Service times have gotten worse and prices more expensive since theyve been bought by five star. A works change that cost $60 in April now costs $95. Not even inflation can justify a 50% price increase for the most basic of services. Especially when the original $60 price was on the high end for town to begin with.Id stay out beyond warranty work.

I use Quick Lane for almost all of my vehicle service needs, they always give me a breakdown of my service and any further services that may be needed. The only reason there is not a 5 star rating, would be the wait. The old service center I used to use kept the Quick Lane side for what it stands for, Quick Lane. Usually was in and out in 30ish minutes for a works service on my vehicle. With this Quick Lane I have waited up to 2 hours for a works service. I would make sure to call ahead and find out what the wait is before taking it to them.

Took my vehicle in for routine oil change & tire rotation. Wait time was as originally estimated by the sevice clerk. Customer lounge spacious & clean. New ownership has raised prices 70% compared to prior 2 servicings.

Excellent service. I went in at the end of the day, 30 minutes before they closed. Steve worked me in and they managed to take care of a clip that was making an annoying noise for me as well. I also forgot my coupon but once again Steve helped me out. I was beyond happy with the service and the fact that they went over and above to take care of me. This is the only place I go for service now since I bought my vehicle 2.5 years ago and I have been pleased every time!!!

Very nice, friendly people work here but I find the service to be inefficient. Unable to make an appointment, I showed before 7:00 along with a number of other people. During the first half-hour, only three service bays were being operated, a fourth one opened about a half-hour later. They got my car in after about 30 minutes. Once serviced, it sat in the service bay without anyone doing anything to it about 30 minutes before someone came to me. After paying $62 for a quick oil change, I pulled out two hours after I arrived. I have used Ford Service (Quick Change) for about 25 years. I will probably continue to use them when I need to drop off my vehicle for work to be done. But for a quick oil change, Ill be looking for a service center that values my time as well as my vehicle.

Good service but only if youve got all day to wait. Seems like the entire city of Lafayette takes their vehicles here.

They do great work at a slightly higher cost then other oil change places in town (in line with dealer prices) but that never bothered me before because they used to be part of the Ford dealer (i.e. some think the dealers are better than quick oil change businesses). The people are friendly and helpful and they provide useful diagnostics info on my vehicle after the oil change but they are always so backed up. I was quoted more than 2 hours wait on multiple occasions in the past couple years. To make it worse they dont allow for reservations. Doing that could alleviate the long waits but still allow those that want to walk in, walk in and wait.TLDR - great and friendly service but more costly and so slow/long wait times.

The guys here are kind, patient, and fast! I was able to get a full tune-up and a replaced fender for a fair price and in quite the short time. This is the only place I take my car

People are nice but dont seem to listen. Ive been here twice for oil change and rotation, informed them both times my front passenger tire was losing air as well as requesting to have my tire air pressures adjusted. Both times they checked the wrong tire for a leak and never fixed my air pressure. They say they couldnt find the leak (because they checked the wrong tire) and charged me for it. I ended up adjusting my tire pressure myself. Will end up going somewhere else from now on.

They always have the best customer care. My wifes Toyota is now also serviced here regularly. They offer services for more reasonable prices.

Theyre generally good. Like the new update screen inside.

Everyone here was really nice and they are great about letting you know if something is wrong with the vehicle.

Winter temperatures make my tire pressure go down. I stopped in with no appointment. My tires were topped off with air and I was on my way in mere minutes. Two thumbs up 👍.

Great place to get oil change

I came in after my trucks app told me there is low air pressure, which ended up being bolt in my tire. I was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable man who listened then pulled up my vehicle on the computer. He explained if they can fix it, they will and if not, I may need a new tire, which they had in stock, but either way, my warranty will cover the cost 100%. I ended up needing a new tire. The work was done right away and I was on my way. I am always satisfied here!

Overall good experience...really busy. Be prepared to wait some.

I wanted to give a shout out to Josh and the Quick Lane staff. A week ago I had them service my car. After leaving I noticed that there was an issue with my car. I called them and spoke to Josh. He had me come in and they quickly examined the issue. Within days the issue was fully resolved.Thanks again for your professionalism and making things right.

This place is always busy. I wish they took reservations as it is hard to plan your day. But they do a great job!

$50 oil change plus coupon includes car wash, tire rotation and brake checks. Forgot the car wash (in fairness corrected it later) claimed they were afraid to remove the lug nuts so no tire rotation or brake check. A local tire place as well as myself had no issues changing tires.

Good service. Only do requested work. You make decisions on any other work needed. Reasonable prices.

The front desk guy Kai was very good to me and he took good care of me and my car as well. And Kai explained me each and every thing to me like what they did step by step in detail after my car service. I highly recommend them. Kai awesome!!

I always go here for oil changes and all work on my cars. Very nice place. Every 5th oil change is free. Took only 30 minutes today. No appointment necessary.

My daughter has told me for over a year to go to Quick Lane. It isnt the closest to me so I hadnt until last summer. I now go nowhere else due to their honest, courteous staff. They have great prices on the works I will be buying my tires from them within the month. Love them! Nothing better than great customer service. Great waiting area also. .

They were very polite and professional, but in the small office area where you wait for your service and check out, not a single employee was wearing a mask. I felt very unsafe in the enclosed area.

This was my first time trying this place. They moved from hwy 38 down to the Ford service area. The wait was long but expected. The video taken of your car is a nice touch. However what I didnt like was saying they checked items when clearly they did not. I purchased the works and I noticed later that day my tires were not rotated. When I looked more into the findings on the worksheet I was even more disappointed that items checked were not completed. The oil looks clean but you have to wonder if they skipped a few items what else did they skip. I have tried to reach a manager but am unable to get a response.

I called 18 places and no one had the size of tire I needed for my 2014 Ford Escape. Quick Lane Tire did have it and they replaced the tire in less than 40 minutes! They were very friendly too.

I never take my car anywhere to get worked on because it seems people are rude or charge for more than what I asked for, Quicklane was very helpful, they let me use my coupon off of my phone, took no time at all, and I was even given a great deal with being a first time customer. Have recommended it to all my family and friends.

I dont condone the type of activity that is going on at this establishment. on two visits I found numerous deceptive pratices where they have used wording or down right lies about repairs that (WHERE) needed. they had put grease where there isnt any grease around, should have been 90 weight oil. for someone who dont know better tit couldve cost them 1600.00 in NEEDLESS repairs. I have a free coupon for a OIL CHANGE that IM gonna tear up IN FRONT OF THE MANAGER, as sdoon as possible. So if you use this establishment be AWARE they will TRY to SCREW YOU OVER on there 999 POINT INSPECTION. CONSUMER BE WARNED.....

1.specifically ask full synthetic oil 2. Provided conventional oil 3. I asked to fix it they lied that billing was messed up and they charged me for full synthetic oil without fixing. thanks!
