Been with Audibel since I got my first aids in 2002 with Ken Singleton. Now Dr Mills services my aids. I have had rwo sets of aids thru starkey hearing aids due to my indigent status, now that I have an insurance that actually will pay for hearing aids, I am happy to stay loyal to Audible and Dr Mills with some Power boosters Btes. I have a 98/98 hearing loss. Cant improve on deaf, no highs and lows for me, just loud, all I need is one setting, on, loud, no environments. No volume control just on. You dont realize just how annoying a digital hearing aid can be that changes everytime you or anyone touches it. I have long hair and my boyfriend would run his hand thru my hair, and my hearing aid volume would change up and down 1,2,3,3,2,1, annoying. Thats why only one setting for me. Touch volume no way. Lmao! No vents, or I will have reverb. Its a fine science to help someone with only 2% hearing hear. Dr Mills knew exactly what I needed right away. Wont cost me a thing and Im happy to say they will be paid this time. Thank you to the affiliation of the deaf for helping me get starkey hearing aids in the past. Ill stay with starkey theyre great aids.

Always so nice. I didn’t realize they closed at 4 and I just showed up around 4:15. Ms. Aleisha was still there and serviced my hearing aids with a smile. I’ve bought at least three pairs of hearing aids over the years through this location and will continue to do so.

Love the service at Audibel! My hearing aids are getting old but the ladies always clean them and if necessary adjust them. And when I tell them I’m hearing a funny sound they know how to adjust them to normalize the quality of the sound!

Every time that I have a problem with my hearing aids, I know that the ladies at audibel are there to help as quickly as their schedule permits. I called yesterday and got my hearing aids fixed today. Thats great service!
