I have never felt more at home, great place to get a hookah and relax, the staff gives you a best friend vibe. The music is never boring, highly recommend this place whether you smoke hookah or not!

Great flavors.. Sam did tend to us however she was very nervous Im sure why kept dropping Coals and trying to grab the hookahs while hot with her bare hands normally I wouldnt question anyone on their job because who does their job best but the master added however she dropped the hookah coals on someone shoe she did apologize but I felt like she was under pressure a lot. There was a guy that also was assisting her and bartending he was very informative and did spot his coworker when she need it great Chill Spot.

Ive been a customer since 2015 and I can tell you guys once you walk in to this place, you get nothing but TOP quality hookah, super smooth And lots of flavor to choose. Oasis mix is my personal favorite. Poor customer service. We sat outside cause they didnt have any seats inside but they didnt tell us the heaters didnt work until we got ours drinks and hookah. The hookah was good. I dont think I will be back. EDITED RESPONSE TO THE OWNER the problem has nothing to do with that the issue. We just asked could we take it, that was just a question we wasnt angry about not taking it. We were told heaters worked by the waitress. She said she would go get you to turn them on. You didnt come outside until we were ready to leave to tell us that you cant use gas in the city which was a lie bc we were at spoon bills and their entire patio has gas heaters

Very friendly and best hookah I ever had

The atmosphere was ok. But the customer service was horrible. Had to sit outside n was told that she would get the manager to put the heater on for us. The waitress only came out twice n she was nonchalant . I wouldnt recommend this place to noone . The manager compassionated at all n didnt even offer us a discount.

Hookah service is phenomenal, extremely friendly staff, fast service, and good hip hop music . Small environment but a nice chill spot . And shoutout to having clean bathrooms .

I come here around 4 nights a week. My favorite place to unwind after a long day or enjoy a good smoke with a couple of friends. Never have to worry about fresh coals either. And you dont have to pay $150 or( any extra fee for that matter) to sit on the couches.

If you like smoking hookah this place has amazing ambiance. Their bartender Chantel always takes care of us! They have out door seating, and live music occasionally.

Been in Lafayette for 5 years and I am now convinced this is the best hookah lounge for 50 miles in any direction. Between the relaxing atmosphere, large selection of sheesha, and the outstanding service, I wouldnt go anywhere else! Whitley does an amazing job at making sure your hookah has the best smoking experience always there to refresh your coals and bowl. Its definitely a place to hang out, smoke, and let all your responsibilities and worries melt away for the evening. If youre in the area, definitely come and check the place out.

Such an amazing environment. We went in for a late afternoon smoke and some tea and it was such an enjoyable experience. The people were extremely nice and helpful, they used top quality hookahs and they were very knowledgeable about their products and services. If youre in the area, you should definitely stop by!

It was a clean & safe environment. The staff was very polite. I just dnt like the fact that they play RAP ALL NIGHT LONG. They never touch any other genre of music all night long except for rap.

Edited response to the owner::: That is true we were also told when we went outside the heaters worked and she would get the manager to come turn them on after everything was brought out she said the manager was coming and it wasnt until the end we saw the manager and was told he couldnt use gas inside the city limits

Very rude employees especially the guy off the walking dead who IDs me but none my friends because they look older then me. You can’t assume someone’s age. Other than that great hookahs and great flavors.

Manage your expectations... Drinks are not cheap and not served after 2. But the staff is really hands on and the house hookah is really good.

Im from Houston and was passing through here to drop off some car parts. When I arrived at oasis the store wasnt open even though the sign on the door said they were in the hours of operation. Upset as most would be who really like to hookah, I was about to take off when the owner showed up. He explained to me that he had an employee call in sick and that he himself lived far away. Oasis has a variety of sheesha and brands. Turned out to be a good time after all! Thanks and Ill be back again.
