If I could leave zero stars I would. I placed an order for a tablecloth and never received it. I sent in my logo, paid for my order in full at the time of placement. They sent me a design to approve but it had red on it which is nowhere on my logo information. They sent a 2nd one and I spoke with someone to correct over the phone. I thought I would get a email or call saying come pick it up. Weeks later the phone is disconnected, the building is always closed as I go there everyday hoping to find someone. I’d rather have my order then to have to waste time and money pressing charges. If anyone knows who the actually owners are please help. I don’t care if you doing business out of your house honor your commitment to finish my order. We are supposed to do better and be a people of our word. I’m all for building generational wealth for us but in times like this make me wish I would have not done business in my community.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a local business. Placed a large order with them and put down half up front. Picked up my order and paid more money that they said was my balance on what I received only to find out that I only received approximately 30 to 40% of my original order. Long story short, all I have gotten is lies and unfulfilled promises. Now the communication has stopped. They don’t return calls and are always “out of the office” when I show up. They owe me over $2000!!! This is the worst company to do business with!!! STAY AWAY!!! This matter has been going on now for over 4 months!!! Terrible business.Update: The owner of the business contacted me and issued a full refund of all money owed back to me. He also issued an apology and explained to me the reasons behind the miscommunication. The matter is now fully resolved. Thank you Optimum Printing!

Promised to have a flyer ready by noon on Friday only to wait until 2 pm on Friday to state the project couldn’t be completed until the following Tuesday - horrible!In response to the owner: Full payment was offered at the time the order was placed and was not accepted. Ownership indicated payment would be accepted at pick up. Bottom line, the order was accepted for production and then dropped without explanation. No one has ever reached out to me or any representative on my behalf.
