Very disappointed! Brought a pool shaft for a new tip and shaft reconditioning picked up shaft on lunch break. That night took out shaft to do final tip shaping and found nick in shaft that I didnt have before. Brought back to see about getting it fixed and was told it wasnt do by them. Biggest disappointment no offer to fix it even at for a charge! Basically not are fault not are problem.

My Son and I had been looking for pool table on Line. After reviewing several on websites we decided to find someone local. So i called Indoor Recreation on 6-8-2020 and spoke to Jennifer.. From the first time that I called to the last she always had that pleasant voice and laugh.. Jennifer was very helpful in choosing a certain table and full of knowledge and very kind!!! On 6-9-2020 I spoke to Jennifer again for pricing and more info. I also told her sorry for the bother but she giggled and said you are no bother..After our short talk I told her I would be in on 6-10-2020 to purchased the Kruger pool table we spoke a lot about.. On 6-10 I went to Indoor Recreation and purchased Kruger pool table. What a awesome place and Jenifer was the same as she was on the phone..Big smile and very Professional.. On 6-26-2020 our pool table arrived to be installed.. I tell you the head installer wow new his stuff.. We watched and listened while installation went on.. After it was done Head installer went over the dos and donts on pool table and the warranty!!! We shot pool Friday nite and Saturday and Sunday!! Awesome Table!!! So if you are in the market for pool table its a must for you to call or visit there showroom which is awesome and you got to meet Jennifer.. Thanks Jennifer for all your help and knowledge !!!
