Used to be a lot better back in day but Im just surprised they have kept it up and running for as long as I can remember so I give them mad props and respect for keeping it going through all the struggles with the economy that hated on family owned businesses and got alot shut down and dreams smashed. So give a round of applause for locally owned business like corner pantry

Hidden gem and one of the best plate lunches in Lafayette. Food is well seasoned and plentiful at a great price. Always leave with leftovers.

It was a very welcoming atmosphere. Locally owned grocery store. They also serve cooked meals Monday through Saturday. I bought some Boudin and it was delicious. The employees are super friendly and knowledgeable. I would shop there any day of the week.

Its a locally, family owned grocery market. It is not well kept, but has a small restaurant connected by a hallway, which is cleaner than the store.They may clean their floors, but they dont bother to do a thorough cleaning and wax and polish them.This gives the impression that theyre barely holding up. They could increase their business and attract a better clientele if they spent a little money and effort to improve the appearance of the store and the restaurant. Both inside and outside of the establishment.

They make amazing food and amazing boudin and cracklings. Ive lived down the street from them for years and they make amazing lunches

I’ve been going there for years love the boundin, but you tell me y’all have a meeting so y’all can’t make more. It’s 4 to 5 o’clock, people are just getting off. Y’all could’ve pre made some instead of denying service. That’s ridiculous. Place starting to go downhill.

Ms. Connie and her staff at Corner Pantry are awesome!! They catered our daughters wedding this weekend and the display was beautiful and the food was absolutely delicious. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone with an upcoming event. Thanks again for everything you did to make Sarah and Austins wedding a night they wont forget.

Been going to this store for about ten years never had a bad experience until today. Grabbed the wrong thing went back for the right thing and the chubby blond girl behind the counter made it seem like we stole the item ...because she didnt give me a receipt. I found my own receipt still attached to the rest of the receipts that she didnt give her other customers. Sorry but I wont be going back.

Tried to eat there twice but both times the kitchen was closed even though the hours listed everywhere say theyre open.Update. Stopped by just to grab something to drink and as I was paying I got a small portion of their fresh cracklins. NEVER AGAIN !. Ice cold and most of them were so hard my dog couldnt eat them. Its the first time ive ever thrown cracklins away.
