Im not a big makeup person but I love skincare and haircare. I shop at Ulta for all of my beauty care needs. They most definitely have something for everybody here. Not to mention I get an occasional coupon which I appreciate. Customer service is on point.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. And I always find what I need.

Shout out to Brett at this location! They were super helpful to my mom and I to pick out the perfect shade of foundation for us today. They ensured we both left with the perfect color, spending lots of time to help us. We are both super pleased with our new foundation! Thank you Brett! :)

I ran in on a woek break and there was only one person working. The 1 employee was assisting a customer. She did identify that I was present and asked if I needed assistance. However, I didnt want to delay the customer from being serviced. Customer and employee were both very nice and patient.

I live in Prairieville, but when I travel to Lake Charles, I enjoy stopping at this Ulta and shopping. I recently had my hair cut and styled by Jane at this Ulta, and she cut my hair just like the picture I showed her. My hair has beautiful flowing layers that I love. I look forward to going back and getting my hair highlighted and colored.

Use to work here...TERRIBLE management and always trying to “sell” products to customers/clients especially in salon. Don’t wanna even give them a rating. Definitely recommend the other location off Settlers Trace Blvd!!

Staff was great. Location close to my home. One of the girls there, tadeshia does the best eyebrows and eyelashes. Most friendliest and helpful ULTA in Lafayette. I have been to both and by far this is the best and they even remember me by name that may mean I have been there to much, but oh well.

This is my happy place. Love the fact that my points turns into cash for future purchases.

This is the perfect place to be treated in an in-pretty manner. If you include a stop here as part of a day of errands or after a long run (as I did). The associates will avoid you and if you have THE NERVE to ask for help, they will politely let you know via their actions that they do not want your business. Your Ulta card or rewards account holds no weight with the associates or managers and even if you express dissatisfaction, zero empathy will be given. No suggestions, no recommendations, no regard..:thats all you will get!Do yourself a favor: drive a few feet to Sephora, Target, or even Walgreens.

I went online to get my makeup done for prom here. When I scheduled my appt, I picked the more experienced and planned to pay extra so it would be done correctly. The lady who did my makeup did AWFUL. I am the lightest shade and my whole neck and face was completely ORANGE like Jersey Shore. My eyes were lined in black to the point where you couldnt see my eyes. She was completely awful. I left in the middle and had to rush home to get my aunt to do it. Then, she made my mom pay the 40 dollars when I left. AWFUL SERVICE. DONT GO HERE FOR WEDDINGS/PROM/HOMECOMING/BANQUETS. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Reasonable price and a good place for a makeover

I visited this store because I needed to look for some products and the person who attended to me said that they didnt sell it there and had checked and said that if I had to buy to go to the other location and they no longer had in stock

Walked in & walked out. Customer service? There wasnt any. I had to find some one for help. The women on the floor were talking amongst each other. The only staff that was busy was the ones at the registers. The girl who did help me was busy with another customer so she really couldnt give me her full attention. I just said forget it & left the store. When i found the product i was looking for the foundation bottles were a mess. I thought it was because they were testers. But no they just were not being taken care of. So i didnt by any thing. Worse ulta ive been in to
