First time here. Food is excellent and fresh. Service was fast. Staff is polite. Facility neat and clean.

I had a problem last week, not being credit for a discount coupon. I went back to the Honey Baked Store. There was no problem!!!!! They understood my concern, everyone was very happy and helpful, and they more than make up for the error without any problem. We will happily go back!!! The ham is delicious!!!

Recently ordered a ham. Arrived to pickup and was told they didn’t have the size I ordered. No phone call in advance that they didn’t have it. Poor service ...

My family normally doesnt eat ham. I ordered one thinking that I would eat a little bit then freeze the rest. My husband and daughters devoured that ham it was so delicious.

Hams are delicious, especially the glaze. The dry bean soup mix makes a delicious soup with a leftover ham bone. Cheesecake is to die for. Pre-cooked ribs are pretty tasty. Very friendly staff and manager :)

I love the ham classic it was very good and the croissant was full of ham. The tea was sweet and delicious and the cashier was very very friendly and accommodating!

The service was terrible. The staff was rude and unhelpful. We called to reserve a ham a day in advance, and when we arrived, they told us they were sold out. The staff then attempted to blame us for not picking it up earlier (it was 1PM). I won’t return.

Tad bit overpriced the sizes of the sandwich’s, but they are still the best I’ve had in Lafayette.
