Ive had multiple issues with this location in the past. Including a catering order for my sons graduation party. The latest issue is using a gift issued by a client. The card has no expiration date on it and the paper card is from 2016. They are saying the card is from 2011. But Louisiana law states if no expiration is on the card its good indefinitely. Its sad that they wont honor their own product. Ill let the clients know they should reconsider using them for corporate gift. At least in Lafayette,Louisiana. Im off to use the never expiring gifts cards at Honey Baked Ham.

My husband went and picked up a ham today Friday 8/30/19 between 2:00-2:30. The cashier was completely disrespectful and not professional. The ham was not wrapped right (foil was wide open), he asked her to wrap it she said “it is wrapped”, and he asked her to tape it she looked around for a few seconds and said they have no tape. He asked her if there were heating instructions and she said no, you serve it room temp, when there are heating instructions on the bag... this is the first time we ordered from there, it’s delicious and a great ham just not a fan of this cashiers service.

We ordered (via Goldbelly, though directly from Logan Farms would have been a little less-expensive) a bone-in 1/2 ham for Easter dinner. Reheated it for 1.5 hours in a covered dutch oven with 1C of water @ 250 degrees, and made a side of an apple cider/dijon/brown sugar glaze... OUTSTANDING! My family is raving about this ham, saying its the best they ever had and that it was worth every penny.

Oilfield vendors BEWARE...... Gift cards over 5 years old are null and void leaving the new owner reaping all the benefits and NOT your clients......OHHHH and good luck figuring out if your card is expired or not........... I would strongly recommend moving your business to Honey Baked Ham Co. at 4400-f on Ambassador Caffrey. Nice folks there.

Ordered Shrimp poboy, Hamburger, Brisket poboy, onion rings and battered fries. All cooked very nicely and great portion sizes except for Hamburger. Half order was plenty and my 9 yr old loved that it was on poboy bread (french bread). His only complaint was that it was overcooked a bit (a little burnt, as he put it) but he still ate most of it. He also loved the battered fries. Prices very reasonable

The sandwish was great as always. My husband and I enjoyed it. Should have gotten 2. Staff is always so pleasant.

I bought a small spiral sliced ham here the other day an it is nothing special an I could have bought an equally good ham at the grocery. At nearly $8 lb you can buy a prime rib for the same money. Service was very good but the cost an overall value wss just not there.

I was told management & food quality changed. This is my favorite place to go so I didnt want to believe it. I ordered my usual & never again. The smoked brisket quality wasnt just the same. The bacon was soggy & soft. My friend told me their gumbo wasnt the same either, wasnt as good as it used to be. All in all, food quality definitely changed & I probably wont be returning. Food was alright but I can find better quality at HoneyBaked

Expiring gift cards? The card and paperwork I have for the card doesn’t say anything about an expiration date. So much for the $150. I had 3 cards and show up to find out they are “worth” $0 because they are expired. Love it.

Great service and very tasty menu items. Roast beef w/ gravy is awesome. Love their toasted bread. Also, the brisket and honey baked ham are great gifts.

Called reserved a HAM only to arrive and they dont have it. They were completly sold out. Basically the reservation is to give them an estimate. Knowing this was for our families Christmas dish the ugly clerk yells out... OH and have a Merry Christmas. Classy!!

I thought that the ham poboy was good until i had the BBQ brisket. WOW. I think most restaurants in Lafayette are garbage, but the food coming out of this place is awesome. Not a fan of the frozen meats, but everything fresh is super.

Very disappointed. Usually I cant afford a Christmas ham or turkey. Finally got to have a good Christmas meal w my kids and the turkey and ham were both very dry and couldnt taste any honey glaze i also reserved my order a week early. but still had to leave and go back to pick it up 1 and 1/2 hrs later. I live 30 min from the place.😡😟

I have one complaint. The do not list their store hours of operation. As for the review above with the dry and flavorless review....It seems businesses will try anything to make a customer change allegiance and I find it disgusting. Let customers try your food and be the judge, dont direct business by putting people down. Thats just ridiculous and childish....I assume thats why their account got banned. As for my opinion about Logan Farms, well its decent food and compared to Honeybaked Hams, I find they have a little bit of a better selection (Steaks, Etc) but Honeybaked Hams isnt bad at all either. Prices are about the same. I choose Logan Farms because its close to home, and I would choose Logan Farms for a more corporate appeal and choose Honeybaked Hams because thats the gift certificates I recieve from employers...Logan Farms has corporate discounts.
