop in town to me I haven’t had any better luck anywhere else. The owner doesn’t try to rip you off and doesn’t take advantage of car illiterate women like myself. He really works with you on pricing too and for being a single mother I def needed honesty and the best deal which is what I received. Not to mention his mechanics actually explain to you in detail what’s wrong or what the repair plan is and answered all of my questions. I’ve had 5 different repairs done total on 3 different types of vehicles and each time was fixed correctly the first time. Will be returning soon for another service soon !

This is the place to go to get your truck or car fixed. Cant say enough good things about Frank and his staff! They fix it right the first time,and that means a lot to me!

Update: Worked with a guy named Frank and found there was a miscommunication with he and another employee. My wife talked to Frank, but dealt with another when arriving. The other tech didnt know the background which caused the issues described below. They did another oil change free of charge using Kia parts and the vehicle is back to proper working order without leaking. They stepped up and righted a wrong. Many thanks!---------------------------------------------My wife took her car in for an oil change. It never leaked a drop before and now leaks all over our garage. When I checked it, they greatly overfilled the oil. As for the leaking, I know the mistake made because I made the same one when I first changed the oil on this vehicle; it has two oil filters and the top filter has two seals that can be tricky. She took it back and was asked if she or her husband added oil because it was over-filled. Nothing was done except for checking the oil level after seeing the heavy oil leak. They asked her to bring it back so it could sit for a couple hours, so they can see where it leaks, and correct it. She called multiple times to get it back in - this was their fault, mind you - and they never had time. She and them finally agreed to a day - where she would have to rearrange her work schedule - and when she arrived they told her they had too many jobs that day and wouldnt be able help her! Correcting the mistake with her repair should be a priority over new ones. This was a simple oil change. I have to wonder if this level of disrespect and service, or lack thereof, is because she is a woman. If I could leave zero stars I would. If someone wants step up and right this wrong then I will update this review. My wife needs to be the priority. We will take the car elsewhere next week if we dont hear something very soon.

They have the worst customer service possible. I mean the WORST. Manager is cocky and they attempted charging more than what I had requested. I called to get approximation and the estimates ranges from hundreds to thousands of dollars. However, at the end, I still tried to help their business by giving them suggestions that they at least should put on car locks for finished cars so people cant get away without paying. The manager acted aggressively to my nice gesture and told me to never come back cause they dont need thinking like this. I will not come back ever and will not recommend anyone to go there ever.

Frank and Mike are awesome and fix our fleet vehicles everytime we go there.
