Awesome selection, great staff that were very knowledgeable. Over all I would recommend shopping here for parties and events or just your favorite veno.

Convenient and Decent selection but hear me out.Stop going to that big bulk store across the street, not only do they lack selection but dont open until 10am....sorry 9am if your over 65.Total Wine has knowledgeable staff and will gladly point you in the right direction. In fact they also have everything you didnt know you needed for mixers and ton of pre made stuff such as old fashiond mix...etc.Now to the ok stuff, their whiskey selection is decent. Lots of name brands and a few off the wall distilleries, could use a few more but the name of the place is Total Wine. Need some spicy beer/margarita salt and possibly some fruit such as fresh limes and oranges to make it a one stop shop.Overall, solid!

This place has EVERYYYYTHIIING. Its basically adult disneyland. They even have a small area where they offer samples of wine.There are so many options here its easy to go crazy but the prices are actually pretty good so if youre on a budget youll have lots of choices.There are some really expensive liquors, some glassware and gift type items and some snacks.Give yourself some time when you visit because theres a LOT to see.

Talk about a place you can truly find anyone a drink. Options galore 😍 The free samples are always a nice touch.

Honestly extremely disappointed in the staff… which really sucks because they have an amazing selection as well as prices but I will not be spending money in a store where I am followed around as well as spoken to in a condescending tone to check my ID as if I’ve been caught doing something wrong, purely on the basis of the clothes I choose to wear as an ADULT. With the poor excuses I was presented with if they were concerned about minors entering the store they probably should check ID’s at the door. Honestly felt extremely uncomfortable the entire time from when I entered to the time I left.

Glad to have them in town. They are like other locations across the country with great staff, extensive selections is wonder, beer, liquors, and mixers. They have competitive prices and many items are the ones Ive seen in town. Dont forget to sign up for the rewards program and also take advantage of same day pick up if youre buying your usual were, beer or liquor.

If they dont have it - its not brewed yet. Nice clean store and wide aisles. Customer Service staff not great (several standing in a group talking and laughing about something on facebook) but cashiers were efficient and polite and doing their jobs.

Lots of selections. Fun to just walk around and see what they have. They sell beers by the singles if you want to try different ones.

Usually I love this place it has a great selection and the staff is knowledgeable. However today the cashier (kaitlyn) maybe was having a bad day because she had an attitude the whole time. One of the drinks from the guy Infront of me got mixed in with mine . When I saw it I said out loud hey that drink is not mine . She looked me in the face and still scanned it. I had to take the can out the bag and hold it up to her and tell her again. I know she heard me because the guy who was already 10 feet away heard me and turned around.Then I told her I have a rewards certificate I wanted to use.I put my number in and she reads me the total and I asked her if its been added, she said yes it was added when I put my number in . Of course when I got to my car and looked at the receipt I saw that it was in fact not added....I understand if your having a bad day but thats no reason to take it out on a customer.

Don’t expect to spend over $250 without a manager questioning why you need so much alcohol for a graduation party. I will no longer purchase what I need from this establishment for future events. I loved total wine until this happened. I understand certain policies are put in place for business owners in town but I am not one of them, nor am I an owner of any business in Lafayette. All I wanted was alcohol for my graduation party and I figured this was the perfect place to shop.

Adult Toys R Us, this place is great. Talk to your friends about what new drink they are living, then come here and get it for the best price.Also, I havent come into this place once without someone of the great staff asking if they can help, and not just to find that bottle you came for, but for advice or suggestions on what to try next. They always have good info and dont just push big sells.

I don’t usually write reviews as I am not a confrontational person, but I was not happy with my experience. I am giving two stars instead of one because the staff really did help me out a lot and they were very friendly while I was shopping.However, I left the store empty-handed and very uncomfortable.When I got to the register, I was asked for my ID. I had recently turned 21, so this was no surprise. I showed my ID calmly, but the cashier called for 2 managers anyway. I clearly heard her tell the managers “She is 21 and look what she’s buying.” I looked over at the 2 bottles of bourbon I had found and was confused. My step dad has always been a big bourbon fan so I was excited to start my own collection. I did not understand why I was being interrogated for buying it. I guess they automatically assumed I was not buying it for myself, and I don’t know if it was because I was a girl and many bourbon drinkers tend to be men or because I was young, but either way I did not find that fair to me. I am of the legal age by law. I was so embarrassed by all of the attention they were bringing that I decided to leave. It is a shame as they have a great selection, but I will not be back as I did not appreciate the treatment.

Total Wine is awesome. Now, I do my best to visit other local liquor stores to support local, but I now Im adding Total Wine to my rotation. Theyve got an incredible wine selection and a pretty solid beer selection. But where they take it to the next level is the whiskey selection. There are so many whiskies that I havent been able to find anywhere else. Its really impressive. Much of their liquor section is really robust, but as a whiskey fan, they really impress.

First time in a place like this. it is like walmart for alcohol. Huge place with a huge variety of liquors. beer by the country. well done!

So many options!!! We walked around for about an hour then decided to checkout and come back again to browse. It will take several trips to get the lay of the store and checkout all the new things as well as the tried and true spirits

They also offer barware, gift bags (wine size, of course), snacks, chocolates, and novelty items. There is a fairly large cigar selection, but as I dont smoke I cant comment on pricing. The staff is friendly and accommodating!

As soon as I heard that Total Wine was coming to Lafayette, I was stoked! The store definitely met expectations when I first visited. In fact, the staff are so genuinely nice and helpful here that I’ve committed myself to buy any future alcoholic beverages from Total Wine.Their prices are slightly cheaper than nearby stores (expect Costco). The selection is immense. I’d be surprised if you go there and can’t find what you’re looking for.

Horrible experience!! Won’t be back!I am 23 years old. They wouldn’t let me make a purchase because my 16 year old brother was with me. They said I needed to be a legal guardian or parent. My brother lives with me, I sign his papers for school. That qualifies me as guardian. Definitely won’t be back.

I always LOVE coming here.... todays visit was strange. LolSo there is a worker there that is like straight up mask policeThe last 3 times Ive gone in, no mask on. Even had help by others and managers. Was never once asked about a mask. Absolutely no big deal. Well today, I was followed by a worker telling me I absolutely had to have one... keep in mind this is the same woman who was literally inches, if that, that almost touched my face and tried to put my mask on my face last time... simply because it had fallen off of my face.. she was literally going to put it on me and more concerned about the mask... rather than taking my items so I could put it on myself. LolNot cool.Sooo either have the mask police lady there all the time at the front, or do away with the sign, table, and even let the employees walk freely without masks.Cause lets be honest, we know and literally SEE you guys not wearing the mask properly. Which Im not bothered by it.But other than the mask lady I absolutely love you guys and will be back.

Went here for our usual wine shopping and found a bottle in a cart inside the store filled with an obvious urine colored solution. I told the cashier at the customer service desk that the bottle was there and needed to be cleaned up before the cart came in the building. She said oh ok that bottle was still there when we left the store 45 mins later. How gross! Clean it up Total Wine! If not your parking lot, then your employees!

Anything you could possibly want is in this store. Wine, liquor, beer, mixers, and accessories; its all there. The prices were competitive. The employees were helpful and friendly. I will definitely retune and recommend this store to others.
