Friendly employees and great service always know what I need for my pool and talk to you like your family not just a customer
This is my first pool, and I am very pleased with it. The custom design is beautiful, and the lady in the Lake Charles office did a great job. She has an eye for design. The quality of the pool and spa are superb. And one time a few months ago when I needed pool supplies because we had an algae bloom (my fault, still learning to manage the chemistry), I called and told them I was coming, and the lady in store stayed a few minutes late to help me get what I needed on a Saturday. Definitely better service because its local. They make it their mission to care about and know their customers. The outcome in our yard is excellence.Ive also had good interactions with the service department out of Lake Charles, and Stacey recently came and taught my teenaged son how to manage all of our equipment properly and understand how things are supposed to work. She is a clear and patient teacher and a real asset to Sabine!
Gabbie and Connie were extremely helpful and even stayed late to help me out. Excellent service! Highly recommend!

When my wife and I have pool problems we know that Connie and the staff at the Kaliste Saloom store will have the solution. From water issues to hardware, and plumbing, they have never failed us. Friendly people/Great service!
I would tell anyone who wants to put in a pool to go see Mr. Villere Cross at Sabine Pools. He is very professional and dedicated to your happiness. Sabine Pools can take whatever you have in mind and make it a reality. And then the ladies at the store can sell you the perfect outdoor furniture to go with your pool. I would definitely recommend Sabine Pools.

These people are absolutely ridiculous. In July, I contacted Sabine Pools to do a pool inspection at a home my family and I were about to purchase. The lady I spoke with was very nice and wrote down my information and insisted to add a card to the account so that it would motivate her supervisor to fit me in to their busy schedule. I did not argue with this simply because the deadline for final inspections was nearing very quickly. I gave her the information needed and was told either I or my realtor would be contacted to confirm. Today, 8-21-14, a charge of $125 showed up on my account from Sabines. I called the company around 1ish and was told someone would call me back. Two hours later no phone call, so I called, spoke with the girl Id originally spoken to just two months prior and she recalled our conversation; however, she understood I made an appointment. I proceeded to explain that yes I attempted to make an appointment; however, I never received a phone call back CONFIRMING a date and time. The lady proceeded to tell me that confirmation was made and that it was I whom they spoke with. I told her that is not possible because we closed on our home July 15, they inspected July 17 after knowing that the service needed to be done prior to the purchasing of the home. She could not provide me with any more detail other than she would call me back after speaking with her supervisor. If I had used them, I would not be making a fuss; however, we use Reliable Pools (based out of Abbeville and now New Iberia) because they were the only company who has been able to aid us in our every need. If Sabine Pools really did inspect, why are they JUST NOW charging me, almost 3 months later, why havent I received an invoice for the work at least a week or two after the labor (which would have been around the end of July), and why I have I not a receipt or receipt of confirmation that the job has been done until now? It is August, 21, 2014, and this company has just decided to charge me for a service that was supposedly done almost 3 months ago, but cannot give me any recollection of proof other than my initial request, which as I stated, was never a confirmed appointment. This has honestly got to be the worst company Ive ever dealt with and clearly something very shady is going on. I am so glad my family and I use Reliable Pools instead. Sabine Pools is just utterly ridiculous. I would NOT recommend them to anyone else!
Id say we love sabine pools and spa we went to leslies and they made us buy bookoo chemicals and it never helped our pool we went to sabine they tested our water told us what we needed we purchased it and our pool is clearing up now i will never use leslies again its a waste of time and money thany yall for helping us out
This place sucks waited and waited for help finally got tired of waiting and walked out. Leslies is a lot better thats the place to go
