I had my 2011 Highlander towed in yesterday. The alternator suddenly seized and fried also killing the battery. Since it was the original alternator and 10 years old I suppose it did its time.Given auto parts shortages due to Covid these days I thought they would likely have to order it and it would be few days before my repairs were completed. To my surprise they had the alternator in stock. The drive belt also needed to be replaced. All of the repair work was completed the same day to my surprise!They also gave me a 10 percent discount on the labor. Ive purchased 2 vehicles from Hampton Toyota in the past 5 years and the service has been excellent. Hampton has not tried to sell me things or services that are not necessary unlike other dealerships that Ive dealt with in the past.Kudos to Hampton Toyota for the excellent service. I love my Highlander and Tacoma and plan on remaining a loyal customer of theirs.๐
Personally speaking, I get great service. All my questions get answered and the service to both my vehicles have been outstanding without over selling me on services or products. I have not had to return my vehicle for any service that was preformed on either vehicle I bring here. I will continue to bring both my vehicles here even though you can find cheaper prices elsewhere, remember you get what you pay for.

The Service Staff at Hampton Toyota was extremely customer service oriented. I was in and out of the service department very quickly with a rental car. They made sure all of my needs were met before I left.

I had an appointment set up at 10:30; confirmed twice. When we got there, at first he could find it. He found it, said they were busy and would get to it when they could. It would be at least 2+ hours before they could look at it. I decided to go elsewhere.
