Ross had my tire in stock when no one else in town did. In and out in an hour.

1 hour and 35 minutes to patch a tire after being told it shouldnt take long.Went to get a nail in my back tire patched. Showed up right before 8am and was told “shouldn’t take too long” and they brought it to the back after maybe 5 minutes. An hour and 10 minutes later they lift it up to start working on it. An hour and a half to patch a tire with 1 nail with no update or explanation or apology - absolutely ridiculous. Will not be going back.

Front end allignment was done.People friendly and the job was finished in a timely manor. The waiting room is also cute and comfortable!

Went to get my vehicle inspected. I only had proof of reg in an email. Said couldnt do it without VIN even though I had expired reg paper work. Ok, I get that. Went a week later. Said he couldnt do it in these weather conditions. It was overcast and not raining. I checked Louisiana laws, an inspection can be done in these conditions even if it were raining. I called Masterlube, they did my inspection in 10mins and it was raining by the time I got there. Maybe he was upset because I questioned him the first time I went. Maybe the countertop would have fallen had he not continued to lean on it. Matt Fournet was the sales associate I dealt with. The experience and condescending attitude of Matt is the reason I will never use Ross Tire. I hope no one I know will either after learning of my experience. David, Steve, and another guy seemed nice and polite, but unfortunately I was dealing with Matt.Spoke with Steven about 3hrs after I posted this review. I was impressed how quickly Ross Tire responded to address my experience.

Ross changed brake rotors and i didnt know if was under warranty. They informed me rotors were warped. Very good service. Conscientious and honest.

Had a slow leak in a tire. Took it to two different shops and was told they couldnt fix it, to take it elsewhere and that it would cost around $150. Went to Ross instead on a friends recommendation. 1 hour and $25 later my tire is good as new. Very happy with the speed and quality of service.

Ross is known to be the best in town for the care and maintenance of many types of vehicles both foreign and domestic. Their professional mechanics have the know-how to handle jobs with expediency and ease of service. I will only use Ross for service because they treat their customers with great concern and attention to detail and a fair price.My vehicle is a Lexus which had engine issues but now is running smoothly. Ross saves an burdensome trip to the dealership in Baton Rouge for routine maintenance or mechanical issues. Highly recommend!

When I pulled in to Ross Tire in Lafayette on New Years Eve it was obvious I was bothering them. They immediately told me they were closing in 45 minutes. It was about 11:30. I was from out of state and was driving back the next morning, I had a low tire and didn’t want to leave town without checking it. I was told there was a nail in my left rear tire ( the one that was low) and also a nail in another tire. I was also told I need a new front left tire because it was worn terribly on the inside, tread almost gone. I had a bad feeling so I didn’t buy the tire but had the 2 repairs done. Interesting that the 2nd tire wasn’t leaking air. When I got home the tire that was low when I pulled in to Ross was again low!! Took to a reputable tire place at home and was shown there was a nail in that tire, the one they “fixed” . I had him check all my tires because of the concern over front left, all tires were I perfect condition. There were also many mysterious small holes, in that same tire. They could not think of anything I could have driven over to make these holes. This tire was now unrepairable !! I would NOT recommend going to this place, it was all very suspicious and they were incredibly rude!,

Went there for mechanical check for used car. They have very helpful and knowledgeable staff. It identifies problems in the used car that we were considered buying. The staff is able to tell us quickly how much repair may cause and whether its worth to buy the car. We appreciate it.

I walked in and the man behind the counter was on his cell phone. He didnt acknowledge my presence during his call at all. Then, after about two minutes of waiting for his to finish his personal call, he hangs up and gets on his computer. After continuing to ignore me and staying on his computer for another minute or so, he finally turns to me and asks me what he can do. I need a state inspection. His response, Oh, the inspector wont be in for about an hour or two. This was at 11:00 on a Monday.Needless to say, Ill never go here again. For tires or any other reason. Theres plenty of tire places nearby. I cant attest to their service, but it cant be much worse than this.

My family has gone to Ross Tires for years and weve always had great service! Matt is absolutely HORRIBLE!! Worst attitude ever! He just seems to be a miserable evil being! I hope hes not the one putting the inspirational quotes on the billboard... maybe he should try reading them! My family and I will never be back in that establishment. The prices are fair and they move quickly. The only real problem I have is that the gentlemen working at the front desk can sometimes come off like douchebags. They seem like they hate their jobs and cant even manage to crack a smile.

Would not recommend this place at all!! They knew I was from out of town and tried to scare me into buying a new tire rather than fix the one I had. Saying it would be unsafe to drive home. They also said the tire had been driven flat which in fact I knew it hadn’t been driven at all and went flat while parked. I had Triple A come and put the spare on before taking it to Ross Then they said a matching tire would cost $178.00 Well, I buy my tires and I know they cost around $125. I left!!! Went to Zims. They fixed my tire for $ 22.00 If you want honest service, go to ZIMS!!!

My wives car has been serviced exclusively from Ross’s for over 12 years even though I am very mechanically inclined. For the past 6 years that we’ve been together, I have been overseeing her repairs. The bad, 2 of the 6 oil changes were overfilled enough for concern. They corrected the issue quickly. In 2015 for a timing belt replacement, I had to retighten a leaking bottom radiator hose clamp and a loose battery hold down clamp. it was a simple fix and I know I violated a cardinal rule here to never go behind a mechanic’s work, but because of time restraints of needing the car the next day, I did not inform Ross’s. The good, we’ve had no issues with tire installations and a 4 wheel brake job including all new pads, drums, rotors and fluid flush in 2016. When the A/C started blowing warm air, all was that was needed was the cabin air filters replaced. Also, the counter persons, Matt and Charles are very nice and accommodating.

Good people, good experience, great service; communication breakdown at first but everything went smoothly after that.

I was involved in a crash and my jeep was sent to Ross Tire. The staff, service and the work was superior. The work took a while but that was due to parts not being available and shorted at one point. I feel as if my jeep was taken care of as if it was their own. I have had many cars and delt with alot of shops and by far Ross Tire is the place to go. I believe in them with no fear of being ripped off or told work is needed when it really isnt. I delt with Jay and he treated me like family. I reccomend Ross Tire and I will be back.

The work I had done (oil change, replace radiator hoses, charge battery and replace both tail light lamps) was indeed done, and apparently properly. But they did not replace my rear seat (where the battery is located) and left all the connectors and the trunk liner completely undone and partially torn. Three of the retainer nuts were destroyed. When I returned to show this to them, the service manager took the car back and re-set the trunk in order, and the retainer nuts looked new. But, he never addressed why they charged $40.00 to replace two tail lamps, on simple pull out receptacles (he claims they had to remove the fixture...not so, as I was able to do so without disassembly). I have 2.3 million highway miles and this is not my experience. Ill tell lots of folks how poorly they operate.

Called before I drove across town to get there and was told theyd have no problem fixing my tire then the guy at the front desk acted like the only way they make repairs is to have the vehicle left for the day or over night. Will make sure everyone I know doesnt use them.

One thing you shouldnt do tell someone who has a flat in the cold when you dont know where they are that by the time you get here i wont have time to help you. Especially when you close at 6pm and it was 5:05 and i was not even 15mins away from you. Shows lack of customer service and willingness to assist. Horrible customer ! Does not seem like this place has ppl that want to work. Will never get my business. Should close down if you dont want to service ppl.

The service worker who wired on me was extremely prejudice and hate Black people. This place call themselves Christians this is why I came because I thought they were true servants of God. This is what their so say motto reads. Well its a lie. When the gentleman was giving me my change instead of him placing the money in my hand, he literally through my money on the counter. I mean literally couldnt believe it. I advise not anyperson of color or other ethnicity please come here. This is the worst place to go for service. They stripped my plug, replaced it with an oversized plug never indicated they replaced it. Now. Im stuck having to always go to them for service because they actually missed my car up. Come to find out they were suppose to replace it bc they damaged it. The manager is a straight red neck ass hole. Theit racist and so unprofessional at the liavslly owned company. I would never ever go there again I advise please do not let them service your vehicle.

The front desk guy is beyond awful. His sassiness makes me so mad. How can you have an attitude with someone who walked through the door about to give you business? He relates what paperwork is needed for state inspections like you are some sort of peasant who is beneath him. He puts things on the counter instead of in your hand like he is afraid to catch something from you. He condecendingly told my husband, Uh buddy youre license is expired. I turned to my husband like-- did he just call you buddy like youre a child? We went immediately went update his license and swore hell would freeze over before giving that place business again. He will make you want to throat punch him so just do yourself a favor and go somehere else.
