Purchase two strawberry frappuccino along with four other items. It did not taste nothing like strawberry. They tasted like coffee, we could not drink them. They were upsetting to our stomach. With that being said we do not drank coffee.

Prices are a little higher than I am used to but the barista’s are friendly. There was only one other person in line ahead of me, and the service is very fast. The inside is laid out nicely with plenty of seating. Thank you guys for the yummy coffee!

Coffee is always on point and the staff is always friendly! I typically decide I want coffee during peak times, depending on the day they move at a semi decent pace.

When you pay the price you pay for the coffee and want a full cup but only get 3/4 of a cup and I did say no foam

Its everything you would expect a Starbucks to be except I have encountered on seperate occasions two different employees who didnt seem to have the best attitudes. Its possible that they were having a bad day. Its also possible that they are deficient in customer service skills. I dont know for sure, as these were isolated incidents and I dont visit very often.

I havent had much Starbucks before but a new friend of mine took me there this morning and it was pretty cool. The coffee was good, the breakfast sandwich was good and the staff was super fast and they were friendly. Definitely left an impression on me and Ill for sure be going back.

Sweet staff.

Hot White Chocolate Mocha with skim milk and only 1/2 syrup. This was great and not overly sweet like the full syrup serving. Very friendly drive through service. Location is a little tricky to get in and out of because of traffic. But hey, its Lafayette, its hard to get in and out of every place!

The coffee and staff were fine. The design of the drive through line needs help... Expect a wait during peak times.

On my last visit here the barista at the drive thru window didnt know to ring up my order and let me pay with my Stars. They were also out of several products and it was still early in the day.

Service could have been a little quicker and the barista making my drink could have paid attention too what was asked for... Being charged for two extra shots and not receiving them isnt great customer service even you are buying $8.00 coffee

Best one in town!Edited - I realized this morning my review was 4 words and to me that isnt enough. I have never experienced bad service here. Everyone is always so cheery and sweet. The coffee is ALWAYS delicious and amazing. I ordered a white choc latte this morning (thinking that most likely I would have to add sugar to it as the last time I ordered this particular dink from another location and substituted the milk for almond milk, I had to go back and ask for sugar) HOWEVER it was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT as usual. So to the Baristas over here THANK YOU for ALWAYS making DELICIOUSNESS.

There is nothing I can say bad about any Starbucks ever! They are the fuel to my life. When that first taste of warm breakfast blend touches the tip of your tongue and swing right down to your soul, Hallelujar!!!

The people that work here are genuinely the nicest! I only ever get to meet them in the drive through but they still somehow have the best attitudes at like 6 in the morning!I personally think madison is the best but Im bias.Youll be satisfied guaranteed.

I frequently visit Starbucks ( first time at this location) I have to say this was unpleasant for me. When I walked in the door not one person acknowledged me. Not a hello, welcome to Starbucks or can we help you. I politely went sit at a table to wait for a friend so we could order our drinks. After another 15 minutes of sitting there I was sweating it was so hot not sure if the AC was broken or something. I went to the counter to get a cold drink since my friend was taking so long Im at the counter about 5-7 minutes before anyone of the three workers even approached me to take an order. At this point Im upset and I wont lie took everything I had to not speak up and let them know that this was very poor on customer service. I politely told her no never mind I decided I dont need anything told her have a good day and left. Im now sitting at my McDonalds down the road. When I walked through the door to the front of the building a good distance from the counter I was greeted with not one, not two but four employees very loudly saying good morning how are you today? With smiles to make for a brighter day. Thanks McDonald employees yall really are a blessing this morning

Closes 2 hours before time to close and the employees inside dont acknowledge you at all!! Worst service!!

The worker are friendly and nice. Only one issue was their food in the glass case. I almost order something until I saw some small little flies on the food. I was beyond shock.I couldnt come to term to order their food. Other than that...it was a nice place.

Visited this location today (02MAR2019) and found the best Starbucks experience in at least 10 years. Christian was a masterful barista who made two perfect coffees served in porcelain mugs. His craftsmanship and presentation made the experience memorable.

Our family tends to go once or twice a week. We love it. Some of the baristas know our order by heart. Always a very nice experience.

The place was clean and organized. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The coffee & dessert was very good & they had tables for the disabled with easy access.

When our regular batista is working, its always amazing! However several times at night if our usual batista isnt there, you can tell someone who didnt know as much / care as much made the drinks. Usually in the form of too much milk in the frappes resulting in them being thrown away.

It is my first time EVER at any Starbucks. I tell the young man I have never been to a Starbucks.... Ever! And that I dont like cold or iced coffee. What do you have that is hot. He said drip coffee. Come on Starbucks is more than drip coffee. I said anything else. He said a few which I choose a lata. I asked what kinds or flavors and he wasnt much help. He just showed me the menu. He did not offer any suggestions of any kind. Could not tell me what expreso was. My first experience could very well be my last. Maybe if he would have help me more with my very first time I may be going back. sorry....................

No baby changing station in mens bathroom. Handed my daughter off to my wife for her to handle only to find out there isn’t a changing station in the womens bathroom either. Would expect more from a national chain like Starbucks .

Very upset, i pay for a coffee and its not even half way full. i come here all the time and i pay so much for it, i expect to get my moneys worth.

I guess it depends on which shift is on. I cannot abide it when they dump half of my triple coffee frap down the drain because they are unable to fitall the extra ice they ground up in it. Pale is NOT the color of a triple coffee frap. My suggestion is if you want extra espresso in your frappuccino, have them pour it over the top.

They get my order wrong every time
