I highly recommend if your driving a Ford to bring it to the Hub City Quick Lane. Always better to bring your vehicle back to the dealer for your oil changes. If something ever goes wrong, Ford wont be able to say you didnt use the right fluids or say you didnt service it at all. When you have warranty on your vehicle, protect your warranty by going back to your dealer for your maintenance. I highly recommend to make appointments first before you just show up. If you make an appointment you will have priority over other customers who didnt make an appointment. Ask for Brent Romero in service to schedule your next service or oil change. Also they will give you a report card on your vehicle after each oil change.

The quality of the work was good but the customer service is lacking. There is no clear direction for what to do or where to go when you first get there in order to get your vehicle serviced. The staff are all running around looking very busy and they avoid eye contact which means its hard to get someone to help you. Then when you go to pick up your vehicle there is a definite lack of communication between them and the people working on the cars. It took about 10 minutes to find the paperwork for my vehicle even though she paged the technician several times. They just dont seen to have a clear system to communicate with each other. Also, its difficult for the cashier to find a runner to go get your vehicle for you, I waited over 20 minutes for someone to get my vehicle. All they do is page over head for a runner. They have no idea if anyone even heard the page until youve been waiting a while and ask whats going on. Then they will just page again. I probably spent 40+ minutes waiting to pick up my vehicle.

Hub City Ford goes above and beyond too get your problems solved.
