M.A.C is my favorite make up brand. However this location is so BAD I now order online or go to other M.A.C establishments in Other states. They are very catty, they always miss at-least 5 things I buy n when I get home are not what I told them I wanted. I notice they push u to over buy things that u don’t need nor want. They are for more concerned with how much high priced things to sell then what you really need. And they r rushing and dont give you what you need they give u what they need for commission. I specifically asked for water proof mascara and I go home and it’s not the mascara I wanted. But the fact is they do not care about your needs they care about sell sell sell and can be pushy even if they are not the products for you. This location does not represent what the M.A.C brand stands for. I went from spending 1,500-2000 on make up to boycotting that location. They need to get people that truly are passionate about there products and what truly works for you.

My mom and I LOOOVE mac. She buys her foundation there and has for years, well now we’re switching to Estée Lauder purely because of the customer service we received today in the mall. The woman working sat on a personal phone call for TWENTY MINUTES and ignored my mom while she stood in front of her patiently waiting, and when my mom finally spoke up to the associate actually asking for help? The woman said “say that again i couldn’t hear you” on the phone, blatantly ignoring us. She legitimately didn’t speak a word to us, it was the worst customer service i’ve had in a while. We were set to buy new eyelashes, a lipstick, new eyeshadow, AND her base. The single worker that was there (but acting like she was in her own home) ignoring us lost a really great customer.

Sunday january 21,018 i had the worst customer service experience at mac cosmetics Acadiana Mall, Lafayette, LA. i will not go back to dillards to buy any mac cosmetics customer service is a-- 0
