I have enjoyed the yumminess multiple times at Richelle In A Handbasket. Today I visited and picked up 8 truffles (shared with friends at lunch) and bought a piece of Oreo Cheesecake which was amazing. If you are ever in need of a heartfelt, out of the ordinary, total quality gift… You have to visit this shop. They won’t let you down!!!!

The desserts are amazing. Richelle and her staff really know their stuff. Ive been going to the monthly wine and chocolate pairings fairly regularly and its always a fun time.

Very delicious macaroons! We got them for a party and they were a hit- soft with a little bit of crunch and the filling was rich and silky- I would highly recommend them!!

Richelle’s is awesome! When I visited, a product I was looking for was out of stock, so I went to leave, but one of the staff came out and offered to make it if I had the time. I did and they hustled for me today, it was some seriously impressive customer service! Buy more and tip well, these guys have earned it!

Everything there is so good! The local artist pieces are a great addition. The cheesecake is a must have.

So I am limited to the keto offerings here yet Richelle delivered! If you would like to enjoy the keto cheesecake and a variety of the clusters make sure to arrive early. The keto items move quickly. She also has really nice Quality things that arent on the menu ;) I will be back to try more!

This place is awesome! I found it accidentally and popped in it check it out. WOW!!! Everything Ive tried so far is amazing, my favorite are the chocolate dipped marshmallows.

What a fantastic place! The chocolates are extraordinarily. My husband and I had some butter creams--orange and rum cherry that were as excellent as those from Leonidas in Belgium. Well be shipping some to friends and family on special occasions. We also had a coconut cream scone that was reminiscent of Scottish quick bread. Richelle offered a little wine tasting, and I came home with a Portuguese white port--very hard to find.

Richelles did truffles, cheesecake, cupcakes, and cutting cake for my wedding. Everything was delicious!!!! When COVID happened we had to postpone our wedding and Richelle was able to move to our new date. There was a small problem the day of pickup (the day before my wedding) when not everything was ready. Even with this Richelle went above and beyond. She had everything delivered to my venue the next morning and Beth (who delivered everything) set it all up and even stayed to help do hair for my bridesmaids. I am so thankful for all the great work Richelle and Beth did!!

Richelle was amazingly helpful and told me all about the chocolate that she uses, as well as some of her philosophy on truffle making to help me make chocolate truffles on my own. She even let me use the chocolate that they use to make their truffles, and helped get me started going in the right direction. She has also passed along the information for where I can get chocolates to make my own candies.I have also tried her cheesecake, which was delicious.

Absolutely Amazing!!! My Bridal Shower was held here and it was Beautiful! Food was great! Decor was perfect and of course the Cake was perfect! Richelle also made our wedding cake and cupcakes! It was absolutely beautiful and she even added a special small tribute to my grooms favorite Football team on the back! Richelles is also good for bruch or lunch!! They have great food and of course truffles are to die for!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!! Thank you for everything Richelle!!

First time custome but will definitely be returning many many times!!!I called in on Friday after a hectic morning!! The gentleman I spoke with was very understanding and SO WILLING TO HELP ANY WAY HE COULD! I told him what I was looking for he quickly responded with that is not a problem it will be ready shortly! He even made it clear that the things I wanted to bring in and add to the basket would be no issue and they would gladly do so!Upon walking in I was cheerfully greeted by 2 friendly faces! They were polite, and well outspoken and knew what they were doing!! Soon the owner came and joined in our conversation and made it that much better!! She was sweet, helpful, and understanding! MADE MY CRAZY MORNING SO MUCH BETTER!During this time another customer walked in (also new to this establishment) and she was greeted the same way! They informed her her special request would be ready in 15 minutes or so! I love how each customer was a priority to all working and how they work as an amazing team!!!!

What a wonderful experience. Myself and my college son and daughter and their girlfriend and boyfriend enjoyed visiting their shop after lunch next door. It was fun, cute and delicious. The folks in the shop are so much fun!!! Later I called and she was incredibly helpful getting me a box of goodies and candles for Christmas which my Purdue student brought home at Thanksgiving in Ohio (Buckeye country). So much fun with both Buckeye and Boilermaker candies and candles. WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK. The businesses in their little block are a great stroll for the family even in cold weather!!

Great for when you want something sweet!The cinnamon roll & strawberry truffles are soo good! Though they run small for the price, I like that they have similar textures to a cake ball/pop; just what I had been looking for. Their brownies are really the best bang for your buck! Huge and delicious! They offer delivery through UberEats, Grubhub, etc as well. Will definitely be a go-to from now on!

Vanilla Heaven Truffles are the best! But you cant go wrong with the rice crispy treats or puffed caramel corn... its Addictive!!! Richelle and her staff have been great about putting together gift baskets and helping me with several occasions! Try it! You wont be disappointed!

I cant say enough good about this place... for starters, the aroma as soon as you open the door is almost intoxicating all on its own and my mouth almost immediately started watering as soon as I approached the counter. The only complaint that I have is that its almost impossible for me decide on what I want and I always end up getting more than I should. The treats have consistently exceeded my expectations and has been the very reason on more than a few occasions that a totally crappy day was completely turned around and became an oh happy day! The owner has a heart that is unmatched by any local business owner that Ive met and will often go out of her way to sweeten the day just a little for total strangers! If you need to pamper yourself or if youre looking for a special gift for any occasion then this should definitely be your first stop- youll be so glad you did!

You owe it to yourself to stop in. They have the best chocolate... seriously, it might be life changing! I use Richelle in a Handbasket for both work and personal. For work, we get our employee anniversary gifts from her - roughly 25 a year. Weve also sent gift baskets to celebrate new babies and weddings, or to thank clients or referral sources. There is no limit to what Richelles baskets are good for - they are quite literally the perfect gift. Personally, my daughter and I go in for chocolate frequently, and I have bought gifts for family from her store front. The truffles and the addiction caramel corn are two of my all time favorite sweet treats, and my daughter agrees. (Also, do yourself a solid and try the chocolate covered potato chips. You will not regret it.)

I stop you there today, very nice store but the prices are way to high I got (1) truffle cost me $2.07 for one !they said on Tuesday you can get them for 1 dollar ! It was good but not made of gold ! They need to come down on prices way to high ! I’ve told a lot of my friends and they couldn’t believe the price either . Probably won’t be going back ! So sorry I’m not poor but I can’t see paying that much for one truffle.

I called in a last minute delivery order for a friends birthday and it turned out awesome! My friend absolutely loved it, and plans on going back for some more peanut butter fudge!

Richelle was such a blessing to my family. We sent a card to be delivered with a gift basket we were ordering from Richelle. Post office messed up the delivery. My fiancé and I ended up being able to drive to his daughters for her bday and didn’t end up needing the basket. She was so polite and so kind and apologized because post office messed up. She ended up delivering just the card for us even though we weren’t able to get the basket. She is a God send. Thank you Richelle. Tracy at my work brought in treats from Richelle in a Handbasket; I fell in love with the corn treats! I live in Martinsville, had to drive to Monticello, on my way back my grandson & i stopped by the store. Let me tell you the price for her candies is well worth it! The person who said that the prices should be cheaper is way off base; her candies are well worth the price!! You are getting quality chocolates! The carmel, chocolate & peanut butter and the cinnamon corn are the best! My husband said to forget popcorn, these are it. Please do not hesitate to order online; shipping is reasonable and they do a great job. We are driving up to Lafayette to stop by & get more! yumminess! Great business, support small businesses!!!

Im not normally much for sweets, but when I picked up a gift basket here for my fiance on Valentines Day, it looked so good that I couldnt help but enjoy it with her. Richelles A Maiz ing Addiction corn was exactly that and we couldnt stop eating the chocolate covered oreos or the cherry truffles either.The best part was that even though I wasnt sure what to get when I walked in, Richelle helped me to pick out the perfect basket and she beautifully wrapped it right there. I normally stress about giving gifts, especially on Valentines Day, but this year it was easy!
