Blackridge staff were quick to set up an appointment and professional throughout the whole process. Great quality at a great price, would certainly use their services again. I have no complaints about any aspect of my experience and they were COVID-19 conscious about their service in my home.

My foundation had a crack develop and it was affecting the hardwood floor. Blackridge was able to match the wood from the same manufacturer. The installers, Celestino and Miguel, were very skilled and polite. Sergio, their manager, was very helpful keeping me informed. And Kevin from Blackridge was great! Thanks!

I have used Blackridge Interiors on several projects and have always had great service. They are very responsive and work hard to make sure things are taken care of.

Poor communication. Doesn’t respond to messages promptly. Discussed putting down special layer under hardwood and it was included in estimate but then when it was installed they didn’t do this. Plans were made also for other things and when it came to installation Kevin didn’t seem to know what was going on. Estimate and final invoice had major discrepancies. Floors were installed but had large bump in middle of living room. Have contacted them multiple times and it still has not been fixed.

I have worked with Blackridge and Linda for many years as a supplier and we have always had an excellent working relationship. But now as a customer, the expectations of my wife and myself were not only met, they were surpassed. The value of the product, the technical aspects, ease of communication, timeliness of receiving information and pricing, and most of all, the customer service were all above and beyond what we had hoped for. We recently had ceramic tile and new carpet installed throughout our house. Everyone at Blackridge was very nice and helpful. Linda & Kevin were great. Sergio worked long days to get everything done in a matter of a few days. The quality & appearance of the finished floors is beautiful, all at an affordable price.

We just had a wonderful experience with Blackridge Interiors. One of our pull-down blinds that we had purchased from Clines Designs a few years ago had malfunctioned. We took it to Blackridge Interiors, and they were able to repair it the same afternoon. Lindsey was very gracious, and their customer service is fantastic!

We needed to replace some of the pleated shades in our home due to water damage. Robin did a wonderful job of making sure we selected blinds that would match closely our existing blinds when they were in adjacent rooms. She was very knowledgeable about the products available and very patient with us as we tried to get the right color and texture. Kevin installed them today and we are thrilled with the result. He was professional, courteous and very skillful as he replaced our old blinds with the new ones. We are thrilled with the result and would recommend Blackridge to anyone!

We recently updated carpet throughout our home and replaced several window treatments. Blackridge Interiors took great care of us for both carpet and shades. I worked with Peter who is very knowledgeable about flooring and helped us with carpet selection based on our families needs. Its a huge job to install new carpet in multiple rooms all furnished. This was not a problem for the installers, Sergio and Daniel. They did an excellent job, worked efficiently and completed installation within a few days. Were very happy with the look and feel of the new carpet. Our windows look great too thanks to Amy and Kevin. We appreciate the professionalism, knowledge and care shown us at Blackridge Interiors and will return for future home improvements!

My husband and I worked with Linda Wallace at Blackridge Interiors on a complete kitchen remodel on our 100 year old home. Linda was excellent to work with regarding layout, color, and design for our cabinets. She was always on time for appointments and good with any follow through after our order was placed. She connected us with a skilled craftsman to do the detailed work that, in the end, we were very pleased with his finished product. The job they do is outstanding. I have known them since before they moved to Lafayette and opened a new store. I had used them before innumerable times for framing jobs. I would just bring whatever needed framing and Peter would just tell me what to do. It took all the work out of my hands, and the results were always spot on. This time, I needed a runner carpet for the stairs going to the second floor, since one of my furry kids was not getting adjusted to the slippery hard wood steps. Same process: Peter came up with the solution, and installed it looks beautiful. All my furry and non-furry kids absolutely love it. Picture included. I am only waiting for the blinds, but expect nothing but excellence. Recommend them without any hesitation.

Worst advertising Ive ever heard from a local company why try to sound more sophisticated than you are? Absolutely no one in Indiana let alone Lafayette talks like that

Total disaster. I would give them zero stars if I could. At the start of our commercial remodeling project, I told Blackridge Interiors that they had to stay in budget. My business worked with our landlord to build out a new commercial space where I was given a square footage allowance. I specifically told Blackridge Interiors, repeatedly, that we had to stay within budget. I was repeatedly told that we were fine because I was flexible in scaling back to carpet squares in non-public areas, so I approved the flooring choices. It turns out, after receiving the final invoice and reimbursement from my landlord, that we were considerably over budget. Needless to say, I was upset since I had not budgeted for any overages. I asked Blackridge for a three month payment plan, and even gave them authorization to bill my credit card each month for 90 days. Even though we had only received the invoice seven business days prior, Blackridge began making threatening calls and emails to both me and my landlord. Finally, this morning, they threatened to place a lien on my landlords real estate property. In disgust, I told Blackridge to just charge my credit card so that they could stop the harassment. This is a small town and this is NOT how you do business here. Apparently, Blackridge Interiors is owned by two recent Purdue University graduates who havent really learned how to communicate or treat their clients properly.
