I had the boulderite wrap and was highly satisfied. If your looking for a light but filling healthy lunch it is top of my list. As far as bagels go they do an awesome job here and taste great too.

I love Big Daddy Bagels! I would have given them 5 stars but whenever I order online no one reads my order changes, and do not modify my sandwich accordingly. 😒

Finding good bagels in Colorado is a struggle. I really like the bagels here. Definitely try if you are not a fan of chain bagel companies.

Love this place. My husband and I eat here literally all the time. Great bagels and breakfast sandwiches. Sometimes they are pretty busy, but worth the wait. Definitely recommend!!!

Super friendly and attentive service with fresh bagels!

We put in an online order at 9:30 this morning and it said it would be ready 20 minutes later. My husband went to pick up and the food was not ready. After waiting another 20 minutes he went up and asked after the order to which the girl at the counter rolled her eyes and responded with “we’re working on it.” While waiting it seemed that everyone else with online orders were also not having their orders made in a timely manner. My husband finally went up 1 hour after we placed our order to ask after the order again. The man at the counter handed him a bag covered in grease and mustard. When we checked the sandwiches it appeared that the person who prepared our food neglected to either change gloves or clean/sanitize the counter after putting mustard on one of our bagels so all of the other bagels were coated in mustard as well. We also ordered a burrito special and instead got a bagel with spinach and black beans. We returned the entire meal and won’t be back again.

Like always the bagels were great they were very very busy today which is exciting. The kids were working very hard to try to accommodate. good to see business getting back to normal

DO NOT order online. Very disappointing experience. I tried to call to put in a take out order and the phone had a busy signal for 10 minutes so I went onto their website to try for the first time to order online. It said oh your order will be ready in 15 minutes I showed up on time I checked in at the front desk. I said hey this is my first time ordering online how does it work. He when it’s done I’ll put it on the table out there. As I’m standing there I watch six more people come in and make their orders and get their food before I get mine. I go up and check on it and then she says oh it’s right here as I see them all standing there doing nothing sweeping casually doing things and I didn’t get my order for almost 30 minutes. No apology and no respect for people who order ahead because we have work. If you’re going to have a system of the business it should be effective there was no reason for that to happen when I’m standing there checked in when I arrived. my order just sitting behind counter for who really knows how long. My food was cold. Thanks for ruining my first meal of the day.

Great bagel shop that loads up with cream cheese.

Gross bathroom and sloppy extremely slow service for two bagels. There is no organization when it comes to behind the line. A lot of people were waiting also and everyone was annoyed. Definitely wont be back and will encourage others not to waste their time and money.

Hadnt been there in years. Went in for a bagel breakfast sandwich and...it was still fantastic! Great food and great service! And...they still make gigantic cookies, cinnamon rolls and rice crispy treats. Ill definitely be back!

Do Not Order Online! Or clear your morning if you do! This place took exactly 59 minutes to make me 3 bagels and one of them was a plain cream cheese bagel, and when I finally got my order, not only was it wrong, the whole thing was covered in mustard! Including the plain cream cheese bagel. They always claim that they are busy or understaffed, but that’s really no excuse. Very disappointing, won’t be back to this location any time soon.

I go to the liqour store next door so thats prolly why I came up to review this place. I came years ago and it was good I mean I like bagles for sure and if I recall they do something with boiling them in water and anyone from out east says they are the best so there ya go . But back to the liqour store next door . Definitely the best around its a mom and daughter or daughters (not too sure ) but every one here is beyond nice and personally I just really like them being there and they stay open late . What ever if u but alcohol do yourself a favor and buy it from them .

Best garlic bagel with cream cheese in the area. The bagel has a firm outer crust with a soft and chewy dough on the inside. The cream cheese is generous and blends well with each bite.

Best bagel shop I’ve come across yet, nothing compares! I’ve become a regular, and will always take the extra time to go out a little bit of my way for breakfast every morning. The staff is very friendly, and welcoming every time I’m in, and the bagels are like none I’ve tasted before! Delish!

I miss this place, their food is really good, especially the coffee. And their staff is usually friendly.

The bagels here used to be so good and soft but over the last years or so it has been so hit or miss but mostly miss. Bagels have been so dry, hard, inconsistently shaped and sized and sometimes slightly burnt. Getting bagels from here used to be a several times a week thing and now it’s a rare thing to check to see if the bagels are back to good or not. You need a new baker. Love the staff in front. They are great and I have never had a problem with the customer service.

My kids prefer this bagel shop over the others and they can make gluten free options :)

Very generous amounts of cream cheese, and high quality hand made bagels every morning, perfect for an early breakfast.I have tasted various bagels sold around Colorado, and these are the best by a landslide, I ate here every day for almost 2 years when I worked there, and I never once got bored of the delicious fresh bagel sandwiches. Sure I dont work here anymore but Im still addicted to the incredible food. Nothing has changed except for an expanded menu. This place will never get old and I can not get enough of it, I will have a freezer bag of Big Daddys Bagels in my house indefinitely. The staff are kind, eager and welcoming, and they will never be rid of me!!!

Employees need motivation to become welcoming and customer centric. Bagels were fine, but the staff...just very disinterested in being there. The staff helping me at the time barely engaged me at all - just hurried me along and spoke so quickly and without speaking *to* me I had to ask multiple times to repeat what she was asking. Would be hard to return unless I was just in a pinch for a bagel.

Full service menu with many things offered from sandwiches to deserts. The bagels are soft and fresh. However the problem is in the workers that run the various stations. One day I went the bagels where toasted well buttered great and had a very large amount of cream cheese. I went back the next day and the girl who took my order was rude. My bagels were hard and burnt on the edges. They forgot to add cream cheese to my bagels. Then when I went in to tell them they asked for my recite. Even though it has literally only been maybe 40 seconds. Then they took the bagels and threw them out. After we revived our new bagels it was as if they got upset and put butter all over the paper. Just to make a mess in the bag.

Good bagels and the coffee is good. I thought there was a little too much cream cheese (not way too much, but just a little) but in all fairness, I didnt specify how much I wanted. The servers are really cool people, and overall just a cool place to hang out for a bit. And of course you can get a sandwich there too.

I come here all the time! The girls always remember my order, no matter how lactose I am or going through some type of health kick theyve got it down! Its always so nice to be there and feel cared about. I dont think I could ever get tired of this place. Wish it was everywhere. Love you peeps!

Always amazing food but forgetful of your order

While I’d love to give a better review, I feel I would be doing myself and this business a disservice. The bagels themselves are fine- nothing to complain about. The service has been hit or miss. A few times the employees have been great, very friendly and eager to help. Most other times they seem like they’d rather be anywhere else but working, and it really shows. Orders messed up nearly every time. Out of italiano bagels at 10am on a weekday. Most recently, I ordered two ham sandwiches and they both came with ONE slice of ham each. I would have gone back but had already left for work. For $25 (for two) I figured they could throw more than one slice of ham on each sandwich. I think this place has potential, but perhaps some of the employees are sabotaging that a bit. I hope my next experience is better!

I came in and order two bagels . I asked the guy at the counter if the veggie and cheese sandwich is hot and cold . He stated we can heat it up if you like. I asked him please do so. My fiancé ordered a breakfast sandwich and add a bunch of veggies. We waited for our bagels for quite sometime and when we got home my sandwich was cold when I just asked for a hot sandwich and the guy who took my order was the person who assembled it . My fiancé bagel had none of the veggies she asked for. Since the person who took are order didn’t seem to care or pay attention I will never return to this establishment again. .

Great bagel sandwiches. Nice variety, you can also build your own. They are almost like the Legos of bagel sandwiches.

I really enjoy their bagels. Their Jalapeno and Cheddar bagel with Southwest cream cheese is really good. I also love the Boulder Organic coffee. I took one star of because sometimes Ive had to repeat orders multiple times before it was correct.

Getting Big Daddy bagels is one of the highlights of my week! Always delicious.

The bagels are great but dont bother with the discount card. Its worth 10% for a purchase after the card is fully punched. So, if you buy bagels once a month for a year, youll get all the punches you need. But, when you buy your next bag (for roughly $12) and redeem the card, youll save $1.20. Yawn.

Im a New Yorker, and will say these bagels are pretty damn good. Not as good as the NYC bagels I often crave, but enough to make you happy. Service was good and the wait wasnt too long.

These guys are the best! We go almost every week for breakfast, usually on Saturdays. The bagels are the best in town and the staff is really friendly. A great neighborhood spot!

By far my favorite bagel place. I go for breakfast at least once a week, sometimes two. They serve local Boulder coffee, which is perfectly brewed. The staff is always friendly and perky, even when I dont feel awake.

The staff and the beaglesecond are well worth it, I will have a great time. All welcome to join us. Cyrus is an awesome person who cares about his work.

I think this location has hired several new employees in the past few months and service has gone hill. My last three orders have all been screwed up. The bagels and coffee are good but double check to make sure your order was prepared correctly.

The bagels here really are just amazing. I havent had a bad one yet. It is a small thing, but when you ask for avacado, you get avacado slices, not avacado paste. It makes a difference, and it is just one of the things that makes this place so tasty.
