Stopped at this beautiful place on our way back to Chicago. Impressed by the trendy and inviting atmosphere, we decided to order drinks and food. Both were absolutely amazing! Prices, quality and service, incomparable to any of the renowned competitors. A must stop and try! You will enjoy your trip to the Moon!!!

The staff was super friendly despite the busy rush of customers. Another customer mistakenly took my order and they kindly remade the order for me. I had never been here before but will definitely be coming here again due to the kindness of the staff.

A nice local coffee shop with the very friendly atmosphere! The barista was super friendly and kind and chipper in the morning which is very pleasant! Its located next to a lot of things and right on your drive out of town. Stopping to get some food or coffee on your way out!

Great place for Coffee but they let police run radar and sit in their parking lot. So not a great place to go if your in a hurry for work and need a coffee first. Most businesses frown on this type of thing and usually ask the officer if he is not going to come in as a customer to please leave.

So much faster than the giant chain store across the street. Coffee could have been a little bit hotter but it had good flavor.

Iced chia latte was good. Bacon egg cheddar sandwich was delicious but part of it was cold while other half very hot.

Great place but don’t listen to the hours because they’re wrong they close at 3 o’clock in the afternoon I mean seriously who wants to make money right.

Solid coffee. Pretty big indoors in case you are posting up to get some work done. I actually liked it better than Starbucks. We went here while charging the car. Great pick me up!

Good taste latte but not made properly

Service was slow and waited at least 5 minutes at the order box, waiting 30 minutes total to order 3 items with 5 people in front of me. Its a good thing the person at the window read off my order as one of the items was wrong, she apologized and corrected the order. All 3 were tasty!If youre willing to wait, the coffee is very good and even better than Starbucks in some aspects (cold brew and mocha in my experience).

At the entrance you feel that sense of calm. The regular coffee, the latte and cappuccino were amazing. The taste was really good and what about the sandwich, Oh my!! We ordered a Copper Club sandwich and was terrible good, everything was fresh and clean. I would give them 10⭐

A friend told me about this place, and we decided to stop in. My mocah was great. We all have our preferences, but this place is great. Similar items as Starbucks and equally good quality. Our server was new, so service was understandably a bit slow, certainly forgiveable. Neat and clean, ambiance is great. Give them a try, I dont think you will be disappointed. We were traveling north to visit family, and saw the billboard on i65.Needing a stop we bounced in here!Friendly staff! Not as warm as a cafe, but set very well for locals and travelers alike! They sell whole bean of the coffees served, and will grind it for you if needed. Beautiful espresso machines and a nice selection of pastries. They do offer light food also!Stop on in and support local small businesses!

Cappuccino is quite good, and a decent value compared to the big chain coffee shops BUT it is served in a cup that is too large for the portion. It gives the distinct impression that youve been shorted on the pour. (An option for a larger cup would be nice, too, as you can only get it in one size.) Since this seems to be a standard size of the drink (Ive consistently gotten a cup that seems to be half cap, half foam and still not filled to close to the top), they could eliminate the impression by using a cup thats the right size. (And if its supposed to be filled, the managers should have a convo with the staff.) Then again, maybe they have talked with them and not in a good way: its not the friendliest of places. The staff seem grumpy whenever I visit, and despite the decorations, it feels cold and sterile. As its not exactly convenient for a traveler, it feels like a short pour, and the folks arent that nice, the quality of the cappuccino isnt something Id go out of my way to visit very often.

The coffee is delicious, but the staff member taking our order didnt even know what was being served! His response was that there were 3 available. I asked about them and he said he didnt drink the coffee so he didnt know. I had to go and read the bags of coffee that were for sale to determine which to order! Perhaps the owners could either list the coffee available and a description at the order counter, or set a policy that the staff receive training or an in-service at the beginning of their shift so they have a clue. Too bad the experience was frustrating and stupid. Wont be back.

This has to be my number 1 favorite Coffee shoppes in all of Indiana. Personally i think there is no competition with Copper Moon and Starbucks. The demographics and product just arent the same. I know coffee is coffee to some folks,but i savour the taste in my ice blended drink i love to taste the creaminess of milk and coffee incorporated into one . I dont have to affagato / espresso added like i do at Starbucks. With my drinks Copper Moon, the espresso is potent enough for me to taste but still creamy almost filling if you will. Sometimes the staff is friendly, sometimes just quiet young employees working but overall i am in love with Copper Moons coffee. If you want something different outside of other franchise coffee shops do try Copper Moon, we drive all the way to Lafayette for this yummy coffee!.

The first time visit in this cafe. It looks good and clean. The staff is very kind and courteous. I ordered 16 oz. latte. It was very good.

Yikes. Finding good help in Lafayette must be hard because these kids are SALTY at having to actually work. I dont think Ive ever met people who were better at being passive aggressive. I would rather drink day old gas station coffee than go back to this place.

I got awesome service and it was amazing.

We pulled off the highway to grab a coffee from Starbucks and saw this place across the road. We prefer a good local coffee shop so we abandoned Starbucks and ordered in the drive thru. We also thought they must be confident to go up against the Starbucks Man so close by which gave us hope. The customer service was superior to Starbucks in everyway. My husband orders a double shot and I got an Americano with a little steamed milk. We also ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches which took forever and held up the line. The jam with meat and cheese is odd but we can support salty and sweet. I had the Gouda and sausage but passed on the blueberry jam. My husband got the cheddar and one but didnt pass on the strawberry jam. He literally shivered through his double shot and had aftershocks for many miles, the taste was so bad. Thankfully after watching him struggle I had time to ask for some sugar packets to go in case I needed to doctor mine up which did turn out to be necessary. And we had to trade sandwiches because he couldnt make it through the strawberry jam. I couldnt either but I made it further than he did. Maybe they are more like Starbucks than we thought and do an excellent job on milky sugary frou frou drinks. But they didnt nail the basics. Thinking positively it gave us a lot to talk and laugh about for the rest of our 3 hour drive.

We were traveling and passing through. We were looking for great coffee and Luckily the Starbucks line was wrapped around the building or I would not have noticed Copper Moon across the street. Im so happy with my choice and love supporting local!

Seriously so good! Most all the staff are super bubbly and friendly. The drinks are delicious and they make them fresh - no chalky taste (like other coffee chains)Its an addiction really.

I want to like them. They price themselves higher than the green cup brand across the street and don’t offer the same perks. The coffee is good, but at 6.00 + a cup for a large latte and my money being important I will go across the street.

Good coffee and variety in breakfast choices. Not a lot of healthy alternatives but the usual sausage and cheese and bread types, with some interest, like a blueberry jam, bacon, and cheese panini. Theres also some merch, t shirts and tumblers, a clean bathroom. Its in a parking lot, but next to a pond so you can see some geese in the morning, one morning I saw a heron or a crane. Last time i went there was a Little Free Library bookshelf (not sure if its on the Little Free Library website) with take-one, leave-one books, which I love.

Found this gem while traveling on I-65. We always stop to enjoy their coffee and grab a bite to eat. Their coffee has never had a bitter aftertaste like some coffee. Always fresh roasted and delicious! We love sharing fresh ground or Kcups as gifts to our friends and family too!

This place puts Starbucks to shame. And I love Starbucks! Definitely a competitor and theyre doing a great job. The location here is a bit funny to get to. You have to go down and turn onto a street and then go down another to get to it. Starbucks across the street is easier to get to but I think Id prefer this atmosphere over Starbucks. Definitely has a great vibe!

Tried a Bacon Egg cheese bagel...very good! Even though it wasnt the cheese bagel because they were out. All good. Iced white mocha latte...also good but their coffee always has a slight bitter taste to me and isnt quite sweet enough to say its perfect. Plus the iced lattes are often still slightly warm with the ice swirling in it. Just an observation that makes sense if they use hot coffee for lattes. I add my own creamer at home to perk it up. 😁🧋

I LOVE Copper Moon. By far my favorite coffee in town. I order the same thing every time (cappuccino with half and half) and the one thing I don’t like is the inconsistency in the price. Sometimes I’m charged $3 and sometimes $4. I don’t mind paying the extra $1, but I wish that it was the same every time. I know that the $1 up charge is for a “cream replacement” or whatever, but the menu specifically lists non dairy items for this (soy milk, almond milk, coconut milk)Anyways, great coffee, great prices (even if it’s $4 instead of $3) and the baristas are SUPER friendly. Only downside is lack of consistent pricing.

This was a happy find. Driving through on our way to kentucky and we stopped at this little shop. I will say this is the first time i actually felt the coffee hit me in a frappe. They put actual coffee in them and as funny as this is too say it felt like my very first time having coffee. It was that amazing. On the way back through we had to stop again to get another coffee from this place.

Great new coffee business in Lafayette. The atmosphere is as good as the big guys across the street and I like the coffee better. The Papa New Guinea flavor is my favorite hot brew.

Unorganized, slow, rude service with a complete lack of communication within the staff as well as with me. I waited 10 minutes behind only one car after I ordered at the speaker. Once the other car finally left I pulled up and was greeted with a clipped, 10 oz Americano?. To which I replied with a no. The barista then shook her head and raised her eyebrows and said, What did you order? I was confused by the hostility and assumed maybe she just needed an item so she could pull up the order I already placed when I actually had the menu in front of me. Id never been there before so I wasnt sure what everything was called so I said cold coffee. Then she had me try to say the whole order on the spot which I didnt know so I thought was weird i had to spell it out without the menu. After paying and waiting another full minute, she hands me a black iced coffee and I told her that was not what I ordered. She argued that it was. I slowed my brain down enough to stumble through the actual drink I ordered and she rolled her eyes. I asked if it was not in the computer already and she responded by saying, it wasnt me who took your order. She then shut the window and turned around to a little mini fridge and pulled out my correct drink. Already made. The one I ordered with the time I ordered it 12 minutes earlier. When she thrust it out the window to me I tried to hand back the wrong drink. Instead of explaining politely that they couldnt take drinks back she said, I cant take that. Once again, very rudely. I kind of just sat there and finally started to pull away. Since she said nothing, I told her to have a nice day (kind of hoping shed realize she probably shouldve been the one to say that). She said it back but Im 95% sure she was mocking me. The only reason I went to copper moon was because the Starbucks across the street was closed until 3. I am giving 2 stars because honestly, the drinks are delicious. However, I will never go back again. If the barista that helped me sees this, my advice to her is maybe customer service isnt where shes meant to be. Rubbing your miserable off on other people, helps no one.

Clean store, good coffee. The atmosphere and energy in the store were both very pleasant. As I sat chatting with a friend in the comfortable chairs, I couldnt help notice the employees behind the counter. The chatted pleasantly and were smiling. Its rare to observe people in the service industry who dont visibly hate their jobs. Copper Moon must be doing something right. 😊

Decided to go there yesterday morning (1/13/20) with my wife for the first time, fantastic experience. we came in around 6:30am and the gentlemen up front was very patient with our questions and answered all of them and made our first visit so good that it has pulled us away from Starbucks or any other coffee shop, I even came back again today 1/14. Their coffees taste great and the customer service is top notch. Definitely recommend the Lavender Vanilla as it is quite different but such a great combination. Will keep coming back and back again.

The sandwiches are all fantastic- I love that I can get them no matter what time of day I go there! Their Nitro Cold Brew is something that I literally go 40 miles out of my way for before heading back to Kentucky whenever I come back up home. The vanilla lavender lattes are weird and wonderful 😁

Pretty good coffee. I had a dark roast coffee with a shot of espresso and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It wasnt better than my local coffee place but good, nonetheless. Its sometimes hard to find coffee shops with strong coffee but Copper Moons coffee was right in line with what I was looking for. The place was clean. Service was fast.There were two girls working when we went. One was a little more friendly than the other. The other one wasnt necessarily rude or anything. It just felt like she didnt want us there. Maybe she was having a bad day.Coffee prices were about standard for what you see at other places. Not pricier than other coffee shops, in my opinion but not cheaper either. Overall, I would recommend!

My wife had the Bananas Foster and I had the Toffee Mocha with a cinnamon roll and a blueberry scone. Very good on all accounts except price of $21. We drink Copper Moon coffee all the time under the Coffee House name branded Keurig cups bought at Ollies.It may be comparable to a Starbucks, but being a gun carrier and not caring for the Starbucks politics, my money will be spent here instead.

Better than Starbucks in my opinion. You can actually taste the coffee in the frappé. Love stopping by here whenever Im in that part of town.

Very friendly associates and nice ambience

I was traveling and stopped here for some morning coffee. I was one of the first customers of the day. The woman working was super polite and energetic. Loved the atmosphere of the place. My frappe was excellent. I loved that I could taste the coffee and it wasnt bitter. My cinnamon roll was delicious and huge! Wish there was one of these shops where I live!

Great local coffee shop. The coffee is locally roasted and the mocha I had was delicious; not too sweet and very chocolatey. I would highly recommend stopping by if youre on the area. I found this shop by total accident but was glad I did.

When I lived in Lafayette, this was my favorite coffee place in town! I love shopping small businesses, and this place is a perfect example of why you should do exactly that! The coffee is super rich, their muffins are perfect, and the service is great.
