Went to jewelry counter. I saw a beautiful piece online & decided to see if it was in store. Didnt have it. They had many great pieces, very affordable! I saw things from $50-$200 that anyone would π to have!!!
Today I went to this Sephora. I had an okay time. Very young cashier was super helpful. However, as I stood in line I could see said cashier, 19 years old (maybe) and the other lady I barely spoke to, 54 years old(maybe) talk about me. They both looked up. I paid for my purchase ($200) then walked away. I dropped 7k at the jeweler next to them (JC Penney), visited the rest of the mall, then subsequently walked away. If both these individuals had been more helpful and actually decent human beings I would have WITHOUT A DOUBT spent FAR more money in this store. This location is trash, please donβt contribute too much to it.
I always receive excellent help and today I especially received great help! I have dry patches by my mouth and nose and was worried I was using the wrong stuff. One of the workers walked me through a skin care routine that will help with dryness! Such a friendly staff! β€Update: I still have product from that trip 2 months ago! I went back today to get some more to replace what is empty and to save me another trip in the next month when the rest runs out! Again an amazing experience. I mentioned how I was nervous to do my own makeup for my gender reveal in the next month. They took me through their favorite brands and recommended so many great tutorials! I will be back to get makeup before the big day! β€
Great experience as usual I love shopping! Only thing I hate is sometimes they arent stocked well enough with stuff!
I went in to browse and left with my now new favorite perfume! The girl Anya helped me out, she was so nice and explained the scents to me and gave me great recommendations!!!

I was very disappointed with my experience today. I needed help and had questions, no Sephora staff were available because they were on a break. When I asked for a sample of something specific so I could try it I was told to wait until the staff came back from lunch in half an hour. I still bought the items I came in for (over $100 purchase) even though service was poor and no samples were offered. I also have over 500 rewards points but there were no items available for me to choose from. This is not the first time this has happened to me, itβs just the first time Iβve chosen to say something.
Ive been in here maybe twice. Both times completely ignored. I wandered around until I found what I wanted. Which took forever. Honestly if you plan to shop here, plan in advance what you want because you wont get any help from any staff.

It was crazy busy in there they were having an event and not enough staff for the amount of customers that were in there. I waited for assistance for 1hr 30 min the girls just kept walking past me every time I asked for help with a color match. I got very upset went outside called back in to speak with a manager she was very pleasant and did explain that there was an event going on and had more staff coming in. I told her I would be back in an hour or so as I had an appointment to go to. I went back the assistant manager got me matched with the correct color I needed and the manager did apologize for the inconvenience. Im giving 4 stars as I was treated well after I spoke with management, hopefully corporate will help with staffing during events so customers are helped more quickly during an event as this.
They are very helpful and if you really need help just go up to them and ask. People arent mind readers so dont get mad if they accidently ignore you they are doing their job and just zone out sometimes. Their store does gets somewhat messy but thats because people destroy the samples or steal the testers. They have just restocked recently so thats good.

Girls do not welcome you in, they do not want to help you out. They just pretend they do not see you, the store is always running out of makeup. I like the Sephora brand eyeliner, I waited a few months for them to restock, still nothing. Youre better off ordering online or shopping somewhere else.
Love it there ! Every time great girls helping me . And even exchanged a eyeliner my daughter bought from a month ago bc it didnt wear well. Love the little free trial samples and they always recommend the best stuff !

They dont offer many brands because they are Sephora Inside JCPenny. Very limited selection. Ive been to many great Sephora stores, but this one is hands down the worst. The staffs are not particularly welcoming, or willing to help. I have never been greeted by anyone ever, or approached for help. The staffs tend to get annoyed by any requests(foundation match, returns, samples, etc).
Staff sucks. Had to wait forever to color match or ask questions about products even though the store was completely empty. Store is not kept up at all. Samples are literally disgusting and old or broken.
They will look at you and ignore you like they didnt see you. I was there once for 30 minutes and the first time someone spoke to me was at the cash register
The associates are rude and unhelpful many times and they have barely of any selection, I would opt for Ulta instead since they have drugstore brands and high end too- all my experience at Sephora have been terrible or average.
