Terrible place to work. Jessica in Hr lies to get you to select any position. This is an unprofessional business and I’m glad that I was let go because honestly they lied about no call no shows. There wasn’t a schedule and hr knew this! Work at Walmart or Sam’s but this place is a big no!

Completely unable to order online. Even though I pay. They out of stock everything in my cart even though I took the time to make sure everything was available. I have a broken leg right now and it would be nice not to have to get everything together myself.

Customer service at this location is awful. Employees are rude. Today there were only a couple register open so we had to use self check out. Employee was rude when asking about price tag vs shelf price. We were also price match online price and employees was rude when we tried to small talk. Then she spoke to the customer next to us about us. My 3 year may have left her playdoh behind so we called to ask. Employee on the phone was absolutely rude and disrespectful. We asked if she could just verify for us so we could drive back to get it and she told use the cashier was on break and they dont have enough employees to do that. We have more poor experience than good experience at this location. Its only this target that we have trouble with best to avoid this location.

Self check out attendant completely disregarded us standing there as if we were invisible. Then proceeded to follow us and stand right next to us to watch us scan our items as if we were attempting to steal.

Mark Downs and Clearance items were great selections to choose from.

Ive always loved Target for its excellent, unique, and quality selection. As superstores go, its my favorite and had dominated the top of my list for over fifteen years now.

This recent Target trip was originally spent looking for 1 specific item in electronics. Of course I ended up in many sections and checking many end caps.As usual, there was a lot of of items of clearance. Also, a lot of items that were on sale due to be discontinued. For example, the Aquaman Funko Pop set, Coming to America Akeem Funko Pop, and a lot of the HeyDay brand products. Most of the HeyDay products in general were on clearance, a lot of iPhone and usb-c chargers. Also, a lot of HeyDay phone cases one sale.Clothes were on sale and had clearances. Nothing over 50% off in clearance this time.

These guys are seriously the fastest Ive ever encountered. Great job Target.

I had an issue with the website. I thought I had marked curbside pick up when in fact it was in store pickup. When I arrived at the store and called your staff walked me thru how to change my selection in your app. Helpful Professional Courteous- Thank you!

The clean store, they are very nice

I was very pleasantly surprised by my pick up experience. It was the least amount of time Ive spent waiting. Im diabetic so Ive been doing pick up at multiple stores and the Target experience was the best. It only took a few minutes to get my items into my trunk and I was on my way.

The curbside is ran correctly . the team members are always super friendly and fast!!! yall are doing it right!!

Would give 5 cause I love Target but they don’t carry Schick Quattro razors I use despite selling Schick brand razors

During this time of social distancing, Target is very clean and well stocked. I appreciate the way they are protecting their employees and costumers by disinfecting carts and self check out. A few very helpful service attendees helped me find items that I very much needed. Target is very close to my home and I love the convenience. P.S. I miss the Starbucks inside!

THIS IS THE WORST TARGET IN AMERICA!When I say I will never shop at this particular Target again, I mean it. I have NEVER experienced issues with Target like I have had with this location. The staff is incredibly unhelpful, ineffective, and rude. The last straw was yesterday when I arrived to get my curbside no contact online order and well over 75% of my $200 order was missing. I tried calling after I got home and discovered the error. I could not get through to the store. If you dial this locations number and choose option 2 for customer service it hangs up on you everytime. When I tried various other departments and I would actually get through to a person I would either be hung up on me or put on hold and hung up on after a few minutes. I called corporate and they tried to get through to the store and werent able either and said that they would call me back. This morning I called and was actually able to finally get to Customer Service. I told the manager what happened. She was able to locate my missing items. She was unapologetic for it. Her only solution was for me to come back and retrieve the items. Again, no apology, no offer of a gift card for their mistake. Just a really rude attitude like it was my fault. I asked for a refund. She told me that she could not give me one. The store where I purchased my items cannot give me a refund??? She told me to contact corporate. So I called corporate back and told them what happened. I told them I dont want my items. I dont want to shop at this location again. Needless to say I got my refund after spending a better half of 2 hours on the phone between 2 days. Its baffling to me this kind of customer service. Its a reflection of the times. Its a reflection of the modern-day attitude. It makes me feel sad. Im supposed to feel bad about being a customer who just wants to be treated with respect. Im sure this manager would feel the same way if she was in my place. People dont put themselves in any ones place but their own. Good Customer Service is a rarity. If you find it Thank that person and praise them to their managers.

Since the COVID-19 Pandemic, this was my first time using the Buy Online/ Pick Up in store option. Needless to say the process was seamless and hassle free! There was no outrageously long wait, the customer service was amazing, In and Out the store and back home within 15 minutes.

Came in today to return and she told me my date was too far. YES because you weren’t taking returns at time and now you are. I should have been aloud an extension??! That’s only fair to your customers. Not going to waste my money here. Never shopping target again!!!

Anyone that knows just a little about me knows my love for target is real. I visit target more than twice a week, hard to admit, but no matter what I need or at what time of day I need to visit the store is always in perfect working order. Always friendly staff there to help you, lines are NEVER long, everything is always clean & in place, and rarely are they ever out of stock. Not to mention the Target App & RedCard have saved me 100s of dollars over the years of shopping here. If ever Im alone and without my littles, you can most likely find me walking the aisles of target looking for my next favorite purchase 😍😊

My order was processed quickly and pick up was a breeze. The associate scanned my drivers license and it took less than five minutes for her to find my items and hand them over.

I can’t believe they don’t have the recycle station anymore! It was so disappointing going to the store today and not being able to leave my glass and plastic. I used to bring my recycle and then do some shopping there, now I’m gonna have to find me another store that has recycling. This is sooo wrong Target. We need the recycling station back!!!

I am a Diabetic and my sugar dropped while i was shopping in the store. I had to sit down on the floor. There were several employees that came to my rescue.At least one was a fitting room associate, I believe her name was Rachel, along with a couple of other young ladies. There was also a young lady named Pai I believe. They got me napkins, water and an ice pack. They were very attentive and concerned about me.. I hope these young ladies get the recognition that they so deserve. They went above and beyond for me. Target as a company are blessed to have these angels on Earth working for them.

I needed a new pillow. Target used to have very upscale pillows for $20-$25. Now those same pillows are $40. Ended up with a generic $15 one that will probably be flat in a month. All because I didnt want to go to Walmart!

Theyve stopped enforcing the mask mandate. If you care about your health, stay away.

Maybe it’s just this store, but have had numerous encounters with rude employees. As it has been the store with the biggest offenders (to include their own Shipt shoppers) during the world health crisis, I will not enter the store.

This is probably the best store Ive ever been in as far as the courtesy of the employees. Without fail every single employee I passed asked me if they could help me with a smile on their face. I have not seen a store where the employees were that courteous and friendly. Also the store was spotlessly clean everything was in order easy to find. I highly recommend shopping at this store. Would absolutely give it six stars if it was possible. If you want to see how a store is done right visit the store.

While the pickup was easy, the personnel at customer service were not focused on the customers. They were visiting with each other. I asked about a receipt and was told one would be emailed to me. I havent yet gotten one.

We used to go to target for everything after learning about the cartwheel and red card spending a couple hundred a week but not anymore! Twice now, for no reason, the register wouldn’t accept my red card as payment but accepted my debit card attached to the same account. And when you ask the cashier or manager why this is happening or what you can do (like use a different register!) they’re rude! I’ll take my money else where.

This is a large super Target with a large grocery section. I go here often when we visit family in LA. They have a very large selection.

Comparable to other Target stores good customer service, clean and great products, but best part is they have fresh produce and a bakery. I love that!!!If you dont have the cart wheel app the workers will recommend you get it.

If I could give this place less than a 1 star, I would!So nasty! Restrooms were horrible! Staff was rude when I informed them of their status of the restrooms. Shopped for an hour and went to the restrooms again before leaving and NO BETTER! No toilet paper, trash overflowing. This place is just GROSS!

Really easy and fast to manage the account online after registry is complete, in store where you can actually touch the products or online if you are unable to experience baby registry in store. Also your guess can purchases the gift of their choice from your registry online as well and it will be shipped directly to your door.

Target is always a favorite store of mine to shop. Always clean and friendly and theyve added to their wonderful experience by having drive up and pickup service now.

My favorite place to do my big grocery shopping trips or just a fun place to shop for clothes with my preteen niece and daughter. They have different styles but they both have fun looking at the selections offered and the clothes are very reasonably priced. For groceries, I usually find 95% of the stuff I need. If you are looking for odd or specialty items, you may be disappointed. But check back because they seem to be adding less conventional ingredients to make Indian or Thai dishes that were harder to find in the past.

I like this Targets layout better than most. Easy to move through. Good selection. Easy shopping with kids. Really dont like the cartwheel app. Why cant we save money the old fashion way with regular sales instead of having to track everything we buy on our phones? Doing a lot less Target shopping because I hate the hassle.

Ah, nothing like a fresh attitude to go with spending my cash at this place. I was pleasant as could be. Yes, maam. I didnt know, Im sorry. And I passed by four workers and no one told me not to use the flat bed. My apologies. But what I got in return was eye rolls and attitude. But thats cool. Im not going back. I just wanted a futon to crash on after a hard days work. Not going again, not happy about that service.

Love the store! I would shop over Walmart any day........Need more specialty and variety items, there is no baking soda except for the sizes to use in the fridge and only one type of wide nozzle Lysol spray, these are my only complaints.
